Abstract

Tempat tinggal merupakan suatu kebutuhan yang sangat penting bagi semua orang. Tidak semua orang mendapatkan tempat tinggal dengan mudah yang sesuai kriterianya, untuk itu perlu dibutuhkan suatu media sebagai pengumpul iklan penjualan properti agar dapat memudahkan bagi pencari properti maupun pemilik properti. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membantu pemilik properti untuk mempromosikan properti dan membantu pengguna untuk mencari properti sesuai kriteria yang diinginkan. Informasi lokasi properti ditampilkan dalam bentuk peta digital sehingga pencarian properti dapat dilakukan berdasarkan area yang dipilih. Kondisi properti ditampilkan dalam bentuk virtual online tour. Virtual online tour adalah sebuah simulasi dari suatu lingkungan nyata yang ditampilkan secara online sehingga membantu pengguna dalam melakukan pemilihan properti tanpa harus mengunjungi lokasi properti secara langsung.  Promosi Properti, WEBGIS,Virtual Online Tour, Haversine

Abstract

Penggunaan gadget dalam proses pembelajaran adalah salah satu dampak positif yang dapat dirasakan oleh anak usia sekolah dasar. Penggunaan gadget yang tepat ialah digunakan untuk kepentingan pendidikan baik di instansi formal maupun non formal. Kegiatan bimbingan belajar dengan penggunaan gadget ini dilakukan pada anak-anak Desa Sikulat Kecamatan Sawang Kabupaten Aceh Selatan dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dampak penggunaan gadget terhadap anak dan pengaruhnya terhadap minat dan tabia’at belajar. Setelah diadakannya kegiatan bimbingan belajar maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan gadget dalam pembelajaran pada anak-anak  dapat meningkatkan perkembangan ilmu anak terkait tentang Al-Qur’an dan nilai moral. Selain itu, penggunaan gadget dapat meningkatkan minat dan tabi’at belajar anak-anak di Desa Sikulat Kecamatan Sawang Kabupaten Aceh Selatan.

Abstract

Background: One of the non-communicable diseases that is a serious health problem today is hypertension. It is often referred to as the silent killer because sufferers usually do not know they have hypertension before checking their blood pressure. Objective: To determine the relationship between patient characteristics (education, level of knowledge, and BPJS safety) and the level of adherence to hypertension medication at the Pal Tiga Pontianak Health Center. Method: This research uses a cross-sectional method. The sample in this study was 89 hypertension patients at the Pal Tiga Pontianak Health Center. The research instrument used in this study was in the form of a questionnaire filled out by the respondents. The questionnaires used were the Morisky Medication Adherence Scale (MMAS-8) and the Hypertension Knowledge-Level Scale (HK-LS). The correlation test used is a Spearman test. Result: the relationship between education, knowledge level, and BPJS participation on the level of adherence to hypertension medication of respondents, respectively p-value was obtained of 0.879; 0.189; and 0.802.  Conclusion: There is no relationship between education, knowledge level, and BPJS participation in compliance with taking hypertension medication at the Pal Tiga Pontianak Health Center. this is done by interviewing patients with an MMSA compliance questionnaire abstract that does not need to be divided into.

Abstract

Masa akil baligh merupakan fase perkembangan yang signifikan dalam kehidupan remaja, ditandai oleh perubahan fisik, emosional, dan psikologis. Perubahan ini sering kali menimbulkan berbagai masalah seperti kecemasan, konflik identitas, dan ketidakstabilan emosi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penggunaan energi psikologi dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut melalui pendekatan literatur dan kajian teoritis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka, dengan menganalisis berbagai sumber ilmiah terkait konsep energi psikologi, teknik-teknik penerapannya, serta relevansinya bagi remaja pada masa akil baligh. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa energi psikologi, melalui teknik seperti Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), meditasi, dan mindfulness, dapat menjadi alat yang efektif untuk membantu remaja mengelola emosi, mengurangi stres, dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengintegrasian pendekatan ini dalam lingkungan pendidikan dan keluarga untuk mendukung perkembangan remaja secara holistik.

Abstract

This article examines the rational theology of Muhammad Abduh (1849-1905) as a philosophical foundation for the reform of Islamic education. As a leading figure in the modern Islamic reform movement, Abduh’s influence extended beyond Egypt to the wider Muslim world, including Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the central role of reason (‘aql) in Abduh’s theological and philosophical system and its implications for the reform of Islamic thought, education, and law. Departing from his critique of the stagnation of the Muslim community characterized by intellectual rigidity (jumud), blind imitation (taqlid), and uncritical adherence to tradition Abduh asserted that Islam is inherently compatible with sound reason and rationality. Using a qualitative library research method, based on primary sources such as Risālat al-Tawḥīd and relevant secondary literature, this study finds that Abduh positions reason as the main epistemological pillar for understanding moral and theological obligations, including knowledge of God, His attributes, the hereafter, and ethical responsibilities. Revelation functions as a confirmation and completion of reason, rather than as its opposite. Furthermore, Abduh strongly rejects fatalism (Jabariyyah) and affirms human free will (Qadariyyah) through the principles of ikhtiar and moral responsibility. These findings demonstrate that Muhammad Abduh’s rational theology not only represents a theological reform but also constitutes a philosophical foundation for a modern Islamic educational paradigm that is rational, critical, and transformative

Abstract

The Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy is a fundamental breakthrough in Indonesia's higher education system that aims to transform the conventional learning paradigm into a more flexible, innovative, and high-quality education. This study aims to analyze the implementation, challenges, and policies of MBKM in higher education institutions through a qualitative approach using a literature review method. The results of the study show that MBKM provides significant benefits in expanding student learning opportunities, improving graduate competencies, and building creativity and independence. However, the implementation of MBKM also faces a number of challenges, such as expanding communication, improving facilities, and adapting policies at the university level. Nevertheless, MBKM is expected to bring positive energy to the world of higher education in Indonesia by giving students a more active role and autonomy in their learning. Further research is needed to gain a deeper understanding of the effectiveness and efficiency of MBKM implementation in the context of Indonesian higher education.
