This research was conducted to examine employees’ adaptation patterns using digital fundraising channels at LAZ IZI Central Java. The research type used in this study was qualitative, using a phenomenological approach. The primary data was obtained from observations and interviews with LAZ IZI Central Java employees, and the secondary data were taken from books, articles, and journals. This study found that the adaptation pattern of LAZ IZI Central Java employees in the New Normal period did not experience any significant obstacles because digital fundraising had become part of their activities before the COVID-19 pandemic. However, digital fundraising competence was still improved through training and workshops carried out internally and externally.

Notably, there is a negative correlation with the "Number of Poor Population" and a positive correlation with income and unemployment levels. These outcomes offer crucial insights for policy formulation and the enhancement of zakat distribution efficacy.

Abstract

The proliferation of cooperatives in the community has become a phenomenon. This phenomenon can be classified into positive and negative side. Positive feedback can be seen from public access to capital, as it has been demonstrated that cooperatives provide business loans or consumption to the community through a mechanism that is simpler than banks. A negative assessment can be seen in the practice of loan sharks operating under the guise of saving and loan cooperative. This is in contrast to previous research, which still focuses on comparing the concept of Hatta cooperatives with the Islamic economic system. This study will look into how the cooperative system works in an Islamic boarding school. Is the system used Sharia-based, or does it refer to Hatta cooperatives' thinking? This study employs a qualitative research method (case study). The case study meant here is the existence of cooperatives under the auspices of boarding schools, but the cooperatives do not declare themselves to be sharia cooperatives. The findings show that community-based cooperatives can work great when their focus is not solely on profit. Keywords: Cooperatives, Shariah Cooperative Concept, Hatta Cooperative Concept.

Abstract

Comparative study of Karl Marx's economic thinking about labor becomes an effort to prove theoretically that there are differences in the concept of Karl Marx's workers with the Islamic economic system both in basic and implication. The results of the study stated that a. work according to the socialist and Islamic economics is a way to meet the needs of human life (prosperity and welfare), it's just the concept of Karl Marx based on materialism whereas according to Islamic economics in addition to meeting the needs of life also has a spiritual dimension (worship). b. workers as owners of labor must have more value on the results of their production. This can happen with the role of the State in production without class. Islam allows the use of labor with a contract of ijaˆrah in which there are rules and conditions for employers and workers.
