Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tugas dan fungsi, praktik pelayanan, masalah-masalah yang dihadapi KUA di Kabupaten Banyumas dalam menjalankan perannya. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang dilakukan di 5 (lima) KUA yaitu KUA Purwokerto Timur, KUA Purwokerto Utara, KUA Baturaden, KUA Sumbang, dan KUA Banyumas. Informan penelitian ini adalah Kepala KUA, Penghulu, Penyuluh PNS dan Non PNS, pasangan calon pengantin, pejabat di Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Banyumas, yang ditentukan secara purposiv. Penggalian data dimulai secara grounded, dilanjutkan dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) Terkait dengan pencegahan KDRT, KUA memberikan bimbingan perkawinan secara mandiri (saat pendaftaran, pemeriksaan berkas, dan akad nikah) dan klasikal bagi pasangan calon pengantin (selama 16 JPL oleh tim fasilitator yang bersertifikat). Untuk pasangan dengan usia pernikahan 1 – 10 tahun diberikan bimbingan relasi harmonis dan keuangan serta penyuluhan melalui majlis ta’lim, 2) Selama pandemi, bimbingan perkawinan, bimbingan relasi harmonis dan keuangan, serta penyuluhan tidak dapat dilaksanakan secara optimal karena keterbatasan waktu, pemateri, anggaran, dan tuntutan menjalankan prokes. Dalam konteks ini, Kementeriaan Agama harus melakukan inovasi model bimbingan yang dapat diakses melalui internet, agar layanan bimbingan catin dan pasangan yang sudah menikah, tetap dapat dilaksanakan di masa pandemi.

Abstract

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and identify the school culture that develops in religious-based schools and to analyze the social interpretations of students in these schools regarding sexual violence. The research utilizes a systematic literature review approach, involving an analysis of literature on sexual violence that occurs in formal educational institutions. Sexual violence that occurs in religious-based school environments is caused by cultural factors that influence the occurrence of sexual violence within the context of learning. One significant cultural factor is the values embraced in the school culture, including the concept of student obedience to teachers. This concept provides space for teachers to engage in sexual violence, as it is perceived that students should submit and obey the authority of teachers without questioning or objection. This research will identify and analyze the social interpretations of students in religious-based schools regarding sexual violence. This will contribute to a better understanding of students' perspectives and experiences in the context of sexual violence in religious-based school environments. Through this understanding, more effective efforts can be developed to prevent and address sexual violence in schools, including changes in school culture and the adoption of inclusive and safe learning approaches for all students. The results of this research are expected to provide valuable insights for relevant parties, including schools, educators, and policymakers, to address the issue of sexual violence in religious-based school environments. By identifying cultural factors that contribute to sexual violence and understanding students' social interpretations, appropriate preventive measures and interventions can be designed and implemented. The ultimate goal is to create a safe, inclusive, and free-from-sexual-violence educational environment in religious-based schools.

Abstract

Artikel ini menggambarkan pola interaksi orang tua dengan anak dalam membentuk pemahaman seksualitas pada anak. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui, mendeskripsikan, dan menjelaskan tentang pola interaksi antara orang tua dengan anak dalam membentuk pemahaman seksualitas pada anak di Pasir Wetan, Karanglewas, Banyumas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan sasaran penelitian yaitu orang tua siswa SDN Pasir Wetan. Teknik menentukan sasaran tersebut adalah purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, kata seksualitas dan seks dipahami sebagai sesuatu yang positif dan juga negatif. Hal ini kemudian berdampak pada upaya pemberian pendidikan seks pada anak. Muncul orang tua yang terbuka dan tertutup saat memberikan pendidikan seks. Kondisi tersebut juga akhirnya berdampak pada pola interaksi yang terjalin antara orang tua dan anak terutama saat membicarakan masalah seksualitas. Pada orang tua yang terbuka mereka memunculkan pola kerja sama yang baik, namun tidak pada orang tua tertutup. Orang tua yang tertutup masih menganggap bahwa masalah yang berkaitan dengan istilah “seks” adalah hal yang tabu. Sehingga mereka enggan, menolak, malu, dan bingung ketika akan menjelaskan pada anak. Interaksi yang terjalin antara orang tua dan anak dalam keseharian juga menunjukan bahwa seksualitas seseorang telah dibentuk, ditata, dan ditanamkan sejak dini. Nilai dan norma terkait seksualitas terus dilanggengkan dalam masyarakat melalui institusi keluarga.

Abstract

The research aims to reveal the form of a media campaign from a gender perspective. The campaign was carried out by the Task Force for Preventing and Handling Sexual Violence at Jakarta State University and Jenderal Soedirman University. The research employs Antonio Gramsci's Hegemony Theory as a tool of analysis. Furthera more, qualitative approach was used to understand the form of media campaigns by gender perspective carried out by the Task Force for Preventing and Handling Sexual Violence at Jakarta State University and Jenderal Soedirman University. The type of research was netnography. The data was collected by documentation. The results of the study showed there were two categories of media campaigns by gender perspective during the 2022 - 2023 period done by those two Instagram accounts. It was education about gender equality and how to prevent and handle sexual violence for campus residents. It was found that the form of media campaign carried out still did not meet the requirements. The content should involve the prevention efforts in CHAPTER IV Article 34 point (d) Permendikbudristek Number 30 of 2021. It was mentioned that the PPKS Task Force is also tasked with providing education related to disability equality sexual and reproductive health education. A gender perspective should be involved in every campaign of the PPKS Task Force. It is essential to encourage discourse hegemony in the form of media campaigns able to strengthen the efforts to prevent sexual violence in university

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the efforts of school in developing gender-responsive schools, the indicators of gender-responsive schools, and the challenges encountered in implementing the Independent Curriculum. The background of this study lies in the urgency of gender-responsive education to fulfill the needs of each gender fairly and equally in the field of education. The study employed a descriptive qualitative research method. The informants included school principals; vice principals for curriculum, facilities and infrastructure, student affairs, and public relations; teachers; and students, who were selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The validity of the data was ensured through triangulation of sources, techniques, and time. Data analysis was carried out using the interactive model proposed by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. The findings show that several efforts made by school to build gender-responsive schools within the framework of the Independent Curriculum. These include implementing differentiated learning, strengthening the capacity of teachers and staff, developing gender-sensitive P5 programs, integrating gender perspectives into teaching modules, and establishing TPPKS. Indicators of gender-responsive schools in the context of the Independent Curriculum can be observed through the standards of graduation, content, teaching and learning processes, teachers and educational staff, facilities and infrastructure, school management, financing, assessment, students, and community participation. The challenges in implementing the Independent Curriculum include limited time, diverse assessment formats, and the lack of offline training programs.

Abstract

Education is a basic right of every citizen guaranteed by various national regulations. However, in prac-tice, inclu-sive schools in Indonesia still face various challenges, such as limited teacher competency in handling Children with Special Needs (ABK), minimal facilities and infrastructure, weak institutional systems, and social stigma from the community. This condition has implications for the emergence of the phenomenon of "three major sins of education" including sexual violence, bullying, and intolerance. Based on a 2024 study of 408 teachers in Banyumas Regency, it was found that bullying cases dominat-ed with a percentage of 87 percent, followed by in-tolerance at 5 percent, and sexual violence at 0.28 percent. Responding to this problem, the community service team held a workshop on strengthening inclusive school institutions with the aim of increasing the capacity, awareness, and practical skills of education stakeholders. This activity was carried out through the presentation of conceptual materials, technical training, and participatory discussion forums involving teachers from differ-ent inclusive schools. The results of the activity showed an increase in teachers' understanding of the concept of in-clusive education, violence prevention strategies, and skills in handling ABK adaptively. In addition, this pro-gram can also be used as a stepping stone in strengthening a safe and discrimination-free inclusive education eco-system, as well as being a preventive strategy in suppressing cases of the three major educational sins in the school environment.
