Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji dampak dari strategi diferensiasi produk, khususnya inovasi, kualitas, branding, dan harga, terhadap keunggulan kompetitif Mie Gacoan. Dengan menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan dari 200 responden dengan menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur dengan skala Likert mulai dari 1 sampai 5. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keempat dimensi diferensiasi produk - inovasi, kualitas, merek, dan harga - secara positif dan signifikan meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif Mie Gacoan. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya diferensiasi strategis dalam membangun posisi pasar yang kuat dan mencapai keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan dalam industri mie yang sangat kompetitif. Studi ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi bisnis yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan posisi pasar mereka melalui strategi diferensiasi yang efektif.

Abstract

The role of freelancers and contractors in the modern workforce is increasingly significant, but their integration with the organization's strategic goals often faces challenges, especially in maintaining organizational culture. This research aims to identify effective strategies in aligning an organization's long-term goals with a flexible workforce, using an approach Systematic Literature Review (SLR) based on PRISMA guidelines. Analysis of the relevant literature revealed four main themes: strategic workforce planning, the challenges of cultural integration, the role of technology as a facilitator, and the importance of adaptive leadership. These results provide theoretical insights into hybrid workforce management as well as practical recommendations for organizations to create a cohesive workforce without compromising organizational values.

Abstract

This research explores how organizations are integrating freelancers and contractors in their workforce strategies to face the future of an increasingly dynamic world of work. Using a systematic literature review approach, this study analyzes the challenges, strategies and benefits of flexible workforce integration in various sectors. The findings show that although organizations face challenges in maintaining effective culture and collaboration, the integration of a non-permanent workforce increases a company's flexibility and competitiveness. The practical implications of this research provide guidance for HR practitioners to design policies that support a flexible workforce in the context of digital transformation.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of synergy leadership style and organizational culture on human resource performance in Indonesia. Using a quantitative research design, data were collected from 150 respondents across various organizations through a structured questionnaire measured on a five-point Likert scale. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 25, employing descriptive statistics, reliability and validity tests, correlation analysis, and multiple regression. The results reveal that both synergy leadership style and organizational culture significantly and positively affect human resource performance. Specifically, organizational culture emerged as the stronger predictor compared to leadership style, emphasizing its vital role in shaping employee behavior and performance outcomes. The study contributes to the literature by providing empirical evidence on the interaction between leadership and culture in the Indonesian context, highlighting their combined importance in enhancing employee productivity, innovation, and organizational sustainability. Practical implications suggest that leaders and policymakers should foster synergistic leadership practices alongside cultivating a strong organizational culture to achieve long-term performance excellence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak literasi keuangan digital dan adopsi fintech terhadap kinerja keuangan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) kuliner di Bandung. Pertumbuhan pesat layanan keuangan digital telah mengubah cara UMKM mengelola transaksi, mengakses pembiayaan, dan mengontrol aktivitas keuangan. Namun, efektivitas layanan ini sangat bergantung pada pengetahuan keuangan dan kemampuan digital pemilik usaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data primer yang dikumpulkan dari 150 pemilik UMKM kuliner melalui kuesioner terstruktur yang diukur dengan skala Likert. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) versi 25. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan digital memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, menunjukkan bahwa pemilik UMKM dengan pengetahuan keuangan digital yang lebih tinggi lebih mampu mengelola arus kas, mengontrol biaya, dan meningkatkan keuntungan. Adopsi fintech juga menunjukkan dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, menyoroti peran pembayaran digital, perbankan mobile, dan pembiayaan online dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kinerja penjualan. Secara bersamaan, literasi keuangan digital dan adopsi fintech secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja keuangan UMKM kuliner. Temuan ini menyiratkan bahwa memperkuat pendidikan keuangan digital dan mendorong pemanfaatan fintech yang efektif merupakan strategi kunci untuk meningkatkan kinerja keuangan dan keberlanjutan UMKM.

Abstract

This study examines the effects of mobile money, quick response code (QR code), and financial inclusion on the performance of MSMEs in Kendari City, with financial literacy as a moderating variable. Using a quantitative approach with descriptive and explanatory designs, primary data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to 300 MSME actors selected through purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS. The results show that mobile money, QR code adoption, and financial inclusion have positive and significant effects on MSME performance. In addition, financial literacy amplifies the influence of these variables, indicating that MSME actors with greater financial knowledge are better able to manage transactions, cash flow, and financial decisions effectively. These findings imply that improving MSME performance requires not only broader access to digital financial technology and formal financial services, but also stronger financial literacy among business actors. This study contributes to the literature by confirming the moderating role of financial literacy in the relationship between digital finance, financial inclusion, and MSME performance. However, the study is limited by its cross-sectional design, its restricted scope in Kendari City, and the limited number of variables examined, suggesting that future research should expand the study area, adopt a longitudinal approach, and include additional variables such as innovation, digital capability, and entrepreneurial orientation.
