Abstract

This study aims to analyze or find out how the influence of Knowledge, Religiosity and Service Quality on Customer Loyalty of Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah KCP Uin Raden Fatah Palembang. This study uses quantitative methods and uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. Furthermore, analysis was carried out with the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the T test and F test. Processed using the SPSS Version 26 program. The research results show that the knowledge variable has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. The Religiosity variable has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. The Service Quality variable has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. So it is obtained that all variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

This research discusses what are the indicators for measuring Sharia audit quality? What factors influence the quality of Sharia audits? This research is a type of library research which focuses on managing qualitative data with data analysis methods using descriptive-analytical methods. The results of this research are. There are 6 indicators for measuring audit quality, namely: (a) Misstatement Detection, (b) conformity to applicable general standards SOP. (c), Compliance with SOPs, (d) Process Quality (accuracy of audit findings, skepticism). (e) Quality of results (value of recommendation, clarity of report, benefits of audit). (f). Quality of follow-up to audit results. There are 4 factors that influence audit quality, namely: (a) competency, (b) time pressure, (c) work experience. (d) Ethics.

Abstract

This paper is motivated by advances in internet technology in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 which caused changes in all areas of industry, including the financial services industry. Sharia banking is required to adapt to digital services to meet customer needs so that they change their business model by transforming digitally into digital banks. This type of research is library research with a qualitative descriptive approach that seeks to provide an overview of the civilization and development of Islamic financial institution in Indonesia. The results of this paper explain that the development of digital Islamic financial institutions is growing rapidly, this is a strength possessed by Islamic digital banks which makes it easy to access data that can be accessed via GooglePlay and the App Store. Due to the easy access of Islamic financial institutions digitally, it will be easier for customers to manage their finances, and Islamic financial institutions can enhance partnerships with various parties to develop services that suit customer needs.

Abstract

Digital banks are part of the digitalization of financial institutions which aims to facilitate financial inclusion for all groups. Sharia digital banks are a type of banking institution that provides practical and easy online services based on sharia principles so that customers do not need to come to a branch office. Sharia digital banks are among the latest innovations in the banking industry in Indonesia. This article aims to analyze the internal and external conditions of Islamic digital banks in Indonesia and formulate strategies that will be implemented by Islamic digital banks to take advantage of strengths and opportunities and overcome weaknesses and threats. This research uses the SWOT method. The results show several strengths (such as being the first pure digital Islamic bank in Indonesia, recipient of the Most Promising Islamic Digital Bank 2021 award at the CNBN Indonesia Award 2021), weaknesses (such as requiring a supporting internet connection), opportunities (such as: continued growth of internet users in Indonesia), and threats (such as cybercrime attacks). Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, the comparative advantage cell, mobilization cell, divestment/investment cell and damage control cell were obtained.

Abstract

In developing halal tourism, enhancing competitiveness must also address other important issues, such as environmental sustainability. After Covid-19, environmental issues increased along with the growth of halal tourism. Consequently, it is essential to implement effective strategies for developing halal tourism. Perlang is one of the villages that has succeeded in turning former mining land into a tourist attraction, and is recognized as one of the 50 best tourist attractions in Indonesia. This research aims to see how specific strategies have been used in developing a tourist village with the concept of sustainable halal tourism. It also looks at how the strategy model is effectively utilized to realize a tourist village concept that carries halal and sustainable values. It employs a qualitative method with a case study of Perlang Village by exploring documentation, observation, interviews, and Focus Group Discussions. The results showed that the Sustainable and Responsible Halal Tourism development model in Perlang fulfills the indicators that make it attractive, authentic, and consistent with halal principles, aligned with achieving sustainable development goals. The benefits of this tourist destination can be felt by the wider community inclusively and future generations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi mekanisme pasar tradisional dari perspektif Ekonomi Islam. Pasar, sebagai titik pertemuan penjual dan pembeli, memegang peran sentral dalam perekonomian, dan prinsip-prinsip Ekonomi Islam mementingkan nilai-nilai keadilan, kebahagiaan bersama, serta melarang praktik curang dan ketidakjujuran dalam transaksi jual beli. Mekanisme pasar tradisional sering melibatkan tawar-menawar, di mana pembeli dan penjual berinteraksi langsung. Ekonomi Islam mendorong keadilan dalam transaksi ini. Dalam pandangan Ekonomi Islam, produsen dilarang meningkatkan harga hingga tidak terjangkau oleh pembeli. Pentingnya keadilan dalam penetapan harga tercermin dalam prinsip-prinsip Islam yang menekankan keseimbangan dan keadilan dalam setiap aspek kehidupan, termasuk ekonomi. Harga yang adil mencerminkan kebutuhan dan keadilan bagi penjual dan pembeli. Dalam pasar tradisional, tawar-menawar menjadi sarana mencapai harga yang adil. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Pedagang dan pembeli di pasar tradisional diwawancarai untuk memahami pandangan mereka terkait mekanisme pasar dan penerapan prinsip Ekonomi Islam. Dokumentasi dilakukan untuk mengumpulkan data harga, transaksi, dan praktik bisnis di pasar tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pasar tradisional cenderung menerapkan mekanisme sesuai prinsip Ekonomi Islam. Tawar-menawar efektif mencapai harga adil. Pedagang di pasar tradisional sadar akan prinsip-prinsip moral dan etika Islam, berusaha menghindari praktik yang bertentangan. Pentingnya prinsip Ekonomi Islam dalam mekanisme pasar tradisional juga menyoroti peran lembaga keuangan syariah. Lembaga ini dapat memberikan solusi finansial sesuai kebutuhan pedagang dan pembeli di pasar tradisional. Pemahaman nilai-nilai Ekonomi Islam di pasar tradisional membuka ruang pengembangan. Lembaga keuangan komitmen pada prinsip syariah meningkatkan keberlanjutan pasar tradisional, memastikan prinsip etika dan keadilan terus dipegang. Penelitian ini tidak hanya menggambarkan mekanisme pasar tradisional dari perspektif Ekonomi Islam, tetapi juga memberikan wawasan tentang penerapan prinsip-prinsip tersebut dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Diharapkan temuan ini memberikan dasar untuk pengembangan konsep Ekonomi Islam di pasar tradisional. Implementasi yang konsisten dapat menciptakan lingkungan ekonomi lebih adil dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Suatu norma atau etika merupakan pencerminan dari nilai filosofis yang mendasarinya. Ekonomi kapitalis misalnya memiliki nilai filosofis yang berangkat dari pemikiran Protestan ethics yang dikembangkan oleh Calvin (calvinisme). Ekonomi Islam, terlepas dari perdebatan apakah termasuk kedalam ilmu yang berdiri sendiri atau merupakan bagian dari sistem ekonomi yang ada saat ini, memerlukan fondasi pemikiran filosofis yang kuat. Sejak tahun 1970-an, kajian ilmiah tentang Ekonomi Islam semakin banyak diteliti, mulai dari metodologi; worldview; body of knowladge, hingga teori-teori ekonomi. Seiring dengan berkembangnya ilmu Ekonomi Islam tersebut, maka timbul pemikiran mengenai bagaimana cara berbisnis secara Islami. Untuk menjaga agar bisnis yang dilakukan dengan ajaran Islam, maka dibutuhkan serangkaian aturan moral dan etika bisnis Islam. Paper ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan konsep etika bisnis Islami yang dimulai dari landasan filosofis hingga praktek prilaku bisnis dilapangan. Selain itu, paper ini juga mengkomparasikan etika bisnis Islam dengan berbagai konsep-konsep etika bisnis lainnya seperti etika bisnis Protestan & Judeo-cristian, etika bisnis Buddha, dan etika bisnis Hindu.

Abstract

Abstract: This paper is the result of research on several literatures encountered to provide solutions how the strategy that can be applied by sharia banking that started developing in Indonesia in developing halal industry in Indonesia. Indonesia is a country with the largest Muslim majority in the world. Muslims are a potential market in developing the current halal industry. Because Islam regulates every aspect of human life especially from the consumption sector. Consumption is broadly defined as utilizing every product. There are four major sectors which are great opportunities in developing halal industry namely, food industry, pharmaceutical industry, fashion industry and tourism industry. Islamic banking can have a role in developing the four sectors, including Cooperation with companies that will issue products with halal labeling to financially use sharia banking, syariah banking can develop sharia debit card and sharia card to facilitate the tourists to access youth syariah tourism, sharah perbnakan can provide financing for entrepreneurs in the field of syariah tourism, fashion and pharmaceutical products to develop their business which ultimately helped improve the halal industry in Indonesia.Keywords:  Halal Industry, Sharia Bank

Abstract

This thesis research departs from the existence of the Koran which has attracted the attention of the world community and has become one of the main tourist attractions of Palembang city from South Sumatra. Moreover, because the Koran was confirmed as the only largest Koran in the world and included in the list of the Indonesian Registration Museum (MURI). This study wants to examine the strategy of developing halal tourism in the Al-Quran Akbar Palembang by using SWOT analysis. Data collection through interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique is descriptive qualitative by describing and describing as clearly as possible all the problems in the problem formulation, systematically, factually and accurately. The conclusion of this research is the Strategy for Development of Al-Qur'an Akbar Halal Tourism, namely by means of promotion through social media so that the Al-Qur'an Akbar is better known by tourists both local and foreign, Installing CCTV cameras, adding security personnel, implementing health protocols and coordinating with local officials, such as the police. As well as cooperating with the Government to repair damaged roads and construct toll roads so that tourists can easily visit the Al Qur'an Al Akbar.
