This research appears from the diversities of poverty standard which develop among people, each department has different standard to distribute the program in term of poor people. In mass media finds that when the social assistance to needy ones, there are increasing needy numbers, people admits that they are inculding the needy to gain the social assistance. So how Islam and government views? How zakat institutionsmake a clear definitions about concept of poor ?. The method uses qualitative, the characteristic of this research is to descript a case by understanding the meaning and factors, so that data analyzing wchich used is analytic descriptive. Data are collected by observation, interview and the last is summarizing. This research shows that the concept of poor in Islam is more complete then government version, if the government only see from the ability to fulfill basic needs. So Islam sees not only from basic needs but also spiritual sides such as thankfullnes, qona’ah, iffa an ect. The application of concept of poor in zakat institutions in this case BAZNAS has been succeed integrating between government and Islam.

This study explores how the management and development of waqf in Bulo-Bulo Village, Jeneponto Regency. The research method used is qualitative by using interview instruments and documentation on the object of research, namely nazhir waqf in Bulo-Bulo Village. The results of this study conclude that the management and development of waqf in Bulo-Bulo is still simple with traditional management. Therefore, the role of the government in this case the Ministry of Religion must be even more active in socializing and fostering nazhir so that existing waqf can continue to develop and provide broad benefits to the social welfare of Muslims who are the majority population. The scholars differed in defining and establishing ibn sabil as mustahik zakat. There are certain qualifying requirements for mustahik ibnu sabil. Likewise, the National Zakat Agency has qualified the mustahik ibnu sabil group in several qualifications. This study uses qualitative methods, namely methods that will produce descriptive data, in the form of written or spoken words. While the data collection techniques used are interview techniques (interviews), and documentation. From the results of this study it can be found that basically the BAZNAS policy regarding Ibn Sabil as Mustahik Zakat is in accordance with the concept of Ibn Sabil as Mustahik Zakat according to the Al-Quran (QS. At-Taubah: 60).

This study aims to find out to determine the increase in profits through budget analysis based on the realization of the operational budget at Al Badar Hotel Syariah Makassar. The data analysis technique used in this study is quantitative descriptive analysis. Sources of data used in this study are primary data in the form of conducting interviews and secondary data, namely data that has been further processed, namely reports on the operating costs of hospitality services business to increase profits at Al Badar Makassar Islamic Hotels. The results of this study are where in the preparation of the budget carried out by the hotel is not flexible from year to year or other words are too static (fixed) so that it cannot stem changes in costs incurred. Budgeting for operational costs is so important in the activities of a business that is engaged in trading, industrial business and service business, in an effort to increase profits regarding controlling operational costs cannot be ruled out because this is so important in supporting the performance of operational activities.

Zakat is an obligation of a Muslim and is included in the five pillars of Islam. Zakat has a strategic role, namely helping the government handle the poor. This study describes collecting zakat funds in the Amil Zakat Agency of Tana Toraja Regency, a Muslim minority area. Â In this study, the method used was qualitative where the researcher conducted direct interviews with the respondents. The results showed that the fundraising strategy at the National Amil Zakat Agency in Tana Toraja Regency was not optimal. Therefore, Â the Â researcher Â recommends Â that Â Amil BAZNAS Tana Â Toraja Â Regency Â hold a digital Â fundraising Â training Â for Â zakat.

The Zakat Regulation is a rule made by the government concerning the management of zakat with the aim of optimizing management of the zakat in Indonesia. Where fundraising in Indonesia is in Makassar City, there is still a gap between realisation and potential. This investigation aims to find out how the regional regulation of zakat affects the strengthening and collection of funds for zakat in the Basnas of the City of Makassar. The method used in this research is the Qualitative method using a sociological juridical approach. The data source used is primary, i.e. the data obtained directly by the object. (narasumber). As for data obtained through interviews, documentation and observations. The results of this study show that the Regional Zakat Regulation has a positive impact on the collection of Zakat funds in the Basnas of the City of Makassar. Besides, the existence of the Zakat Regulation also has a positive impact on the strengthening of the Basnas of the City of Makassar as a Non-Structural Government Institution.

This investigation intends to sort out how the sharia crowdfunding structure is completed in social occasion zakat, infaq and shadaqah resources at Wahdah Inspirasi Zakat, Makassar City. This sort of assessment uses emotional procedures with a humanistic juridical philosophy, the data sources used are fundamental and discretionary data, then, the data collection strategies used are discernment, gatherings and documentation. The data examination strategies used are data combination, data decline, data show, closures and affirmation. The eventual outcomes of this investigation show that the utilization of the sharia crowdfunding system in social affair zakat, infaq and shadaqah resources at Wahdah Inspirasi Zakat, Makassar City has experienced an addition of up to 80% during the use of crowdfunding because there are 2 models of crowdfunding stages used in get-together zakat, infaq and shadaqah reserves. can assist with expanding the assortment of zis reserves, to be specific boxinfak.id and wiz gifts. boxinfak.id and wiz gifts are utilized in gathering zakat, infaq and shadaqah reserves or muzakki in paying zakat, infaq and sadaqah, utilizing the crowdfunding framework truly helps the amil or muzakki in gathering or paying zakat, infaq and sadaqah.

Pesantren-based economic development is an effort in the economic field where Islamic boarding schools are used as a motor to drive an independent economy by using various efforts such as business units. This study purpose to establish the economic development of the Al-Junaidyah Biru Islamic Boarding School, Bone Regency, by using a qualitative descriptive type of research, namely research that explains a situation to problems in the form of facts that occur. The results of this study, it is known that the Al-Junaidyah Biru Islamic Boarding School in Bone Regency has three Business Units, namely, Workshop, Building Leasing and Santri Mart. The delay in economic development is due to the human resources at the Al-Junaidyah Biru Islamic Boarding School, Bone Regency, which tend to be unfamiliar with the business world. Business Unit management is carried out with profit sharing, so that control does not need to be carried out massively. BUY (Foundation Business Entity) is planned to be legally the legal umbrella for various business units that will be formed later. Until now, new relationships have been built with alumni and the surrounding community to run the business unit. The obstacle experienced by the formation of business units at the Al-Junaidyah Biru Islamic Boarding School, Bone Regency, is the lack of human resources, information obtained from the Head of the Al-Junaidyah Biru Islamic Boarding School Business Unit, Bone Regency.

This research aimed to explore the factors influencing individuals' inclination to contribute funds as waqf to Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia. Additionally, the Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB) was used as the conceptual framework to analyse human behaviour. In this context, trust and waqf literacy were evaluated and identified as determinants of cash waqf intention. The partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) method was used to completely analyse and assess the model. Meanwhile, the questionnaires were distributed electronically to 436 respondents in Indonesia. The results showed that subjective norms, trust, and waqf literacy had a direct effect on attitudes. However, these variables did not have a direct impact on the intention to donate cash waqf in Islamic boarding schools. Attitudes did not influence the intention to donate cash waqf while perceived behavioural control (PBC) had a substantial impact on the variable.

The Islamic economic system is a moderate system that values private property and its development on conditions through justified means, does not tyrannize others, and has a very close relationship with the great Islamic morals and ethics. This article will describe the zakat blessings for Muzakki at BAZNAS Makassar City. This research is a type of field research that uses a qualitative approach. The results of the study show that the Islamic economic system is a moderate system that respects private property and its development with conditions through justified means, does not tyrannize others, and has a very close relationship with the great Islamic morals and ethics. The desired justice in the Islamic economic system does not solely lie in production and how to obtain it but also in its distribution and use, or utilization.
