Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the variables that Influence the size of the company and managerial ownership on the disclosure of financial statements This study includes a quantitative descriptive study, which reveal the size of the influence between variables expressed in figures. The population in this study is a real estate company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2014. The research sample of 10 companies during the fifth period, in order to get a  sample  of  15  taken  by  purposive  sampling  technique.  The  data  used  is secondary data taken with engineering documentation. This research testing methods through multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 20. The results showed the simultaneous measurement company and managerial ownership affect the disclosure of financial statements. Partially size significantly influence the company's financial statement disclosure and managerial    ownership    affect    the    disclosure    of    financial    statements.The conclusions of this research is only the size of the company having a significant effect on the disclosure of financial statements. Suggestions for further research about to conduct similar research in order to add a sample in which the unit of analysis in this study is not only on the type of real estate that research produced can be better than the previous research.  Keywords: company size, managerial ownership, financial statement disclosure

Abstract

This research was conducted to better understand segmental language sound analysis. The use of language in highland and lowland areas definitely has differences in terms of the loudness and softness of the sounds spoken, the pitch of the sounds, the length and shortness of the sounds, and so on. In the pronunciation of these sounds, the lowland and highland areas have differences in terms of segmental pronunciation sounds. This research method uses a methodological approach and qualitative research methods. The methodological approach consists of a qualitative descriptive approach, while the qualitative approach in research consists of a dialectological approach, especially dialect geography. Dialectological research is basically language research that is systematic, empirical and critical of the target object in the form of speech sounds. The use of this qualitative method is to qualitatively describe perceptions about the use and pronunciation of language sounds in the highlands and lowlands, which are used by people living in these areas, using sound usage (segmental) analysis. From the results of research and data, it is proven that the use of segmental language sounds from the lowlands and highlands proves that high and low sounds do occur in the Pandeglang area, Baros. Based on the results of the analysis above, the pronunciation of segmental sounds in this analysis has found data that in everyday conversation 100% proves that segmental sounds are applied in life, and has found language sounds in daily life conversations such as vowels, consonants, diphthongs. , clusters, as well as the high and low levels of sound produced. Dari hasil penelitian dan data-data yang dilakukan membuktikan bahwa penggunaan bunyi bahasa segmental dari dataran rendah dan dataran tinggi membuktikan, tinggi rendahnya bunyi memang terjadi di daerah Pandeglang, Baros. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diatas pelafalan bunyi segmental dalam analisis ini telah menemukan data-data bahwa dalam percakapan sehari-hari 100% membuktikan bahwa bunyi segmental di terapkan dalam kehidupan, serta telah menemukan bunyi bahasa dalam percakapan kehidupan sehari-hari seperti bunyi vokal, konsonan, diftong, kluster, serta tinggi rendahnya bunyi yang dihasilkan.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out to improve the understanding of female students in the Islamic boarding school environment in using the hijab style according to sharia so that it can increase the religious value of the female students. The main problem faced by partners in this Islamic boarding school environment is the use of the sharia hijab which has not been optimally implemented by the students. Although the female students in the Islamic boarding school environment are accustomed to wearing the hijab, however, there is a problem with the use of the hijab which still does not use the sharia hijab. This community service activity was carried out to provide training to female students in the Islamic boarding school environment regarding the use of the sharia hijab style. The training method used to provide this sharia hijab style training uses the sharing hearing method, direct practice, question and answer, and documentation. The method used aims to train the use of a stylish sharia hijab, observe the results of the results that have been practiced, and also assess the results that have been practiced. This hijab style training activity was held on 16th October 2024 at the Nurul Amanah Islamic Boarding School, Bangkalan, Madura. The results of this hijab style training activity can increase the knowledge of female students regarding the use of syar'i hijab in accordance with Islamic teachings so that it can increase the religiosity of female students in the Islamic boarding school environment. Not only that, the results of this community service activity can be implemented in everyday life both in the Islamic boarding school environment and outside the Islamic boarding school to always use the hijab with the syar'i hijab model
