Abstract

The aim of this classroom action research is to determine the improvement in biology learning outcomes through Discovery Learning for class XII students at Makassar National High School. The subjects in this research were class Cycle I was held in 4 meetings and cycle II was also held in 4 meetings, including giving tests at the end of cycle I and cycle II. Data collection was carried out using student biology learning results tests and observation sheets. The data analysis technique uses quantitative analysis. The research results showed that the average value in cycle I was 64.75 which was in the medium category. In cycle II, the average value of biology learning outcomes was 76.62, which was in the high category. From the results of this research it can be concluded that by applying the Discovery Learning method in improving biology learning outcomes in class XII students at Makassar National High School can be increased to 80%

Abstract

This research is an experimental study which aims to determine the differences in Biology learning outcomes for Class X students at SMA Negeri 8 Gowa when using the Problem Solving learning method and the Course Review Horay method. The population in this study were all class X students of Gowa State High School, while the sample in this study was class The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and inferential analysis.The results of this research indicate that the comparison of the Problem Solving learning method and the Course Review Horay method has a significant influence on student learning outcomes. The learning outcomes of students using the Problem Solving method have an average pre-test score of 62.63 and post-test of 77.11, showing significant improvement and meeting the complete learning criteria. Meanwhile, students who used the Course Review Horay method showed an average pre-test score of 63.63 and post-test of 88.48, showing better improvement and achieving minimum completeness. Thus, it can be concluded that the Course Review Horay method is more effective in improving student learning outcomes than the Problem Solving method in the context of this research

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to help students at SD Negeri Kassi Makassar gain knowledge/education about types of waste and learn how to process waste into simple products. Community service activities are carried out at SD Negeri Kassi Makassar. The method in implementing this service is the training method or providing counseling on types of waste and how to process waste simply. The results of the community service activities carried out are that students have an understanding of the types of waste and know how to process waste into simple products. It is hoped that this community service activity will help students improve their skills in creating simple products from waste, especially in helping them become better at innovating.

Abstract

This study is an experimental study that aims to determine the extent to which microteaching simulations influence students' skills in managing learning classes as readiness to become prospective teachers facing students. The population in this study were male and female students of Patompo University, semester VII majoring in biology education. The sample of this study was 21 people. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The results of the study showed that microteaching simulations were useful for male and female students who carried out field experience practice (PPL), especially in classroom management skills, which was 76.20% or 16 students, while microteaching simulations were included in the category with good or useful results, which was 61.90% or 13 students. The results of the hypothesis testing of this study showed that there was a relationship between the microteaching variable and the classroom management skills variable, which was 0.000 or 0.000 greater than 0.05, which indicated that Ha was accepted while Ho was rejected. It can be concluded that the influence of microteaching simulations on classroom management skills has a positive or significant impact. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen yang memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh simulasi microteaching terhadap keterampilan mahasiswa dalam mengelola kelas belajar sebagai kesiapan menjadi calon guru menghadapi peserta didik. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa dan mahasiswi Universitas Patompo semester VII jurusan pendidikan biologi. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 21 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa simulasi micro teaching berguna bagi mahasiswa dan mahasiswi yang melaksanakan praktik pengalaman lapangan (PPL), khususnya dalam keterampilan pengelolaan kelas yaitu sebesar 76,20 % atau terdapat 16 mahasiswa, sedangkan pada simulasi microteaching termasuk dalam kategori dengan hasil yang baik atau bermanfaat yaitu sebesar 61,90 % atau terdapat 13 mahasiswa. Pada hasil pengujian hipotesis penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa memiliki keterkaitan antara variabel microteaching terhadap variabel keterampilan pengelolaan kelas yaitu sebesar 0,000 atau 0,000 lebih besar dari 0,05 yang menunjukkan bahwa Ha diterima sedangkan Ho ditolak. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh simulasi micro teaching terhadap keterampilan dalam mengleola kelas memiliki dampak yang positif atau signifikan.

Abstract

This research aims to increase motivation and learning outcomes in Biology science learning, ecosystem balance material in class VII at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Kalukuang. This research method is included in the one shot case study where the researcher carries out the treatment once. The sample in this study was 20 students. The research results include; 1) student learning motivation can be seen from the distribution of student learning activities where after the post test or after treatment using Canva learning media there has been an increase of 84% from the previous 62.5%, 2) student learning outcomes in the pre test there are 7 students who have met teaching completion criteria and as many as 13 students did not meet the teaching completion criteria, while in the post test or after treatment using Canva media there were 16 students who met the teaching completion criteria and 4 students who did not. Based on the description of the results obtained above, it can be concluded that the learning media using the Canva application is effectively used as a medium for science learning at MI DDI Kalukuang. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar pada pembelajaran IPA Biologi materi keseimbangan ekosistem di kelas VI di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Kalukuang. Metode penelitian ini termasuk dalam one shot case study dimana peneliti mengadakan perlakuan sebanyak satu kali. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 20 orang siswa. Adapun hasil penelitian diantaranya yaitu; 1) motivasi belajar siswa dapat dilihat dari distribusi aktivitas belajar siswa dimana setelah post test atau setelah perlakuan menggunakan media pembelajaran canva mengalami peningkatan sebesar 84% dari sebelumnya sebesar 62,5%, 2) hasil belajar siswa pada pre test terdapat 7 siswa yang telah memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan mengajar dan sebanyak 13 siswa yang belum memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan mengajar, sedangkan pada post test atau setelah perlakuan menggunakan media canva terdapat 16 siswa yang telah memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan mengajar dan sebanyak 4 siswa yang belum memenuhi. Berdasarkan uraian perolehan hasil diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi canva efektif digunakan sebagai media dalam pembelajaran IPA di MI DDI Kalukuang.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of implementing management or classroom management on Biology Science learning outcomes at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah DDI Kalukuang. The specifications of this research are quantitative in the form of One Group Pretest-Posttest. The sample used was a saturated sample with a class V population of 27 students. Data collection was carried out through observation, tests and documentation. The collected data was analyzed by means of descriptive data analysis in the form of explanations of research results and inferential data analysis in the form of tables, graphs or images. Based on the research results, it shows that the normality test results are greater than the significant level, namely 0.05 > 0.185 in the pretest and 0.142 > 0.05 in the posttest, while the t-test results are smaller than the significant level, namely 0.0098 < 0.05, so It can be concluded that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that management or classroom management can influence effectiveness in learning Biology Science. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas dari penerapan pengelolaan atau manajemen kelas terhadap hasil pembelajaran IPA Biologi di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah DDI Kalukuang. Spesifikasi dari penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dalam bentuk One Group Pretest-Postest. Adapun sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampel jenuh dengan populasi kelas V sebanyak 27 orang siswa. Pengambilan data dilakukan secara observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan cara analisis data deskriptif dalam bentuk penjelasan hasil penelitian dan analisis data inferensial dalam bentuk tabel, grafik atau gambar.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari hasil uji normalitas lebih besar dari taraf signifikan yaitu 0,05 > 0,185 pada pretest dan sebesar 0,142 > 0,05 pada posttest sedangkan hasil uji-t lebih kecil dari taraf signifikan yaitu 0,0098 < 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima yang berarti bahwa pengelolaan atau manajemen kelas dapat memberikan pengaruh efektivitas dalam pembelajaran IPA Biologi.

Abstract

This study is an experimental study aimed at determining the effect of liquid organic fertilizer on the growth and production of long beans (Vigna sinensis L.) and to determine the effective concentration of liquid organic fertilizer for the growth and production of long beans (Vigna sinensis L.). The data analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. This study used a Randomized Block Design (RAK) consisting of 4 treatments and 3 replications, namely P0 (without liquid organic fertilizer), P1 (50 ml of liquid organic fertilizer), P2 (75 ml of liquid organic fertilizer) and P3 (100 ml of liquid organic fertilizer). The results showed that: different concentrations of liquid organic fertilizer had different effects on the growth and production of long beans. The treatment of giving liquid organic fertilizer concentration P2 (75 ml of POC) was the best result for plant height (cm), flowering age (days), number of plant pods, and weight of plant pods (g). ABSTRAKPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pupuk organik cair terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi kacang panjang (Vigna sinensis L.) dan untuk mengetahui konsentrasi pupuk organik cair yang efektif untuk pertumbuhan dan produksi kacang panjang (Vigna sinensis L.). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri dari 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan yaitu P0 (tanpa pupuk organik cair), P1 (50 ml pupuk organik cair), P2 (75 ml pupuk organik cair) dan P3 (100 ml pupuk organik cair). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : konsentrasi pupuk organik cair yang berbeda memberikan pengaruh yang berbeda pula terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi kacang panjang. Perlakuan pemberian konsentrasi pupuk organik cair P2 (75 ml POC) merupakan hasil yang terbaik terhadap tinggi tanaman (cm), umur berbunga (hari), jumlah polong tanaman, dan berat polong tanaman (g).
