Abstract

Antrian merupakan suatu keadaan dimana seorang harus menunggu gilirannya untuk mendapatkan pelayanan. Seringkali antrian menjadi suatu masalah baik bagi masyarakat ataupun instansi yang memberikan pelayanan. Hal ini terjadi pada instansi Disdukcapil Sintang, dimana proses antrian disana masyarakat yang mengantri harus menunggu ditempat untuk dilayani tanpa mengetahui lama waktu tunggu untuk dilayani. Disisi lain instansi Disdukcapil juga mengalami permasalahan dimana loket antrian memiliki terlalu banyak antrian yang harus dilayani, sehingga diperlukan sistem antrian untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Sistem antrian yang akan dibuat oleh peneliti menggunakan perhitungan rata-rata lama waktu pelayanan setiap loket pelayanan, sehingga masyarakat dapat memonitoring estimasi lama waktu tunggu untuk dilayani secara real time. Sistem antrian juga menerapkan metode Multi Channel Single Phase yang dapat memberikan rekomendasi penambahan petugas pada setiap loket pelayanan. Hasil penelitian ini berupa aplikasi antrian berbasis website yang menampilkan informasi estimasi waktu tunggu untuk dilayani bagi masyarakat dan rekomendasi penambahan petugas pada setiap loket pelayanan. Sistem antrian telah dilakukan pengujian menggunakan metode black box testing. Seluruh fungsionalitas sistem berjalan sesuai dengan perancangan yang telah dibuat sebelumnya dan antarmuka sistem memperoleh persentase 82,44% yang masuk ke dalam kategori Baik Sekali.

Abstract

Indonesia is part of the world's largest cigarette production. Smoking behavior has become a common addictive behavior in Indonesia. For most teenagers, smoking behavior has become a common thing, but parents consider it as something that has a negative connotation. Smoking is an activity that is currently much loved by Indonesian teenagers. Attempts at restrictions related to smoking behavior are very difficult. Many negative effects can be caused by smoking. Cigarettes when consumed can be a source of various health problems such as cancer, heart, and respiratory disorders, as well as other things that are certainly a health hazard for the smoker. The existence of these conditions, of course, endangers the younger generation, and there must be Prevention of smoking activities carried out by young children. This study used literature study research methods. This study uses data collection techniques using secondary data. This study involved cigarette users consisting of high school children. The results of this study showed that high school children in Singkawang City, West Kalimantan use their money to buy cigarettes. Some of those who filled out the survey data knew about cigarettes through the intermediary of friends. The problem of smoking in today's era is that of course it will indirectly harm many people who are around smokers because the user is exposed to cigarette smoke.

Abstract

This research aims to provide an overview of the values of youth nationalist character through the straw hat pirate character in the One Piece anime series. The research method used is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The data sources for this research are the head of the Pontianak one piece anime community, members of the Pontianak one piece anime community, and teenagers who love one piece anime aged 15-21 years. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques for data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the nationalist character contained in the main character of the One Piece anime series is unity and oneness, solidarity, independence and willingness to sacrifice. The description of the nationalistic character that teenagers emulate after watching the One Piece anime series is unity and oneness in the activities they carry out, solidarity in terms of friendship, independence shown by strong determination and desire, and willingness to make sacrifices that are applied to everyday life. There are positive impacts such as being able to provide encouragement for personal and social development, being able to form a better character with the surrounding environment, while the negative impact is that they tend to spend more time watching cellphone screens, teenagers are more consumptive by buying knick-knacks or clothes that match the animated characters. One piece, after watching the one piece anime series.
