Abstract

Many people in Kronjo Tangerang Regency have become customers at PNM Mekar Syariah to increase their business capital. This is evidenced by the increasing number of PNM Mekar Syariah Branch Kronjo Tangerang Regency customers from year to year. The purpose of this study is to find out the factors that influence public interest in choosing financing at PNM Mekar Syariah. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The data was obtained using the triangulation of data sources by combining data collection with observation techniques, structured interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the public's view of financing at PNM Mekar Syariah Kronjo Branch, Tangerang Regency, is good and helps people who need capital to run their business or want to open a business but do not have capital. In its financing system, PNM Mekar Syariah Branch Kronjo uses Sharia principles and has three contracts used, namely wadi'ah contracts, wakalah contracts and murabahah contracts. The factors influencing people's interest in financing are the need factor, religiosity factor, social class factor and service quality.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to influence social media on the purchase decision of sharia insurance products in generation Z. This study uses quantitative methods with purposive sampling techniques. Respondents in this study are students who belong to generation Z and have used social media. Data collected through questionnaires and evaluations with multiple linear regression show that social media has a significant good and positive influence on the decision of interest in purchasing sharia insurance products in generation Z, while the characteristics of gen Z has such a significant positive influence on decisions intention topurchase sharia insurance goods in generation Z. In the context of marketing sharia insurance products, insurance companies can utilize social media as one of the tools to promote their products to generation Z.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis fenomena uang elektronik dalam perspektif fiqh muamalah kontemporer. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi Pustaka, Sumber data yang digunakan dari jurnal berupa hasil dari nilai transaksi belanja yang menggunakan uang elektronik. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa penggunaan uang elektronik dalam era digital dapat dianggap sah dalam perspektif fiqh muamalah kontemporer, selama memenuhi prinsip-prinsip dasar syariah seperti akad yang jelas, keadilan, dan bebas dari riba serta gharar. Namun, penting untuk memperkuat regulasi, transparansi, dan keamanan guna memastikan bahwa transaksi uang elektronik tetap sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam. Hal ini didukung dengan keluarnya edaran DSN-MUI no:116/DSN-MUI/IX/2017 tentang uang elektronik syariah menunjukkan adanya peningkatan substansial dalam penggunaan uang elektronik oleh konsumen Indonesia selama lima tahun terakhir karena uang elektronik memudahkan komunikasi dan memberikan banyak keuntungan bagi penggunanya, maka penggunaannya dianggap sah. Akad yang digunakan oleh penerbit dengan pengguna uang elektronik umumnya akad titipan (wadi’ah) dam akad pinjaman (qardh). Kata Kunci: Uang Elektronik; Muamalah; Hukum Islam Abstract: This research aims to analyze the phenomenon of electronic money from the perspective of contemporary muamalah jurisprudence. This research uses a qualitative method with a library study approach. The data sources used are journals containing the results of transaction values from shopping using electronic money. The results of this study indicate that the use of electronic money in the digital era can be considered valid from the perspective of contemporary Islamic commercial jurisprudence, as long as it adheres to the basic principles of Sharia such as clear contracts, justice, and freedom from usury and uncertainty. However, it is important to strengthen regulation, transparency, and security to ensure that electronic money transactions remain in accordance with Islamic values. This is supported by the issuance of DSN-MUI circular no:116/DSN-MUI/IX/2017 regarding sharia-compliant electronic money, which shows a substantial increase in the use of electronic money by Indonesian consumers over the past five years because electronic money facilitates communication and provides many benefits to its users, thus its use is considered legitimate. The contracts used by issuers with electronic money users generally include the deposit contract (wadi’ah) and the loan contract (qardh). Keywords: Electronic Money; Muamalah; Islamic Law

Abstract

Purpose: This research is to understand Bitcoin in the perspective of contemporary muamalah fiqh, find out how contemporary scholars understand bitcoin and analyze whether it is permissible or not from the perspective of contemporary muamalah fiqh. Design/methodology/approach: This research method is included in the quantitative category with a descriptive approach process, where the data collection technique relies on references in the library method as the main source. In other words, the data collection method is obtained from literature, such as articles, online media, books and other sources.  Findings: : The results of this research show that bitcoin as an investment is not permitted because it contains gharar and maysir, and is not recognized as an official medium of exchange. The Indonesian government also does not support bitcoin as an official currency and considers it illegal under the Bank Indonesia Law. Research implications: From the results of this research, it is known that the development of Bitcoin in the Contemporary Prefective Fiqh of Muamalah, namely cryptocurrency, whether Bitcoin or other related cryptocurrencies, is still not accepted in Islamic law. and it could be said that it has not been legally and legitimately accepted in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research examines how the implementation of sustainable Islamic investment can encourage profit growth at PT. Asuransi Takaful Keluarga. This study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of sustainable sharia investment on the profit growth of PT. Asuransi Takaful Keluarga in the midst of global economic challenges. Through a qualitative approach, this study found that the implementation of sustainable Islamic investment contributed significantly to the increase in company profits. This is due to several factors, including increased investor confidence and reduced operational risk. This research shows that sustainable Islamic investment is not only limited to fulfilling social and environmental aspects, but can also be an effective business strategy to improve the company's financial performance.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, social issues such as bullying and drug abuse have become increasingly complex and require serious attention. The educational activity themed “Stop Bullying and Drug Abuse Prevention” conducted by the KKN Group 42 of UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten in collaboration with the Picung Police at SMPIT Daarul Uzma aimed to raise student awareness about the dangers of these behaviors. The methods used included lectures, discussions, and interactive Q&A sessions. The results of this activity showed that students became more aware of the signs and impacts of both bullying and drug abuse. The event also successfully provided moral support to students to avoid negative behaviors, as reflected in the signing of a banner as a commitment. The collaboration between students, police, and the school proved effective in creating a safer and healthier environment and is expected to serve as a model for similar efforts in other schools.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas peningkatan daya tarik konsumen  kaligrafi kertas pelagi dengan melakukan inovasi design yang dikelola oleh Sulistyawati, seorang mahasiswa di UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten. Kaligrafi kertas pelangi, yang menggabungkan warna- warna cerah dengan tulisan artistik, memiliki potensi besar tetapi menghadapi tantangan dalam pemasaran dan persaingan yang ketat di dunia seni. Melalui kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM), artikel ini mengusulkan strategi pemasaran berbasis desain visual, termasuk pembuatan logo merek dan pengelolaan media sosial yang efektif, khususnya di Instagram. Kegiatan ini dimulai dengan wawancara untuk mengidentifikasi masalah pemasaran yang ada. Hasil dari pelaksanaan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam penjualan produk kaligrafi kertas pelangi. Dengan pendekatan pemasaran yang lebih terstruktur dan kreatif, diharapkan produk ini dapat lebih dikenal dan dihargai oleh masyarakat, terutama di kalangan generasi muda yang tertarik pada seni dan budaya.
