Abstract

Speech development in children aged 22–31 months is associated with nutritional status. Children who are malnourished can disrupt their speech development. Research objectives This research was conducted to determine factors related to speech development in early childhood. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with an observational analytical research type with a cross sectional approach. The sample used was 40 samples, the sampling technique used Random Sampling technique. The study results were measured using the Chi-Square test, with statistical analysis conducted through the SPSS application. The findings revealed that respondents with good nutritional status accounted for 27 (67.5%), while those with poor nutritional status totaled 13 (32.5%). Respondents with good speech development made up 27 (67.5%), whereas those with poor speech development totaled 13 (32.5%). The study found a correlation between nutritional status and speech development in early childhood.

Abstract

Menciptakan kepuasan dan keberhasilan peserta didik. Studi literatur ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji berbagai teori, model, dan hasil penelitian terkait mutu layanan di lingkungan pendidikan. Dengan menganalisis sejumlah jurnal, buku, dan artikel ilmiah terkini, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi dimensi-dimensi utama mutu layanan yang berpengaruh, tantangan implementasi, serta strategi peningkatan mutu layanan pada satuan pendidikan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan pendidikan tidak hanya bergantung pada aspek fisik dan sarana prasarana, tetapi juga pada kualitas interaksi antara pendidik dan peserta didik, kejelasan komunikasi, dan manajemen institusi. Selain itu, penggunaan teknologi informasi dapat meningkatkan efektivitas layanan. Studi ini merekomendasikan penerapan model SERVQUAL dan peningkatan kompetensi tenaga pendidik sebagai upaya utama untuk meningkatkan mutu layanan pendidikan. Dengan begitu, satuan pendidikan dapat memenuhi harapan stakeholder dan berkontribusi pada peningkatan mutu pendidikan nasional.

Abstract

The service process for granting Building Construction Permits still has many obstacles that are often encountered, including a lack of discipline regarding working hours, for example employees often arrive late, services are complicated and a lack of experts are placed, so that the community as the object or party receiving the service does not feel satisfied. analyzing building permit services at the capital investment office and one-stop integrated services in Makassar City. The type and research design used by the researcher is qualitative descriptive research, which comprehensively describes the effectiveness of the building construction permit granting service at the Makassar City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Service. Building permit services at the capital investment and one-stop integrated services service in Makassar City are not yet effective, it can be seen from the procedure which can be said to be complicated because you have to go to the village head and sub-district office to ask for a signature and that can take a long time if the village head or sub-district head is currently outside so the applicant has to wait, in terms of completion time it is also not effective, where the actual time for completing a building permit is 14 working days, but in reality it could take months.
