Abstract

A civilization will decrease if there is demoralization in society. Many experts, philosophers and sages say that the moral factor (morality) is the main thing that should be built first in order to build a society that is orderly, safe, and prosperous. One of the main obligations that must be run by parents and educators is to preserve and teach moral values to our children. Instilled moral values will shape the character that is an important foundation for the formation of a civilized society and prosperous. First we believe once that three basic capital that belongs to Indonesia as a large area, abundant natural resources and large population, will bring our nation becomes prosperous. But it turned out everything was not proven. Even if we look at countries "little man" who does not have these criteria, such as Singapore and Hong Kong (now a state of China), could be considered developed countries of the world. South Korea, Japan, New Zealand, for example, countries known for low crime rates, and it is the developed countries with well-known character of its people who have a high work ethic. Keywords : Integrated Learning, Character

Abstract

The spread of hoakses in Indonesia continues to rise, as recorded by the Ministry of Communication and Informatics (Kominfo), with more than 770 hoakses identified between August 2018 and February 2019. This phenomenon indicates that hoakses pose a serious threat, requiring continuous education and intervention efforts. Therefore, this Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance students' digital literacy in recognizing, identifying, and countering fake news on social media.  The workshop was conducted at SMKN 1 Klaten, involving 120 twelfth-grade students from the multimedia department. The method used in this program was an interactive workshop that included education on hoakses, practical exercises in identifying false information, and discussions on the social impact of hoaks dissemination.  Through this activity, students were equipped with the skills to become critical and responsible consumers of information in the digital era. The training, which lasted for five class hours, successfully engaged students, as evidenced by the numerous questions that arose throughout the session. It is hoped that this initiative will contribute to creating a safer digital environment and support government efforts to improve digital literacy among the younger generation.

Abstract

This study analyzes how lecturers use Artificial Intelligence (AI) in teaching and its effect on teaching effectiveness. The research was conducted at the Christian University of Indonesia (UKI), reflecting the institution’s commitment to quality and innovation in higher education. Using a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression, the study involved 52 purposively selected permanent lecturers from the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education and the Faculty of Vocational Studies, all holding at least the rank of Assistant Professor. Results show that AI usage and the level of AI integration, when combined, significantly affect lecturers' ability to teach using AI (R² = 0.759). However, individually, only the level of integration was statistically significant, while the frequency of AI use was not. These findings suggest the need for more structured and strategic AI integration to improve teaching skills. The study provides important implications for developing policies that enhance lecturers’ technological competencies.
