Abstract

Inclusive education in madrasas still requires special attention from the Ministry of Religion to continue to grow and increase in line with the need to accept children with special needs in madrasas because, so far, inclusive education is still dominated by general education institutions. This study aims to identify and analyze the implementation of inclusive education at MI Keji Ungaran Barat. The research method uses qualitative research, data collection techniques use the method of observation, interviews, documentation, data triangulation, data analysis techniques using the theory of Miles and Huberman, then validated the validity of the data for the credibility test, dependability test, confirmability test, and transferability test with data analysis techniques, data reduction, data presentation and verification (Conclusion drawing). The research resulted in a description and analysis: the implementation of inclusive madrasah education includes the preparation of an inclusive education support system in madrasas, acceptance of students with special needs, identification and assessment of students with special needs, empowerment of teachers and education personnel, curriculum accommodation and implementation of individual education program learning, outcome assessment learning, fulfilling the need for facilities and infrastructure to support inclusive education, establishing partnerships and building inclusive education networks. Implementasi Pendidikan Inklusi di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Keji Ungaran Barat Semarang. Pendidikan inklusi di madrasah masih memerlukan perhatian khusus dari Kementerian Agama agar bisa terus berkembang dan bertambah seiring dengan kebutuhan penerimaan anak berkebutuhan khusus di madrasah karena selama ini pendidikan inklusi masih didominasi oleh lembaga pendidikan umum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusi di MI Keji Ungaran Barat. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, triangulasi data. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teori Miles dan Huberman kemudian dilakukan validasi keabsahan data uji kredbilitas, uji dependability, uji comfirmability dan uji transferability dengan teknik analisis data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi (Conclusion drawing).Penelitian menghasilkan deskripsi dan analisis: pelaksanaan pendidikan madrasah inklusimeliputi penyiapan sistem pendukung pendidikan inklusi di madrasah, penerimaan peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus, identifikasi dan assesmen peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus, pemberdayaan guru dan tenaga kependidikan, akomodasi kurikulum dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran program pendidikan individual, penilaian hasil belajar, pemenuhan kebutuhan saranadan prasaranan penunjang pendidikan inklusi, menjalin kerjasama kemitraan dan membangun jaringan pendidikan inklusi.

Abstract

In Learning takes creativity of teachers in the development of standards and basic competencies. Support principals, teachers and support colleagues internally within the teacher is indispensable in learning PAI. Islamic Education Teachers In senior high school 6 Yogyakarta've been able to manage learning well. With the mastery of information technology teachers PAI able to choose the right strategy and media in learning. Complete learning strategies to help overcome the differences found in the student and sufficient means also supports the management of learning. Teachers not only to plan a lesson but also to be able to perform well and structured. Factors that support the ability of teachers PAI most dominant learning PAI is MGMP. The limiting factor is the lack of teacher knowledge about PAI SBC.

Abstract

Artikel ini mendiskusikan tentang 1) Manajemen pembelajaran PAI berbasis green school. 2) hasil manajemen pembelajaran PAI berbasis green school. 3) faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat manajemen pembelajaran PAI berbasis green school. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah santriwati dan guru PAI di Pondok Pesantren Nun  Tanjung Karang Kudus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil analisis data dapat diperoleh temuan-temuan penelitian sebagai berikut: 1) manajemen pembelajaran PAI berbasis green school dilakukan di luar ruangan antara lain menyesuaikan dengan tema yang dibahas, dan menyatu dengan alam. 2) hasil manajemen pembelajaran PAI berbasis green school berupa pemahaman santri terkait tema pembelajaran yang diberikan, yang ditunjukkan dengan meningkatnya religiusitas. 3) faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat manajemen pembelajaran PAI berbasis green school; lingkungan, kurikulum 2013 dan kurikulum khusus, serta tenaga pendidik dari pondok pesantren Gontor dan pondok pesantren Arrisalah yang memiliki pengetahuan dan kualitas mengajar yang baik.This paper discussed; 1) the PAI learning based on green schools. 2) the results of green school-based PAI learning 3) the supporting factors of green school-based PAI learning. This is a field research with a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study are  the students and the PAI teachers at Pondok Nun Tanjung Karang Kudus. The data collection used are the method of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis methods used are data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. The results of the data analysis can be obtained as research findings as follows: 1)PAI learning based on green school is conducted outdoors in the area of Pondok Nun, adjusted to the theme which is discussed, and merged with nature. 2) the learning outcomes of green school-based PAI are in the form of students' understanding of the learning themes provided, which are indicated by increased spiritual value. 3) the supporting factors of green school-based PAI learning are the environment, 2013 curriculum and exclussive curriculum, as well as educators from Gontor and Arrisalah boarding school having good teaching knowledge and quality.
