Abstract

Writing article is an absolute requirement for teachers who will rise in rank and certain classes. In the fact, there are so many teachers to retirees only in the IV / a. The main problem is about credit numbers from sub-elements of scientific publications and / or elements of innovative work. This workshop aims to provide an understanding for elementary school teachers in writing article. The method used is a workshop that was held for two days with a total of 32 hours of learning hours. The results obtained from this workshop were an increase in teacher understanding of writing article and producing article papers from the teacher.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to produce TIMSS – like mathematics tasks on the numbers content by using Context Kingdom of Sriwijaya are valid and practical, and to see the potential effect resulting tasks. Subject of this research are students in grade VII.7 SMPN 55 Palembang. This research is design research in the type of development study consisting of preliminary and formative evaluation (methods). Produce of this research are 10 TIMSS – like mathematics tasks on the numbers content by using Context Kingdom of Sriwijaya are valid and practical, and has the potential effect on students' mathematical reasoning competencies, such as analyzing, integrating, making inferences, and give reasons. Moreover, it has the potential effect on student interest and seriousness of solving TIMSS – like mathematics tasks on the numbers content using Context Kingdom of Sriwijaya.

Abstract

Integral merupakan salah satu konsep dalam matematika yang sangat penting. Namun berdasarkan penelitian bahwa mahasiswa mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami konsepkalkulus integral. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan pembelajaran drill and practice berbantuan video mata kuliah kalkulus integral bagi mahasiswa matematika. Adapun subjek pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa pendidikan matematika STKIP Muhammadiyah bangka Belitung. Jenis penelitian yaitu development study terdiri dari preliminary dan formative evaluation. Adapun teknik pengumpulan dan analisis data meliputi Walkthrough atau validasi ahli, dekumentasi, angket, dan wawancara. Hasil yang diperoleh, validasi ahli materi menyatakan menyatakan 67,78 %, ahli media menyatakan 68,75%, ahli bahasa menyatakan 62% keseluruhan ahli menyatakan  kriteria Cukup bagus, cukup efektif, cukup tuntas, dapat digunakan namun perlu perbaikan kecil. Sedangkat angket mahasiswa menyatakan validasi sebesar 81,65% dengan kriteria Sangat bagus, sangat efektif, sangat tuntas, sangat dapat digunakan tanpa perbaikan. AbstractIntegral is one of the concepts in mathematics that is very important. But based on research that students have difficulty in understanding the concepts of integral calculus. The purpose of this research is to develop video-assisted drill and practice learning on the YouTube channel in the integral calculus course for mathematics. The subjects in this study were prospective mathematics STKIP Muhammadiyah Bangka Belitung. This type of research is a development study consisting of preliminary and formative evaluation. Data collection and analysis techniques include Walkthrough or expert validation, documentation, questionnaires, and interviews. The results obtained, validation of material experts stated 67.78%, media experts stated 68.75%, linguists stated 62% of all experts stated the criteria were good enough, effective enough, sufficiently complete, could be used but needed minor improvement. A set of student questionnaires stated a validation of 81.65% with the criteria Very good, very effective, very complete, very usable without improvement. But the video is still undergoing revisions in accordance with expert advice.

Abstract

This study aims to produce learning trajectories of addition and subtraction of material numbers using the context of Bangka Belitung, also to find out whether the use of these learning designs can support students' Critical Thinking Abilities (KBKM). The research method, this research is a validation study design research type involving 6 students in the pilot experiment stage, and 25 students in the teaching experiment stage. The alleged learning trajectory was developed from a series of learning activities using the context of the Pacific Islands, such as sahang / pepper seeds as a model in learning the addition and subtraction of numbers. The results showed the use of trajectories in the context of Bangka Belitung provided different assessment results between the students' pretest and posttest scores. Most students have been able to solve the problem of addition and subtraction and provide arguments in answering the problems encountered. In conclusion, the use of instructional design using the context of Bangka Belitung in the learning of addition and subtraction of numbers can support student CBCS. Abstract

This study aims to Produce PISA model mathematical problems context kain cual Bangka Belitung that meets valid, practical, and potential effect on students abilities mathematical literacy based on Basic Mathematics Ability. The subject of this research is students SMP Negeri 5 Pangkalpinang class IX.A is amounts 35 student. The research method uses design research type development study. Data were analyzed description based on criteria literacy mathematic ability based on Basic Mathematics Ability. Result this research is obtained a set of PISA mathematical problems Context kain cual Bangka Belitung is valid, practical, and potential effect on students abilities mathematical literacy. Valid obtained at stage expert review and one to one practicality is known in stages small group, and ability mathematic literacy based result analysis the answer students and questionnaire on field test stage. Based the result analysis is obtained developed problems have a potential effect on mathematical literacy abilities namely bring up the Basic Mathematical Ability.

Abstract

Penggunaan konteks yang sering ditemui oleh siswa sangat baik diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran matematika karena selain siswa belajar tentang materi matematika siswa akan mengenal lebih jauh tentang konteks tersebut. Selain itu, penggunaan konteks dalam pembelajaran matematika dapat membantu siswa mengimplementasikan matematika dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan konteks sehari-hari. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan lintasan belajar materi operasi hitung bilangan menggunakan konteks keretak getas berbasis pendekatan PMRI. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian design research, dugaan lintasan belajar (Hypothetical Learning Trajectory) dikembangkan dari serangkaian aktivitas pembelajaran materi operasi hitung bilangan menggunakan konteks keretak getas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas II SD STKIP Muhammadiyah Bangka Belitung yang berjumlah 24 siswa. Aktivitas pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh siswa tentang operasi hitung bilangan yang meliputi operasi penjumlahan dan pengurangan bilangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa melalui serangkaian aktivitas yang telah dilakukan dapat membantu siswa dalam mempelajari operasi hitung bilangan baik penjumlahan maupun pengurangan.

Abstract

Mathematical literacy is essential because it can reason mathematically and formulate, apply, and interpret problem-solving in various everyday contexts. Following the PISA study, which assessed students aged 15 years with the age of high school students, this study aims to determine the reasoning ability of high school students in solving mathematical literacy problems. The method used in this research was descriptive qualitative. The research subjects were 22 students of class X, one of the private high schools in Pangkalpinang. Data collection techniques were written tests and interviews. The test instrument consisted of 10 items of developed mathematical literacy questions that meet the criteria of being valid, practical, and potentially affecting students' reasoning abilities. The questions were developed using the Bangka Belitung context. The students' answers were assessed based on a scoring rubric through primary mathematical skills of reasoning and argument indicators. Meanwhile, interviews were conducted with six students using the purposive sampling technique with high, medium, and low reasoning abilities. Interview data were used to dig deeper into students' reasoning abilities when solving the problem. Data were analyzed based on the percentage of students' mathematical reasoning abilities indicators, including data reduction, data presentation, and concluding/verification. The analysis results found that students' reasoning abilities mastery was very low on all indicators. At the indicator proposing allegations, mathematical manipulation, compiling evidence and reasons, it reaches a level of 42.88%, while at the level of mastery, the indicator concluded statements of 41.36%. The causes of students' difficulties in bringing up reasoning abilities included students who were not accustomed to solving questions that required high reasoning abilities. For example, mathematical literacy questions that were done and lack of mastery of mathematical concepts that had been studied made it challenging to bring up reasoning abilities.

Abstract

PISA merupakan salah satu penelitian tingkat dunia yang menilai kemampuan matematika, sains, dan bahasa siswa umur 15 tahun. Indonesia peringkat 63 dari 70 negara pada tahun 2015. Skor rata-rata kemampuan matematika siswa Indonesia di bawah skor rata-rata kemampuan matematika siswa internasional. Padahal, aspek pengembangan kemampuan matematika siswa Indonesia di SMP/MTs sudah disusun dalam tujuan mata pelajaran. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui dan mengidentifikasi kesalahan siswa mengerjakan soal matematika model PISA menggunakan konteks jumlah penduduk. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini siswa kelas IX.E SMPN 5 Pangkalpinang tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Berdasarkan kemampuan dasar matematika bahwa hasil penelitian menunjukkan siswa kesulitan menafsirkan dan bernalar dalam menyelesaikan soal matematika model PISA menggunakan konteks jumlah penduduk.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan soal matematika tipe TIMSS pada materi bilangan dengan menggunakan konteks paket wisata alam Danau Ranau dan Gunung Dempo yang valid dan praktis, serta untuk melihat potensi pengaruh soal yang dihasilkan terhadap kemampuan penalaran matematis, minat, dan ketertarikan siswa dalam mengerjakan soal. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas VII.7 SMP Negeri 55 Palembang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian desain dengan jenis penelitian pengembangan yang terdiri dari evaluasi (metode) pendahuluan dan evaluasi formatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu menghasilkan soal matematika tipe TIMSS pada materi bilangan dengan menggunakan konteks paket wisata alam Danau Ranau dan Gunung Dempo yang valid dan praktis, serta berpotensi berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi penalaran matematis siswa, seperti menganalisis, mengintegrasikan, membuat kesimpulan, dan memberi alasan. Selain itu, berpotensi berpengaruh terhadap minat dan keseriusan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal matematika tipe TIMSS pada materi bilangan menggunakan konteks paket wisata alam Danau Ranau dan Gunung Dempo.
