Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisa pengaruh inovasi pemasaran dan inovasi kemasan produk meningkatkan kinerja UMKM makanan dan minuman di Pasar Lama Kota Tangerang. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pedagang makanan dan minuman yang berjualan di sekitar pasar lama Kota Tangerang, sedangkan teknik yang dipakai mengunakan Accidental Sampling dengan mengunakan kuesioner langsung kepada 100 pedagang makanan dan minuman. Data yang didapat di uji validitas dan reliabilitas dengan metode analisa data deskriptif dan kuantitatif olah data mengunakan SMART PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh inovasi pemasaran dan inovasi kemasan, inovasi pemasaran terhadap kinerja pemasaran dan pengaruh inovasi kemasan terhadap kinerja pemasaran.

Abstract

Bank businesses have a systemic risk that could impact the economic system of a country. The regulator requires commercial banks to maintain a minimum capital requirement to absorb the exposed risk's loss. This study aimed to examine the determinants of bank capital adequacy based on bank-specific factors such as operating efficiency, liquidity, and bank size.The quantitative research approach was applied to this study by using the multiple regression method. The panel data contains commercial banks listed on the Indonesia stock exchange between the year 2015 to 2020, and a purposive sampling method was used to set up the sample. This study found that partially the operating efficiency of the banks listed in Indonesia stock exchange has a significant negative impact on capital adequacy. The bank liquidity has a significant negative impact on capital adequacy, but the bank size does not affect capital adequacy. Simultaneously, the operating efficiency, liquidity, and bank size significantly impact bank capital adequacy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze product quality, location, and price perceptions of purchasing decisions at Warunk Upnormal Kemang Pratama Bekasi with a quantitative method. The data used is primary data by collecting questionnaire data by processing data using the Statistical Program for Social Science Version 20 application to obtain the research population, which are all consumers who come to Warunk Upnormal Kemang Pratama Bekasi. Samples were taken as many as 100 respondents using the Accidental Sampling technique. This research also uses multiple linear regression analysis. The technique used to calculate the data is a classified assumption test such as the data normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and multicollinearity test. There is also a data hypothesis using the F-Test and T-Test calculations. So, the results of this study state that these three variables, namely product quality, location, and price perception, partially have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions at Warunk Upnormal Kemang Pratama. While the variables of product quality, location and price perception simultaneously affect purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of service quality, brand image, and location on the decision to stay at the Mercure Jakarta Gatot Subroto Hotel. The population in this study is the consumer of the Mercure Jakarta Hotel Gatot Subroto who has stayed at least 1 time. The data used in this study is primary data. The sample in this paper is 100 respondents at the Mercure Hotel Jakarta Gatot Subroto using accidental sampling technique. The research method used is quantitative and uses multiple linear regression analysis approach. The results of this study state that partially the Service Quality and Brand Image variables have no significant effect on the Decision to Stay at the Mercure Jakarta Gatot Subroto Hotel, while the Location Variable has a significant effect on the Decision to Stay at the Mercure Jakarta Gatot Subroto Hotel. And simultaneously the variables of Service Quality, Brand Image and Location have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely the decision to stay.

Abstract

Samples were taken as many as 100 respondents using the Accidental Sampling technique. In this study also used multiple linear regression analysis. The technique used to calculate the data is the classical assumption test such as the data normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and multicollinearity test. There is also a data hypothesis using the F-test and T-test calculations. So, the results of this study partially state that the product quality and brand image variables have no significant effect on purchasing decisions, while the price perception variable has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously product quality, price perception and brand image affect purchasing decision.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, location, service quality, and on purchasing decisions at Savio Coffee end Eatery. The study conducted at Savio Coffee And Eatery involved 120 respondents who made purchases at the establishment. The data was collected through questionnaires, and the results of the multiple linear regression analysis showed a positive correlation between product quality, location, service quality, and purchasing decisions. This method of data collection is reliable, and it's fascinating to see how can be utilized to analyze this data.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lokasi, persepsi harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian di Alfamidi Koja Jakarta. Lokasi toko, persepsi harga dan upaya promosi mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. Memahami bagaimana faktor-faktor ini berhubungan dapat membantu pemasar dan perusahaan merancang pemasaran yang efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan cara mengumpulkan responden melalui kuesioner, metode yang digunakan adalah pengujian kuantitatif deskriptif melalui software SPSS Versi 20 dan populasi penelitian ini diambil dari seluruh konsumen yang berbelanja di Alfamidi Koja Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel 90 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial lokasi bukan merupakan faktor penentu keputusan pembelian. Selain itu, persepsi harga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara parsial promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan lokasi, persepsi harga dan promosi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi industri perdagangan dalam mengoptimalkan pengaruh lokasi, persepsi harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Kredit merupakan sumber utama pendapatan bank umum di Indonesia. Ekspansi kredit yang sehat seharusnya didukung pula oleh kualitas kredit yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pertumbuhan kredit, agresivitas kredit dan kualitas kredit sebagai variable intervening serta pengaruhnya terhadap kemampuan bank dalam menciptakan laba. Analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode regresi dilakukan terhadap data panel serta penggunaan analisis path. Metode purposive sampling digunakan dalam menentukan sampel atas bank umum konvensional yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016 sampai dengan 2021. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa NPL berhasil memediasi sebagian pengaruh pertumbuhan kredit terhadap ROA, namun NPL tidak berhasil memediasi pengaruh LDR terhadap ROA, pertumbuhan kredit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA, LDR tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA, pertumbuhan kredit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap NPL, LDR tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap NPL dan NPL berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA.

Abstract

The background is research is the increasingly stringent business development at the aryaduta menteng hotel Jakarta. Based on the sampling technique in this study is quantitative, this sample collection technique is purposive sampling, the technique carried out by this study uses multiple linear analysis. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of service quality, promotion and price perception on Grab Bike customer satisfaction in Jakarta. Data collection using purposive sampling technique, the method used is quantitative. The sample was obtained using a questionnaire with a total of 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that service quality, promotion, and price perception significantly affected customer satisfaction simultaneously. Partially shows that service quality, promotion and price perception have a significant efffect on costumer.
