Abstract

Sentralisasi sistem manajemen pendidikan islam yang masih dikelola oleh Negara, dan dualisme pengelolaan oleh Kemendiknas dan Kementerian Agama telah menyebabkan lambatnya peningkatan mutu pendidikan Islam. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen berbasis pusat merupakan salah satu faktor penyebab kurang optimalnya mutu pendidikan Islam. Seiring dengan terus berlangsungnya otonomi daerah, mestinya kebijakan tentang Manajemen Berbasis Madrasah (MBM) dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan Islam sebagai wujud dari desentralisasi pendidikan merupakan suatu keniscayaan yang perlu segera dilakukan. Esensi MBM adalah otonomi madrasah plus pengambilan keputusan partisipatif. Tujuan MBM adalah untuk memberdayakan madrasah. Kebijakan MBM dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan Islam dapat diurutkan sebagai berikut : mensosialisasikan konsep MBM, melakukan analisis sasaran, mengidentifikasikan fungsi-fungsi yang diperlukan. Untuk mencapai sasaran, melakukan analisis SWOT, meyusun rencana madrasah, mengimplementasikan rencana madrasah dan merumuskan sasaran baru.

Abstract

Abstract Purpose – This study aims to explore the management, policies, program implementation, challenges, and alternative solutions related to the implementation of the Digital Madrasah program at MAN 2 Rembang. Design/methods/approach – Employing a qualitative field-based case study approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis. Primary data were obtained directly from key informants, including the Madrasah Principal, Vice Principals for Curriculum and Facilities, Islamic Education (PAI) teachers, and students. Secondary data were drawn from administrative and instructional documents. Data analysis involved reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. Findings – (1) The Digital Madrasah program at MAN 2 Rembang is managed in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Religious Affairs and the Ministry of Education. (2) Management is guided by official policies and implementation manuals. (3) Program implementation follows UNESCO’s ICT integration stages: emerging, applying, integrating, and transforming. (4) Key challenges include infrastructure limitations, varying digital competencies, data security concerns, exam dishonesty, limited funding, and weak oversight. (5) Proposed solutions include enhancing technological infrastructure and competencies, fostering external collaboration, and implementing continuous evaluation. Research implications/limitations – This study supports the effective implementation of the Digital Madrasah program using the Exambro application in accordance with Ministry of Religious Affairs guidelines. However, its scope is limited to a single institution, with a short data collection period and no assessment of learning outcomes. Future studies should adopt quantitative and comparative approaches for broader insights. Originality/value – This study contributes to the advancement of the Digital Madrasah initiative by integrating the Exambro application into Islamic Education learning. The findings offer practical guidance for educators and curriculum developers in designing more effective instructional strategies and provide a replicable management framework adaptable to other madrasahs. Abstrak Tujuan – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji manajemen, kerangka kebijakan, proses implementasi, tantangan, serta solusi alternatif terkait pelaksanaan program Madrasah Digital di MAN 2 Rembang.Desain/metodologi/pendekatan – Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Data primer diperoleh dari para informan kunci, termasuk kepala madrasah, wakil kepala madrasah bidang kurikulum dan sarana, guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI), serta peserta didik. Data sekunder bersumber dari dokumen administratif dan pembelajaran. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.Temuan – (1) Program Madrasah Digital di MAN 2 Rembang dikelola sesuai dengan pedoman yang dikeluarkan oleh Kementerian Agama dan Kementerian Pendidikan. (2) Manajemen program didasarkan pada kebijakan resmi dan buku panduan pelaksanaan. (3) Implementasi program mengikuti tahapan integrasi TIK menurut UNESCO: emerging, applying, integrating, dan transforming. (4) Tantangan utama meliputi keterbatasan infrastruktur, ketimpangan kompetensi digital, risiko keamanan data, kecurangan dalam ujian, keterbatasan pendanaan, dan lemahnya pengawasan. (5) Solusi yang diusulkan mencakup peningkatan infrastruktur teknologi dan kompetensi digital, penguatan kolaborasi eksternal, serta pelaksanaan evaluasi berkelanjutan.Implikasi/batasan penelitian – Penelitian ini mendukung implementasi efektif program Madrasah Digital, khususnya melalui penggunaan aplikasi Exambro yang sesuai dengan ketentuan Kementerian Agama. Namun, cakupan penelitian terbatas pada satu lembaga pendidikan, dengan waktu pengumpulan data yang relatif singkat dan tanpa pengukuran langsung terhadap hasil belajar. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif atau komparatif untuk memperoleh wawasan yang lebih luas.Keaslian/kontribusi nilai – Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan inisiatif Madrasah Digital melalui integrasi aplikasi Exambro dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Temuan penelitian ini menawarkan panduan praktis bagi pendidik dan pengembang kurikulum dalam merancang strategi pembelajaran yang lebih efektif serta menyediakan model manajemen madrasah digital yang dapat direplikasi dan disesuaikan di berbagai konteks.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of self-regulation and adversity quotient on resilience and examines their implications for the psychological well-being of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) teachers. A quantitative, predictive correlational design was employed. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire that incorporated validated scales measuring self-regulation, resilience, and psychological well-being. Path analysis was conducted using JAMOVI software with a robust model. The results indicate that self-regulation positively and significantly affects resilience, while resilience, in turn, positively influences psychological well-being. Moreover, both self-regulation and adversity quotient were found to have direct positive effects on psychological well-being. The analysis further revealed indirect effects of self-regulation on psychological well-being mediated by resilience. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening self-regulation and resilience among IRE teachers to enhance their overall psychological well-being.

Abstract

The research is descriptive and evaluative about religion and modernization of education for the purpose of finding and describing new problems regarding the basic framework of scientific and curriculum development at PAI Studies Program. The purpose of this study is to describe and reveal indicators of the basic framework changes, the views, and attitudes of academicians, curriculum development, and learning process that mainly based on information technology. The research was conducted on three State Islamic Universities, namely UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, and UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang with subject research Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teaching Sciences or PAI study program, and sampling technic was done by purposive random. The data was collected by observation method of participation, structured and in-depth interviews, and questionnaire method to faculty (leader) and students. Data analysis was performed through the logical interpretation and constant comparation. This research is conducted in the field by collecting data, writing, and provide a logical interpretation of the data. Based on data and analysis above, it can be concluded that implementation of scientific development conducted by study programs/majors PAI to realize an integrated-interconnection approach is already reflected in the determination of the base (vision and mission) majors, policies (quality objectives or quality assurance), programs, and learning process. The whole has grown, when it is understood from the meaning of modernization of education (change/development model of education management), from the old way/conventional leads to a more contemporary.

Abstract

This research was aimed to identify the relevance of human capital concepts with policies on the professional development of Islamic education teachers at the Department of Religion Yogyakarta. It was a qualitative study whose subject was the PAIS section and teachers of Islamic education in Yogyakarta. The results showed that the relevance of the human capital concept with the policies on the professional development of Islamic education teachers accounts for the design of some event programs conducted by PAIS (School Islamic Education Institution) section and POKJAWAS through yearly cooperative meetings. These programs were aimed to develop Islamic education teachers — these programs targeted their knowledge, skills, and capability. The teachers of Islamic education become an outstanding resource in performing their profession as teachers of Islamic education.
