Abstract

This study aims to determine the MSME strategy, determine the factors in marketing digitalization and find out the obstacles faced by MSME actors when carrying out digital marketing systems for the welfare of society. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The research subjects are MSME actors, the community as users and the general public as consumers. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and literature study. Data analysis techniques using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that the strategy for small and medium enterprises in digitizing marketing really needs the right strategy in order to improve the welfare of the community both as MSME actors and as workers in MSME locations. apart from being the owner of MSME actors, they also play an important role in designing strategies in marketing digitalization so that they continue to survive amid the economic downturn due to the impact of the pandemic that hit. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Digital Marketing dan Experiental Marketing terhadap Kepuasan dan Loyalitas pengguna jasa Travel Pariwisata Rakata Tour Indonesia. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data primer dan sekunder. Dalam melakukan penelitian ini, Populasi yang menjadi objek dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pelanggan Pengguna Jasa Travel Wisata Rakatatour Indonesia. Teknik analisis yang dilakukan yaitu dengan analisis kuantitatif, uji normalitas, dan hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa Digital Marketing dan Experiental Marketing secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan dan Loyalitas Pengguna. Bedasarkan hasil uji statistik dapat disimpulkan bahwa Digital Marketing dan Experiental Marketing secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan dan Loyalitas Pengguna. Kata Kunci: Digital Marketing, Experiental Marketing, Kepuasan, Loyalitas

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine the effect of Good Corporate Governance on the Financial Performance of BUMN Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023. Methodology/approach: This type of research uses quantitative methods. This study used 70 researchs samples. There are two variables in this study, namely: 4 (four) independent variables (X1, X2, X3, X4) and 1 (one) dependent variable where institutional leadership (X1), board of directors (X2), board of commissioners (X3) and audit committee (X4) as independent variables and financial performance (Y) as the dependent variable. Results/findings: Based on data analysis, it has been found that the answer to the hypothesis is that institutional ownership, board of directors, board of commissioners, and audit committee simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on financial performance in BUMN companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023. Limitations: The independent variables in this study are only institutional ownership, board of directors, board of commissioners, and audit committee and the dependent variable isfinancial performance (ROA). The research was only conducted on BUMN companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Contribution: Management is expected to pay more attention to Good Corporate Governance in the company in order to create good company value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Realization of Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB), Motor Vehicle Name Return Duty (BBNKB), and Regional Levy on Regional Original Revenue (PAD) of Bandar Lampung City. The independent variable contains PKB, BBNKB, and Regional Levy while the bound variable is PAD. This study uses a Quantitative Method by processing data. The sample in this study is the number of PKB, BBNKB and Regional Levy receipts from 2020 - 2023 (monthly data) as many as 48 samples. The analysis in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis test with a significance level of 5%. From the results of the research that has been carried out, it shows that PKB, BBNKB and Regional Levy together (Simultaneous) have a significant effect of 86.4% while the remaining 23.6% are affected by other variables outside this study.
