Abstract

Riset ini yang dilakukan pada PT. Asuransi Parolamas Cabang Pangkalpinang yang merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa asuransi umum yang memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat dan dunia asuransi sejak tahun 2007, yang beralamat di Jalan Depati Amir No. 17 B Pangkalpinang. Dengan sistem yang masih manual, PT. Asuransi Parolamas selalu berusaha meningkatkan mutu dan kecepatan pelayanan solusi khususnya untuk asuransi kendaraan. Untuk memperbaiki kinerja sistem yang berjalan, maka diajukan suatu usulan rancangan sistem komputerisasi, agar dapat menyajikan informasi yang lebih baik dari sebelumnya, sehingga dapat membantu pihak perusahaan dalam pengambilan keputusan, dan juga dapat menjamin kerahasiaan data, mempermudah dalam pencarian data dan juga menjamin keselamatan data karena adanya sistem backup. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam pengembangan aplikasi sistem informasi tersebut menggunakan metode berorientasi objek dan struktur data. Sedangkan alat bantu pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Unified Modeling Language, serta model prototipe. Hasil yang diharapkan dari aplikasi sistem informasi ini agar dapat menyempurnakan sistem informasi yang sedang berjalan dengan mengurangi permasalahan yang ada sehingga dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi pihak perusahaan PT. Asuransi Parolamas Cabang Pangkalpinang tersebut dalam kegiatannya, pembuatan laporan dan pengambilan keputusan dapat lebih cepat dan tepat diatasi.

Abstract

PT. BPR Sentral Mitra Sejahtera (SMS) Sungailiat yang beralamat Jln. Nelayan 1 No 80 Sungailiat bergerak dalam bidang financial, yang mana menemui beberapa kendala dalam administrasi surat menyurat yang masih menggunakan buku. Dilihat dari proses administrasi surat menyurat yang ada ternyata sejauh ini menemukan permasalahan seperti pengelolaan surat masuk, pendisposisian, surat keluar, surat penugasan yang belum tersistem secara komputerisasi. Sehingga  administrasi surat menyurat tiak efektif, tidak  efisien dan kurang rapi. Oleh karena itu dibangun dan dirancanglah  suatu optimalisasi sistem adminitrasi surat menyurat yang sudah berbasis komputerisasi. Adapun Metode yang digunakan yaitu Metode OOAD, sedangkan tools pengembangan sistem menggunakan  UML, serta model waterfall. Dengan mengoptimalisasi sistem informasi administrasi surat menyurat yang berbasis komputerisasi, semua permasalahan yang dihadapi dapat teratasi, sehingga administrasi surat menyurat menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

The department is part of the faculty, and is the focus of the field of study chosen by students. The choice of majors is very important to think about beforehand because it will have an impact on the results of these graduates and the job prospects sought later. There are many things that can be considered by high school graduates in choosing a major because if you choose rashly, you will be at risk of failing along the way. For this reason, research was carried out with an emphasis on the criteria for selecting majors at ISB Atma Luhur. The method used in this study is SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) which is a weighted sum method that is weighting criteria and alternative attributes so that normalization can be carried out and calculation of preference values is carried out and the highest and lowest rankings are obtained which are used as decision recommendations. Respondent data was taken based on the sample, namely through a non-probability sampling technique, namely in this study the respondent could only provide one opportunity to be sampled from the population so that one respondent could not be sampled twice. Respondents who were sampled were 100 people who were taken from high school graduates. The criteria presented include department accreditation, number of professionally certified lecturers, study program scholarships, and facilities. Determination of criteria based on the results of interviews with respondents and the results are taken based on the criteria with the most choices. The results of the study are alternative Information Systems with a weight or value obtained from the SAW calculation results, namely 1, Informatics Engineering with a weight of 0.8, while Digital Business is 0.6. From the results of these calculations, it can be concluded that the department that gets the highest score, namely the Information Systems major, can also be used as a recommendation as a major to be chosen by students.

Abstract

Students are an element that plays a significant role in the progress of higher education institutions. The role in question is in building ormawa. Ormawa is an organization to accommodate ideas for campus progress in accordance with the ormawa that it participates in. The organization chosen must be in accordance with the student's interests and talents. For this reason, research was carried out to build a decision support system in choosing ormawa. The method used is AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process), this method is used for hierarchical multi-criteria attributes so that it is easier. After the data is obtained from the questionnaire results, the data is then processed into a pairwise matrix after which the consistency ratio value is calculated. The results of the research show that the alternative UKM Flow Map has a weight of 0.34, UKM Aoklah Production has a weight of 0.57, UKM LDK Atma Luhur has a weight of 0.16, and UKM Volly has a weight of 0.31.

Abstract

A coffee shop is a place where drinks and food orders are served, and a coffee shop is also a center of social interaction where people can gather, talk, write, read, joke or just spend time. Ordering is an activity carried out by consumers before making a purchase. To achieve customer satisfaction, a company must have a good ordering system. The research method used in this research adopts information gathering methods, namely observation methods, interview methods and library research methods. Mean while, for software development using the Prototype method. Currently, Coffee Time is experiencing difficulties in serving orders and is still using records that have not been computerized or is still using a manual system. Shoppers have to wait too long to order food, and it is difficult for waiters to record orders manually on paper. Recording orders manually is less efficient in terms of time. Therefore, to achieve customer satisfaction in placing orders, an Android-based E-menu application was designed at the coffee time cafe. So this research produces an Android-based E-menu application at the coffee time café that suits your needs and is well structured.

Abstract

Pelatihan pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai media promosi produk Usaha Menengah Mikro dan Kecil (UMKM) bagi pelaku usaha khususnya ibu-ibu PKK di Desa Kace Timur Kecamatan MendoBarat Kabupaten Bangka ini terselenggara atas kerjasama Ibu-Ibu Tim Penggerak Pemberdayaan dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) Desa Kace Timur dengan Kampus Universitas Muhammadiyah Pangkalpinang dan Kampus Institut Sains dan Bisnis (ISB) Atma Luhur Pangkalpinang, yang diikuti oleh Ibu-ibu PKK, pelaku usaha UMKM, dan masyarakat Desa Kace Timur sebagai peserta pelatihan tersebut yang merupakan salah satu bentuk kegiatan Tri Dharma dosen yaitu pengabdian kepada masyarakat dosen ISB Atma Luhur. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan selama 2 (Dua) hari dari pukul 09.00 sampai pukul 15.00 di Kantor Desa Kace Timur Kecamatan MendoBarat Kabupaten Bangka. Yang menjadi narasumber pelatihan ini adalah dosen tetap beserta mahasiswa ISB Atma Luhur Pangkalpinang dengan presentasi mengenai media-media sosial, pemanfaatan media sosial,  tehnik promosi menggunakan media sosial, serta praktek promosi produk melalui media sosial yang merupakan media online yang bisa dimanfaatkan pelaku usaha dalam memasarkan produk-produk mereka. Besar harapan kami melalui pelatihan yang diberikan dapat membantu para peserta khususnya pelaku usaha UMKM  agar tidak bingung lagi dalam memasarkan produk-produk mereka tanpa harus mempunyai toko atau ruko sendiri, namun bisa dengan hanya menggunakan smart phone yang rata-rata sudah dipunyai oleh setiap orang khususnya para pelaku usaha di Desa Kace Timur.

Abstract

The KPHP Sungai Sembulan area is a region with significant potential for production forests, and as such, it is protected by law. As a production forest, this area yields both timber and non-timber forest products. It is crucial to protect this area due to frequent instances of irresponsible forest management by certain individuals. The production forest products are often traded illegally, and the forest land is sometimes used irresponsibly for unconventional mining activities. Therefore, a system is needed to identify the best KPHP Sungai Sembulan area, which is one that has good forest management practices. This research employs the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method to determine the weights of multiple criteria and alternatives, and the Borda method to perform voting on the alternatives derived from the AHP results. The purpose of this study is to develop a system that can assess the potential of KPHP areas in Sungai Sembulan, so the system can recommend the best KPHP areas. These areas could then become a government target for self-sufficient KPHP areas in terms of income and management. The results of the research show that Keretak has the highest weight of 0.223684211, followed by Lampur and Kerantai with a weight of 0.210526316, Kemingking with a weight of 0.184210526, and Tanjung Pura with a weight of 0.171052632.

Abstract

Conventional attendance of Field Work Practice (PKL) students still has various obstacles, such as manipulation of attendance, late recording, and difficulties in validating accurate attendance. In today's digital era, the use of location-based technology is a solution to overcome these problems. Therefore, this study aims to develop and optimize a location-based mobile attendance system by implementing the Haversine Formula Method. This method is used to calculate the distance between the student's GPS coordinates and the predetermined PKL location, so that the system only allows attendance if the student is within a certain radius.With implementation on the Android platform. The main features of this system include real-time location recording, automatic validation based on GPS coordinates, and encrypted data security. Accuracy measurement uses a comparison of the Haversine distance calculation results with a mapping application. The results of the study show that the Haversine Formula method is able to calculate distances with high accuracy, and the system developed can prevent cheating in attendance. Thus, the application of this method can improve transparency, efficiency, and accuracy of recording the attendance of PKL students in real-time, provide convenience for institutions in monitoring the presence of coordinates laboratory location accurately with a distance of ≤ 50 meters, so that the system can determine whether students are within the radius permitted to take attendance at Latitude: -2.123900 and Longitude: 106.788800. at the location of the PKL institution, namely in the ISB Atma Luhur computer laboratory.

Abstract

The increase in the need for workers is very rapid if not prepared, it will result in a lot of unemployment. The problem of unemployment at the level of vocational high school graduates who do not continue their studies cannot be handled effectively, resulting in economic and social disparities. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the steps for developing the workforce, especially for vocational high school students who are carrying out PKL (field work practice) that is in accordance with the needs of the workforce, including through work training that is strongly supported by the supervising teacher, Head of DKV Department and the respective schools. With this graphic design training, participants in the vocational high school PKL training are expected to be able to improve their competence, attitudes and skills in order to get job opportunities. This training aims to explain the process of efforts to increase job opportunities through graphic design training. The results of the training show that the implementation of graphic design training has been going well, supported by maximum efforts at each stage of the training. In addition, aspects that need to be considered in graphic design training are also to obtain job opportunities, namely job information, training conditions and conditions of graphic design training graduates.
