Abstract

The development of internet-based technology, especially websites, is currently increasingly rapid and rapid. Currently, website-based technology allows business people to optimize this technology. Regarding this technology, this research aims to help improve and develop a more efficient system in order to obtain a marketing strategy in the form of a business brand and maximize services with the aim of facilitating performance in processing data, changing data, viewing information on futsal and badminton court schedules, including storing data online. automatically safe too. In designing this website, researchers used the waterfall method which consists of several steps, namely planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance which were applied in developing the online field rental information system at Leo Sport. The data collection method uses interview techniques, observation, literature study, and uses the pieces method whose description consists of Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service. This research produces a web-based information system that is able to manage field reservations, schedule settings, payments and reporting more efficiently, and helps business people increase futsal and badminton court rentals. Apart from that, so that the field rental business can increase, this system is facilitated with a payment model via the Midtrans gateway.

Abstract

At Berkah Sejahtera Waste Bank, the service process is still carried out manually, namely by recording in the waste bank book so that data accuracy and timeliness often have errors in management. To find solutions to existing problems, it is necessary to have a computerized data management system in a waste bank institution as an effort to accelerate the processing of waste bank management transaction data that can provide convenience in carrying out transaction activities, managing Berkah Sejahtera Waste Bank savings, and creating transparency and accountability in the Berkah Sejahtera waste bank management unit in the Rawa Panjang Village area, Bojong Gede, Kabupaten Bogor. The applied method includes partner needs analysis, development of a digital waste bank application, training on application usage, and evaluation of the training outcomes. This application training activity was attended by 34 participants consisting of representatives of the management, and customers of the Berkah Sejahtera Waste Bank. The result of this training is an increase in the usefulness of training by 88% and feedback in using the E-BAS application recorded at 91.18% This waste bank application is a web-based data processing that can speed up and facilitate Waste Bank officers in conducting transactions, processing customer savings data, updated, transparent, and informative information and can be accessed at any time.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengusulkan pemodelan konseptual sistem pemantauan level sampah berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) untuk mengatasi inefisiensi pengelolaan sampah tradisional. Sistem ini dirancang untuk memfasilitasi pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik dan mengoptimalkan rute pengumpulan sampah. Metodologi penelitian meliputi identifikasi masalah mendalam terkait pengelolaan sampah konvensional, analisis proses bisnis saat ini, serta perancangan sistem yang diusulkan. Model sistem yang dikembangkan mencakup kerangka konseptual teknologi yang mengintegrasikan sensor ultrasonik untuk akuisisi data real-time, mikrokontroler ESP32/ESP8266 sebagai edge device, protokol komunikasi MQTT, serta platform cloud IoT dan basis data time-series sebagai backend penyimpanan. Data yang terkumpul akan divisualisasikan melalui dashboard pengguna yang menampilkan status kepenuhan tempat sampah pada peta, notifikasi otomatis, dan tren historis. Hasil penelitian ini menyajikan Diagram Arus Data (DFD) Level 0 dan Level 1 yang merinci interaksi sistem dengan entitas eksternal dan sub-proses internalnya. Selain itu, Diagram Entitas-Relasi (ERD) konseptual juga dikembangkan untuk menggambarkan struktur data sistem. Desain mockup dashboard menunjukkan antarmuka yang intuitif untuk pengelola sampah. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan dasar teoretis dan arsitektural yang kuat untuk pengembangan sistem pengelolaan sampah yang lebih efisien, responsif, dan berbasis data, berkontribusi pada peningkatan kebersihan lingkungan.

Abstract

Dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi informasi di era revolusi industri 4.0 dan sedang mengarah ke revolusi industri 5.0, maka saat penting peranan dari TIK (Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi) bagi para kader posyandu dalam menghadapi perubahan yang berubah secara cepat dan simultan. Kemampuan para kader posyandu dalam mengelola data warga dalam hal ini balita, ibu hamil, dan lansia yang mengikuti program rutin bulanan dari setiap wilayah kelurahan perlu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilannya dalam menginput dana mengolah data warga posyandu secara digitalisasi. Tim PkM dengan mitra kader pengerak posyandu singkong Kelurahan Grogol Selatan dapat mendapat pelatihan penggunaan sistem informasi posyandu telah memenuhi luaran yang ditargetkan sebesar 40,00% menjadi peningkatan sebesar 66,86%% untuk seluruh kegiatan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan hard skill dalam menggunakan teknologi informasi program aplikasi posyandu.

Abstract

Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan merilis data terbaru berkaitan volume sampah yang ada di negara Indonesia pada tahun 2021 tercatat 18,2 juta ton/tahun dari 154 Kabupaten/kota se-Indonesia. Sedangkan sampah yang mampu dikelola dengan baik hanya sebanyak 13,2 juta ton/tahun atau setara dengan 72,95%. Hal ini dapat terjadi dikarenakan masih terbatasnya daya tampung tempat pembuangan sampah baik Tempat Pemrosesan Akhir (TPA) maupun Tempat Penampungan Sementara (TPS), hingga minimnya standar dalam pengelolaan sampah yang sudah diterapkan. Dari kondisi yang telah terurai diatas, untuk pengelolaan sampah bukan hanya tugas dari pemerintah saja, melainkan ada peran serta dari masyarakat maupun pelaku yang harus bertanggungjawab agar lingkungan tetap bersih dan sehat. Untuk mengatasi masalah sampah, maka pemerintah melalui Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Perumahan Rakyat dan Pemukiman sejak bulan September 2019 mulai mencanangkan konsep bank sampah. Pengelolaan bank sampah harus dilakukan secara kreatif dan inovatif dengan mendampingkan teknologi informasi yang berkelanjutan untuk menunjang kegiatan pengelolaan dana nasabah bank sampah dengan baik dan transparan. Tim PkM Fakultas Teknik Universitas Satya Negara Indonesia melakukan sosialisasi dan penyuluhan kepada mitra pengelola bank sampah di wilayah Kelurahan Grogol Selatan berkaitan dengan penggunaan aplikasi digitalisasi bank sampah. Hasil responbility dari para peserta kegiatan sosialisasi ini bermanfaat untuk menunjang aktivitas peserta dengan direpresentasikan sebesar 83,33%.

Abstract

Pengelolaan data pengunjung di RPTRA Kramat Pela masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga kurang efisien, rawan kehilangan data, dan menyulitkan pelaporan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem informasi pengelolaan data pengunjung berbasis web menggunakan metode Waterfall dengan tahapan analisis, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan Laravel, MySQL, dan Bootstrap, dengan fitur pencatatan kunjungan, pengelolaan laporan masyarakat, serta visualisasi data dalam bentuk grafik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem dapat meningkatkan efisiensi kerja petugas, mempermudah akses informasi bagi pimpinan, serta mendukung transparansi pengelolaan RPTRA.

Abstract

Game Mobile Legends: Bang Bang menghasilkan jutaan ulasan pengguna yang mengandung sentimen berharga bagi pengembang, namun analisisnya terkendala oleh volume data yang besar serta penggunaan bahasa informal yang kompleks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem analisis sentimen otomatis menggunakan model deep learning Transformers BERT untuk mengklasifikasikan ulasan pengguna ke dalam kategori positif, negatif, dan netral. Metode penelitian mencakup pengumpulan 548.250 data ulasan dari Kaggle, pra-pemrosesan teks untuk menangani noise, dan pelatihan model IndoBERT melalui teknik fine-tuning. Kinerja model dievaluasi menggunakan metrik akurasi, presisi, recall, dan F1-score. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model IndoBERT yang telah disempurnakan (fine-tuned) mencapai akurasi 83.2%, sebuah peningkatan signifikan sebesar +62.8% dibandingkan model dasarnya (pre-trained) yang hanya mencapai 20.4%. Keberhasilan ini membuktikan bahwa proses fine-tuning secara efektif mengadaptasi model untuk memahami jargon dan konteks unik dalam ulasan game. Seluruh alur penelitian diimplementasikan dalam sebuah aplikasi web interaktif menggunakan Streamlit sebagai bukti konsep dan alat visualisasi hasil analisis. Abstract

At Alumni data management at SMK Grafika Jakarta Selatan has been carried out conventionally through recording in books and simple worksheets by the school and alumni association administrators. The conventional or manual procedures have caused various obstacles, including data inaccuracy, slow Digital transformation in educational data management is a strategic priority for vocational schools, particularly in supporting tracer studies and data-driven quality enhancement. This community engagement project aimed to design and implement a web-based alumni management information system at SMK Grafika Jakarta Selatan through the Graftur Connect application. The institution previously relied on manual alumni data management, resulting in inefficiencies, data inaccuracies, and limited analytical capability. The project was conducted in four stages: needs assessment, system development, user training, and evaluation based on Kirkpatrick’s Level 1 (reaction) model. The system was developed using the Laravel framework with a structured database to manage alumni profiles, employment history, tracer study data, communication features, and digital alumni ID services. The training session involved 40 participants, including school administrators and alumni representatives. Findings indicate a positive user response, with participants acknowledging the system’s usability, relevance, and effectiveness in improving data management processes. The digital platform enhanced data accuracy, accessibility, and institutional engagement with graduates. Overall, the initiative contributes to establishing a structured, adaptive, and data-driven alumni management framework within the vocational education sector.

Abstract

The implementation of construction projects requires an effective monitoring system to ensure alignment between project planning and actual execution in terms of schedule, cost, and work progress. However, in many construction companies, project monitoring is still conducted manually, which may lead to information delays, data inaccuracies, and reduced effectiveness in decision-making. This study aims to develop and implement a web-based construction project monitoring information system to support project control at PT. Edco Medco. The system is developed using a software engineering approach with the waterfall method and utilizes PHP-based web technology with MySQL as the database. The proposed system provides integrated project information, including project data, schedules, work progress, documentation, and project reports in real time. Functional testing results indicate that the system operates in accordance with user requirements and enhances the effectiveness of project monitoring compared to conventional manual methods. The implementation of this system is expected to improve transparency, accuracy of project control, and efficiency in construction project management within the organization.
