Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the description of the role of democratic leadership style and communication on work productivity at PT Asia Surya Perkasa Pangkal Pinang. The population in this study were 66 employees who were total saturated sampling. Research data collection was carried out by observation and distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, validity test and classical assumption test. Based on the results of analysis and hypothesis testing, democratic leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of employees of PT Asia Surya Perkasa Pangkal Pinang, communication has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of employees of PT Asia Surya Perkasa Pangkal Pinang. With the results (1) there is a positive and significant influence in the t test results where the tcount> ttable value or that the calculated tvalue for the democratic leadership style is 8.346> from ttable 1.998 with a significance level of 0.050 <0.05, and communication has a calculated t value = 12.303 > from ttable 1.998 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, (2) The Fcount value is 75.579 with a Ftable value of 3.14 so that the Fcount value is 75.579 with a Ftable value of 3.14. is 3.14 so that the value of Fcount> Ftable or 75.579> 3.14 and a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, (3) The coefficient value of R Square (R2) is 0.706 or 70.6 percent so that the magnitude of the influence of communication variables and democratic leadership style on employee work productivity is 70.6 %

Abstract

Work enthusiasm shows the emotional and mental reaction of a person to his work, work enthusiasm affects the quality and quantity of personnel performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of work enthusiasm and work motivation on the performance of Talang Kelapa Sector Police Personnel. The object of this research is the Talang Kelapa sector police personnel as many as 67 people. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear analysis which is processed using the help of the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) computer program version 26. Based on the results of the validity of the questionnaire items, it is obtained that the questionnaire that has been prepared meets the valid criteria or is suitable for use in this study. Based on the results of the multiple linear regression coefficient tests, the final equation Y = 27.245 + 0.339 (X1) + 0.455 (X2) + 2.484 is obtained. Based on the results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2), it is known that the effect of work enthusiasm and work motivation on the performance of Talang Kelapa Sector Police Personnel is 54.3%. Based on the analysis results in the table above, the significance value of the simultaneous F test calculation results of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. So it can be seen that the work enthusiasm and work motivation variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance variable. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the influence of work enthusiasm and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Talang Kelapa Sector Police Personnel.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of placement and work experience on employee performance at the Food Security and Livestock Service of South Sumatra Province. The research method used was descriptive and verification with a population of 117 respondents. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires. The data analysis methods used are multiple linear regression, multiple correlation, F test, T test and coefficient of determination. The research results show that placement and work experience have a positive effect on employee performance. Thus, the hypothesis in this research which states that there is an influence of placement and work experience on employee performance can be accepted. It is also hoped that this research can become material for literature on the topic of employee performance.

Abstract

This research is aimed at how the impact of work experience and attachment to work on the performance of employees at PT. Trakindo Utama Palembang. The study used quantitative analysis, a sample used by as many as 60 respondents. The data obtained in this study is through interviews with several employees and the dissemination of questionnaires to all employees. The data analysis technique uses double linear analysis, with test t and test f. However, to see to what extent the accuracy and validity of research variables used test validity and rehabilitation in SPSS version 26. The results of the analysis of test t study obtained a significant value of work experience and work attachment of 0,000 < 0,05, which in part experience work and attachment work have a positive and significant impact on employee performance in PT. Trakindo Main Development. This shows that the better the work experience and work attachment, the higher the employee performance produced by employees at PT. Trakindo Utama Palembang.

Abstract

Performance is the outcome achieved by an organization, whether it is profit-oriented or non-profit-oriented, generated during a specific period of time. Performance reflects the level of achievement of implementing an activity/program/policy in achieving the goals, missions, and visions of an organization as outlined in the strategic planning of an organization. Performance is the result or representation obtained by an individual or organization for the tasks or work performed. This study aims to examine the influence of competence, work discipline, and supervision as independent variables on employee performance as the dependent variable. This research is quantitative, with data sourced from questionnaire distribution. A total of 60 respondent answers were successfully collected from warehouse employees of PT JNE Pakjo in Palembang City using the Slovin formula. The analysis results show that partially, with the significance value, competence (2.777), work discipline variable (2.224), and supervision (4.005) have a positive and significant influence on the variable of employee performance in accounting information (prob < alpha = 0.05). Simultaneously, the independent variables collectively have a positive effect on improving accounting information system performance (prob < alpha = 0.05).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali sejauh mana Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik (Kesbangpol) Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini Menggunakan analisis kuantitatif, sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 70 responden. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini melalui penyebaran kuesioner ke pegawai kesbangpol.Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis linear berganda, dengan uji tdan uji f. Sedangkan untuk melihat sejauh mana keakurasian dan kelayakan variabelpenelitian digunakan uji validitas dan realinilitas pada SPSS versi 25. Hasil analisis uji t penelitian ini memperoleh nilai pada variabel Komitmen Organisasi sebesar thitung -1,000 < dari ttabel 1,996 dan sig 0,321 > 0,05, yang secara parsial tidak bepengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan variabel Kepuasan Kerja memiliki nilai thitung 4,879 > dari ttabel 1,996 dan sig 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil uji F dan koefisien determinasi menunjukkan secara simultan Komitmen Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar ( sig. F 0,000 < 0,05). Penelitian ini dapat memberikan masukan yang bermanfaat untuk membantu instansi dalam mengambil langkah-langkah meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dengan cara mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi dalam instansi.
