Abstract

This study aims to see the potential for developing human resources of Islamic banks in East Kalimantan Province. This research is a qualitative and descriptive research, where the data is obtained through library research. Based on the literature study method that has been carried out, several potential human resource development in East Kalimantan have been found, including a large Muslim population (especially in Samarinda City, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, and Balikpapan City, high value of the East Kalimantan Province human development index, support for education. Sector which is reflected through the availability of Islamic Banking/Sharia Economics study programs / Sharia Economic Law at Universities / Institutes / Universities in East Kalimantan, Stability of Sharia Banking Asset Development in East Kalimantan Province. This makes East Kalimantan one of the areas that have potential or opportunities to overcome the problem of limited human resources both in terms of quality and quantity. Where the expected human resources are those who understand the principles of Islamic banking comprehensively.

Abstract

The amil zakat Agency is an institution that has the responsibilty (mandate) of the muzakki to distribute the zakat they have paid to people in need. As a trust holding institutions are required to record every zakat deposit from muzakki and report the zakat management to the public in a transparent and accountable manner in accordance with the Statement of Financial Accunting (PSAK) No. 109 concerning zakat and infaq/alms accounting. Therefore, this tudy aims to examine the pattern and application of zakat and infaq/alms accounting based on PSAK No. 109 at the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of East Kalimantan Province.This type of research is field research is field research using a qualitative descriptive approach. The informants in this study were staff concerned in making the financial reports of BAZNAS East Kalimantan Province. Instruments in data collction used were observation, interviews and documentation. The stages in obtaining the dataused are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.The results showed that the pattern of preparing financial statements at BAZNAS East Kalimantan Province includes components of balnce reports (financial position reports), reports of change in funds, reports of changes in assets under managemnt, cash flow reports, and notes on financial statements that are in accordance with PSAK 109. Financial reports that are conducted 2 times a year, six months and at the end to the year. The financial statements that are presented are not only physical, but are presented through an application called SIMBA(BAZNAS Management Information System). Where in its application, the financial statements aopplied by the institution have reffered to and are in accordance with PSAK 109 concerning zakat adn infaq/alms accounting/

Abstract

Budaya yang kuat dapat mempengaruhi kinerja bahkan di lingkungan perusahaan atau Lembaga-Lembaga lebih besar pengaruhnya terhadap persaigan, seperti struktur organisasi, alat analisis keuangan, dapat menyesuaikan dengan perubahan jaman yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Sultan Aji Muhammad Idris Samarinda. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Sultan Aji Muhammad Idris Samarinda X1 sebesar 5,029 > ttabel 2,228. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak. Jadi dapat dikatakan bahwa variabel X1 memiliki konstribusi terhadap Y. Yang berarti Kepemimpinan X1 berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) Budaya Organisasi X2 sebesar 2.465 > ttabel 2,228. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H2 diterima dan H0 ditolak. Jadi dapat dikatakan bahwa variabel X2 memiliki konstribusi terhadap Y. Secara Simultan Lingkungn kerja dan Budaya Organisasi berepengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Berdasarkan pada tabel di atas, dapat disimpulkan dalam pengujian secara simultan variabel lingkungan kerja X1, dan budaya organisasi X2, terhadap kinerja pegawai Y, diperoleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 43,213 untuk mengetahui nilai F tabel, F = (n-k). F (81 - 2) F= (2;79) = 3,110. Dengan nilai probabilitas sig = 0,05. Maka Fhitung 43,213 > Ftabel = 3,110 dan nilai sig lebih kecil dari nilai probabilitas 0,05 atau nilai 0,000 < 0,05. Maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja, dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y).

Abstract

The concept of pesantren economic empowerment carried out by the Al Muttaqien Islamic Boarding School in Balikpapan is the ability and skill of the pesantren in utilizing its potential and efforts to run a business process through business units. With the aim of creating a spirit of independence for Islamic boarding schools. Therefore, this study aims to find out what forms of economic empowerment are carried out by the Al Muttaqien Islamic boarding school in Balikpapan, as well as to find out what the benefits of economic empowerment are to the operational continuity of the pesantren, and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors. Methodologically, this research uses qualitative research procedures. By using this type of descriptive research. As for data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. And the data analysis techniques used are the reduction of data, the presentation of data and the drawing of conclusions. Al Muttaqien Islamic boarding school has various forms of economic empowerment working out a unit that is owned: a general contractor & carrier, tour & travel, convection & benefit and sharia cooperative gift Al Muttaqien. There are several benefits successfully achieved from the economic empowerment activity of the boarding house, namely: subsidies on unemployment (SPP) for santri cannot afford, build tools or facilities in order to support the activities of the boarding house and improve the welfare of teachers/employees. Abstract

This research is based on the background that the economic income of the people of Muara Badak Ulu Village is a micro-scale community economic activity that can be managed by the community and the village government. Factors that influence the increase in economic income of the people of Muara Badak Ulu Village are the development model of the export business of lidi nipah BUMDes fostered independently, the economic income of the community and the obstacles of SME lidi nipah which make it increase the income of the people of Muara Badak Ulu Village.This study aims to determine the development of export businesses for independent-assisted BUMDes in increasing the economic income of the people of Muara Badak Ulu Village. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The methods used in the study are observation, wawancaea, and documentation. The object in this study is bumdes Bina Mandiri in Muara Badak Ulu Village. The results showed that the model of developing the lidi nipah export business of BUMDes Bina Mandiri in Muara Badak Ulu Village can be seen from the form of success in helping to improve the economic standards of the community in forming a lidi nipah work program consisting of aspects of competition, resources, technology, institutions, and financial institutions. Judging from the economic income of the community in the business of lidi nipah business, it is useful to increase the standard of living of the community where the welfare of the community can provide world happiness and the happiness of the afterlife and be kept away from the evil of their creatures. Then the income generated can meet the needs of his daily life with a profit of around Rp. 20,000,000 (Twenty Million Rupiah) per year. With exports in the form of making broomsticks, mats, and so on, as much as approximately 89 tons per year. The obstacles faced by smes are volatile due to bad weather that makes the palm trees and nipah trees fail to harvest. Therefore, BUMDes helps find nipah land in other villages that are ready to be harvested so that their business can run smoothly. Abstract

The background to this research is that rapid technological developments have brought changes to product and service innovation at Bank Syariah Indonesia. Digital banking services are currently being developed to improve the quality of Bank Syariah Indonesia's services. The various conveniences and benefits provided through this digital banking service include ease of transactions, time efficiency and flexibility. However, there are still many people who have not switched to digital banking services due to a lack of understanding of the operation or not knowing about digital banking services. The objectives of this research are: 1) To determine and describe the implementation of digital banking in improving the quality of service to the community at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Samarinda Bung Tomo. 2) To find out and describe the obstacles and solutions to the Implementation of digital banking in improving the Quality of Service to the Community at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Samarinda Bung Tomo. The research method used in this research is field research using a descriptive approach. Determining informants using purposive techniques. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The research subjects were employees and customers of BSI KCP Samarinda Bung Tomo. Data analysis uses data reduction methods, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Validity is carried out by source triangulation. The results of the research are: 1) The implementation of digital banking at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Samarinda Bung Tomo has been going well and is able to improve service quality by implementing five dimensions of service quality, namely reliability, the ability to provide fast and accurate service, responsiveness, the ability to respond quickly to customer requests. and responsiveness, assurance provides a sense of trust and security, empathy provides friendly service and tangible evidence provides the BSI Mobile application and ATM machines. 2) Obstacles to implementing digital banking include failed transactions due to the internet network. The solution is to ensure the internet network is good so that the transaction process can run smoothly. Activation failed because you didn't have credit, make sure you have credit available to avoid failure. Make sure the BSI Mobile application is updated so you can log in. Can't log in because the server has an error, the solution is to wait for information from the bank and the server will be repaired so that the application can be used normally again.

Abstract

Kewirausahaan mempunyai peran penting dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi serta menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan. Kegiatan kewirausahaan dapat dilakukan oleh mahasiswa sebagai penerapan pengetahuan akademik dalam praktik nyata. Melalui kewirausahaan, mahasiswa dapat mengasah keterampilan seperti komunikasi, pengambilan keputusan dan adaptasi tehadap perubahan. Dengan demikian, penguatan kapasitas kewirausahaan dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi perekonomian lokal dan memberikan mahasiswa keterampilan serta pengetahuan yang berharga untuk usaha atau karier mereka di masa depan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan kewirausahaan dalam mengembangkan jiwa entrepreneurship generasi 5.0 atau generasi mahasiswa. Metode pengabdian ini dengan menggunakan metode presentasi dan diskusi. Sasaran utamanya adalah generasi muda yang berstatus sebagai mahasiswa di Kalimantan Timur (Kaltim). Dalam pelatihan ini melibatkan jumlah 35 mahasiswa yang berasal dari beberapa perguruan tinggi negeri dan swasta di Samarinda dan Balikpapan. Adapun cakupan serangkaian pelatihan ini terdiri dari aspek-aspek dasar bisnis, strategi pemasaran, praktik bisnis nyata, peluang usaha yang dapat dilakukan oleh generasi muda, serta alternatif ragam usaha kolaboratif. Contohnya, usaha kopi, jualan online atau membuka jasa bimbingan belajar. Kunci utama menjalankan bisnis adalah niat dan berani mengambil resiko. Untuk memulai mencoba membuka usaha, wirausahawan muda harus tetap tenang, terus berusaha, melakukan inovasi, ide kreatif, selalu berusaha, pantang menyerah dan melawan rasa takut. Adapun hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah tumbuhnya keinginan mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha, mendapatkan ide usaha, serta mengetahui tantangan atau kendala dalam berwirausaha. Dengan meningkatnya kesadaran dan keterampilan kewirausahaan di kalangan mahasiswa, maka ini akan menjadi kontribusi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi, penciptaan lapangan kerja dan inovasi yang bermanfaat bagi masyarakat luas.

Abstract

The development of Nusantara Capital City (IKN) as Indonesia’s new administrative center presents strategic opportunities to stimulate the growth of the creative economy sector. This sector serves as a driving force for national economic diversification, focusing on innovation, creativity, and the utilization of local resources. This study aims to identify both the potential and the challenges in developing the creative economy within the IKN area, emphasizing the principles of smart, sustainable, and inclusive development. The research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach through literature review and policy analysis. Findings indicate that subsectors such as architecture, performing arts, interior design, culinary arts, and crafts hold significant prospects, particularly as they align with the rich cultural heritage of East Kalimantan. However, challenges include limited supporting infrastructure, a shortage of skilled creative workers, and the suboptimal harmonization between regulations and the business ecosystem. Therefore, comprehensive cross-sectoral collaboration policies oriented toward community empowerment are required so that the creative economy can serve as the main foundation for economic growth in IKN. This study also recommends that the government and stakeholders position the creative economy as a core element in inclusive and sustainable development planning, prioritizing community participation, social diversity, and the preservation of local culture. Furthermore, the establishment of a responsive and collaborative creative ecosystem is considered strategic to support the sustainable growth of this sector in the IKN area
