Abstract

The development of national strategic projects during the era of President Joko Widodo was carried out intensively. This project was initiated with the aim of improving people's welfare. In every development, land is definitely needed. However, state land is already very scarce and even depleted. Therefore, the state uses people's land by way of land acquisition. However, land acquisition carried out by the government often differs from the procedures that have been implemented. Often, development that should bring prosperity to the people actually harms the people.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country rich in cultural and ethnic diversity. Each culture serves as a unique identity for different ethnic groups, shaping the behavior, traditions, and way of life of its people. This multicultural diversity presents challenges in counseling practice, especially for counselors who must understand and respond to the needs of clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. Multicultural counseling emerges as an approach that is sensitive to cultural differences, emphasizing the importance of understanding diverse values, norms, and cultural perspectives to ensure effective counseling processes. This article describes the essence of multicultural counseling, the concept of culture, and culture as a system of societal values and practices. Using a qualitative descriptive method with a literature study approach, this research provides an in-depth analysis of the counselor’s role in addressing cultural diversity and the implications of cultural values in guidance and counseling practice. The findings indicate that a deep understanding of the client's culture and the application of cultural relativism principles are crucial to avoid cultural bias and provide fair and empathetic services.

Abstract

This study explores the role of Art therapy in expressing career interests among marginalized children aged 7–12 years within the context of group counseling services. Using a qualitative intrinsic case study approach, the research focuses on understanding the subjective experiences of children from underprivileged backgrounds in Surabaya, Indonesia. Data collection involved participatory observation, documentation of children’s drawings, and spontaneous verbal expressions during art activities. The findings reveal that through art therapy, children were able to symbolize their future aspirations, such as becoming doctors, soldiers, soccer players, singers, and entrepreneurs, despite facing socioeconomic challenges. Art therapy not only facilitated the expression of career dreams but also enhanced self-concept, motivation, and self-confidence. The study highlights the effectiveness of group Art therapy as a psycho-pedagogical intervention in non-formal education, providing marginalized children with a safe and empowering medium for self-exploration and future orientation. Consequently, Art therapy is recommended as an inclusive, accessible strategy for fostering the personal and educational development of vulnerable youth.

Abstract

Budidaya ikan lele merupakan salah satu sektor perikanan yang memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan peternak di pedesaan. Namun, rendahnya efisiensi pakan dan kualitas air sering menjadi kendala utama dalam meningkatkan produktivitas. Sistem akuaponik diperkenalkan sebagai solusi inovatif yang mengintegrasikan budidaya ikan dan tanaman dalam satu ekosistem yang saling menguntungkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan peternak lele di Desa Cilangkap melalui penerapan teknologi akuaponik guna meningkatkan efisiensi pakan dan produktivitas budidaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang melibatkan peternak secara aktif dalam proses implementasi dan evaluasi sistem akuaponik. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis efisiensi pakan menggunakan Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan akuaponik mampu menurunkan FCR dari 1,8 menjadi 1,3, yang berarti ikan dapat tumbuh lebih optimal dengan jumlah pakan yang lebih sedikit. Selain itu, kualitas air juga mengalami peningkatan, yang berdampak pada kesehatan ikan dan pertumbuhan tanaman yang lebih baik. Kesimpulannya, sistem akuaponik terbukti sebagai solusi berkelanjutan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas peternakan lele di desa Cilangkap, sekaligus mengurangi dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan. Diharapkan teknologi ini dapat diadopsi secara lebih luas untuk meningkatkan ketahanan pangan dan kesejahteraan peternak ikan di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of providing individual counseling services on reframing techniques to improve adolescent emotional regulation in students at SMP Negeri 14 Palu. The subjects of this study were class VIII students at SMP Negeri 14 Palu with 6 samples divided into 2 groups, namely 3 samples in the experimental group and 3 samples in the control group. The instrument used is a Likert scale questionnaire consisting of 24 items which is an instrument adapted by researchers based on aspects of emotion regulation theory according to Gratz and Roamer 2004. The data that has been obtained is then processed and analyzed using descriptive and inferential methods with the Mann Whitney Test formula. The results of descriptive analysis show that before the provision of individual counseling services reframing techniques there were 6 students who had emotional regulation that was not included in the high classification. After being given individual counseling services, reframing techniques, there were 3 students in the experimental group who experienced a significant increase in emotional regulation compared to 3 other students in the control group. The results of the inferential analysis indicate that the obtained significance value is 0.043, which means that the significance value is < 0.05. So it can be concluded that the null hypothesis (Ho) which reads "The Level of Emotion Regulation of Adolescents at SMP Negeri 14 Palu After Being Given the Treatment of Individual Counseling Services Reframing Technique is Not Higher Than Before Being Given the Treatment" was rejected. This proves that individual counseling services reframing techniques are effective in improving the emotional regulation of students at SMP Negeri 14 Palu.

Abstract

Kepuasan pasien ialah suatu emosi yang dapat dirasakan pasien pada pelayanan yang mereka dapatkan. Tujuan utama penelitian ini ialah guna mengetahui Gambaran Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Jalan Puskesmas Rajeg Tangerang. Metode penelitian ini deskptif dengan memakai pendekatan cross sectional yang menghasilkan univariat. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Puskesmas Rajeg Tangerang dengan jumlah 100 responden. Variabel pada penelitian ini ialah tersedia, dapat diterima, mudah dicapai, mudah dijangkau, bermutu. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien rawat jalan di Puskesmas Rajeg Tangerang. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan kesehatan dengan katagori tertinggi adalah 100 responden (100%). Kesimpulanya pasien terhadap pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Rajeg Tangerang merasakan kepuasan terhadap pelayanan. Saran hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi masukan untuk Puskesmas Rajeg Tangerang agar dapat mempertahankan kepuasan pasien atas pelayanan yang dapat diberikan kepada pasien
