Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of work motivation on employee performance. The respondents consisted of 100 permanent employees at PT. Family Raya Gurun Laweh Padang, Padang City. In this study, we used a quantitative method in the form of a questionnaire as one of the data collection techniques. Data analysis used regression methods. The success of a company can be achieved by improving employee performance. Overall, this study proves that work motivation is one of the main factors influencing employee performance at PT. Family Raya Gurun Laweh Padang. With a contribution of 62%, the company can focus on motivation enhancement strategies to achieve organizational targets more effectively. However, further research is needed to identify other factors that also influence performance so that the company can develop a more comprehensive human resource management approach.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan di sebuah toko Parfum Bandoeng Pasar Baru, Kota Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan memberikan pelatihan terhadap karyawan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan juga pelatihan untuk mengukur tingkat keterampilan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan, terutama dalam aspek keterampilan teknis dan kemampuan komunikasi. Oleh karena itu, UMKM ini disarankan untuk rutin melaksanakan pelatihan sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan kualitas kinerja dan mempertahankan daya saing. Penelitian ini juga memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya desain pelatihan yang relevan dan berkelanjutan untuk mendukung pengembangan kualitas karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pelatihan dan pengembangan terhadkine karyawan di tokoh sepatu moza shoes.Kegiatan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode wawancara,observasi,dokumentasi terhadap 15 Karyawan yang bekerja di tokoh sepatu moza Shoes. Data dikumpulkan degan wawancara.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di tokoh sepatu moza shoes, dengan peningkatan kemampuan karyawan dalam melayani pelanggan, meningkatkan kualitas layanan, meningkatkan produktivitas, serta memberikan kesan positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas karyawan. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa tokoh sepatu moza shoes perlu memperhatikan program pelatihan pelayanan yang efektif dan efisien untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the work environment on employee performance at XYZ company. A conducive work environment is believed to increase employee motivation and productivity, while a less supportive environment can reduce their performance. In this study, the variables tested include physical aspects (workspace, facilities, and cleanliness), social (relationship between employees, supervisor support), and psychological (job satisfaction, work stress). The method used is a quantitative approach with a survey technique using a questionnaire to 100 employees in the company. The data obtained was analyzed using linear regression to find out how much influence each work environment factor had on employee performance. Research results show that the physical, social, and psychological work environment has a significant influence on employee performance. This finding provides recommendations for companies to improve these aspects in order to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of employee work.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan JNE Express. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear berganda digunakan pada 30 sampel karyawan yang dipilih secara acakHasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja (25,6%) dan disiplin kerja (72,7%) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Interaksi antara motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja juga signifikan. Penelitian ini membantu JNE Express Padang meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui pemahaman motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja Penelitian ini memiliki implikasi praktis bagi JNE Express dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan efisiensi operasional. Dengan demikian, perusahaan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan mencapai tujuan bisnis.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Employee Engagement on Employee Job Satisfaction at the West Sumatra High Prosecutor's Office. This research uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to customers as many as 30 respondents. The data processing technique uses the SMART PLS Version 3.0 computer program, in the form of a validity test,reliability,convergen validity, Algorithm test, Boutstrapping test, and Blindfolding test. The results of this research show that Employee Engagement and Job Satisfaction together have a positive and significant effect on performance. Using the Slovin formula method, a score of 30 respondents was obtained. The implication of this research is that with employee engagement and work satisfaction in the West Sumatra High Prosecutor's Office, employee performance can increase.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of service excellence training on employee performance at Waroeng Gaul Sawahan, Padang City. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, the study was conducted through in-depth interviews and direct observation of 40 employees. The results showed that service excellence training had a positive impact on improving employee communication skills, friendliness, and professionalism in serving customers. Significant changes were seen in response speed, service proactivity, and reduction in errors in presentation. However, challenges were still encountered, especially related to variations in employee mood and consistency of service under pressure. Management has implemented a reward system and regular evaluation to maintain work motivation. This study concludes that service excellence training is effective in improving employee performance and creating a more satisfying customer experience at Waroeng Gaul Sawahan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of compensation and work environment on employee performance through work motivation. Using primary data, a questionnaire was distributed to 128 employees at PT. Agro Masang Perkasa Plantation in Agam Regency. This study used structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis using Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results show that there is compensation that has a positive and significant effect on work motivation with a P-value of 0.024 <0.05, there is a work environment that has a positive and significant effect on work motivation with a P-value of 0.000 <0.05, there is compensation that has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance with a P-value of 0.145>0.05, there is a work environment that has a negative and insignificant effect on performance with a P-value of 0.794>0.05, there is work motivation that has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a P-value of 0.000 <0.05, there is compensation through work motivation that has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a P-value of 0.041 <0.05 and there is a work environment through work motivation that has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a P-value of 0.009 <0.05.
