Abstract

Village of Yehembang Kangin is one of tourism village which has various tourism potential inside which have not been optimized as a tourism destination or tourist attraction. The purpose of this studies to know potential of tourism in the Yehembang Kangin Village Tourism and know the efforts to development of tourism potential in the Yehembang Kangin Tourism Village. The research method used in this research, is a qualitative research, where the qualitative research used, observation, in-depth interview technique and qualitative documents. The concept of tourism supporting components in formulating the existing conditions in the Yehembang Kangin Tourism Village. And data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this research is Yehembang Kangin Village have two potensial tourism among others is natural and culture potential tourism and the effort to the development of tourism potential in the Tourism Village Yehembang Kangin there are two aspects is mapping of tourist attractions and local community empowerment in the Village Tourism Yehembang Kangin. Abstract

This research examines the development strategy of Yeh Embang Kangin Village as a tourism village in Jembrana district. The objectives are to identify the potential and the internal, as well as the external conditions of Yeh Embang Kangin Village, and to analyze the development strategy of Yeh Embang Kangin Village as a tourism village. Data collection was done by observation, interviews and documentation. Methods undertaken in this study were analyzed by analytical chain processes described qualitatively. The results showed that lack quality of human resources in developing tourism potential in Yeh Embang Kangin village, made the tourist attractions still not running optimally. This research recommends four strategies to optimize the development of tourism in Yeh Embang Kangin Village. The strategies are tourism product development, security and comfort improvement, development of tourism infrastructure, and human resource development.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze community perceptions of the government's role in the sustainable development of the Petulu Tourism Village, so that relevant stakeholders obtain reflection in order to build a joint consensus. The study of community perceptions is substantial because it aims to evaluate the phenomenon of tourism development in the region and review community actions. This research was designed with a qualitative approach and an interview guide was used as a data collection instrument. Interview activities involving key informants from government elements, community leaders and selected informants in three banjars, namely Petulu Gunung, Nagi and Petulu Desa, as well as non-participant observations were carried out. The research results show that the public perceives positively the role of government as a regulator, facilitator, catalyst and innovator. However, the government's role as a facilitator in efforts to improve technical and managerial competence through training and development activities for the community still needs to be improved.

Abstract

The development of tourism in East Sumba is getting more rapid, shown by the emergence of new tourist attractions in the area. This has led to the development of several tourism business services to support the sustainability of tourism in the area by showing the development of accommodation services in Waingapu City. Morinda Villa and Resto is one of the accommodations that offers beautiful hill views. The purpose of this study is to find out the 4P marketing that has been carried out, and analyze what is needed by managers for the sustainability of tourist accommodation in Morinda Villa and Resto. The data collection technique in this study uses observation, interviews and literature studies. Then it was analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach from data collection, data reduction to data analysis. The results of the study show that the products owned by this accommodation are diverse. In terms of location, road access to the location still needs to be improved to make it easier for tourists to reach this accommodation. In addition, in terms of price, the price given is in accordance with the experience obtained by tourists who stay. Furthermore, in terms of promotion, this activity has been carried out online and offline to prospective visitors. The next research suggestion is to create the right marketing strategy to be implemented in Morinda Villa and Resto. This is because this accommodation has its own uniqueness for tourists to choose as a place to stay, but the obstacles they have also need to be fixed to maintain the sustainability of tourists who stay.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Objek Wisata Gua Rangko, dengan tujuan (1) mengetahui potensi-potensi yang dapat menunjang pengembangan wisata Gua Rangko sebagai objek wisata alam di Desa Rangko Kabupaten Manggarai Barat, (2) mengetahui kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam pengembangan wisata Gua Rangko sebagai objek wisata alam di Desa Rangko Kabupaten Manggarai Barat, (3) mengetahui strategi pengembangan gua rangko sebagai objek wisata alam di Desa Rangko Kabupaten Manggarai Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalah Strategi Pengembangan Daya Tarik Wisata Gua Rangko, sedangkan subjek penelitiannya adalah wisatawan yang berada di Daya Tarik Wisata Gua Rangko. Dalam pengumpulan data penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode (1) wawancara, (2) observasi, (3) dokumentasi, yang dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) potensi yang dimiliki Gua Rangko sangat mendukung pengembangan daya tarik

Abstract

PT Bali Daksina Wisata Tour and Ticketing is a travel agency that serves Lion Air Group airline ticket bookings. This research is motivated by the importance of understanding effective reservation handling procedures to maintain customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine the stages of the ticket reservation procedure, identify the obstacles faced during the reservation process, and analyse the resolution efforts made by the staff. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the reservation procedure is carried out through five stages, namely customer requests, searching schedules and prices through the Agent Portal system, collecting passenger data, payment, and ticket issuance. In practice, staff often face obstacles such as limited seats, errors in filling in passenger data, delays in replenishing system balances, and internet connection disruptions. To overcome this, staff coordinate with the finance department, remind customers of the time limit for confirmation, and use a private network during technical disruptions. The conclusion of this study shows that the effectiveness of reservation procedures is highly dependent on the accuracy of the system, communication between staff, and the speed of response to problems. This research contributes to the development of operational management of travel agencies, especially in flight ticket reservation services.
