Abstract

Tourist visits to Indonesia, especially the province of Jambi can improve the economy of the community in the tourist area Jambi Province is one of the provinces in Indonesia which is one of the tourist destinations for foreign and international tourists to come to Jambi Province. There are 174 leading tourist attractions in Jambi province according to the questionnaire data taken. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of datamining in classifying the number of tourist visits to Prov. Jambi uses k-means. The source of research data comes from questionnaire data filled out by the people of Jambi Province. The research data used is the number of tourist visitors last year. The data is grouped into 3 clusters namely C2 = high tourist visits, C1 = moderate tourist visits and C0 = low tourist visits. The final centroid value used at C0 = 5, C1 = 35 and C2 = 17. In order to obtain the results of grouping C0 = 116 attractions, C1 = 18 attractions and C2 = 40 attractions. The results of this analysis can be used as a reference for the Jambi Tourism office to find out the leading tourism objects in Jambi Province according to the Jambi Province Community.

Abstract

School is one of the educational institutions that has a function to shape student personalities for the better through various kinds of activities both formal and informal. One of the steps that can be taken is to apply reward and punishment which can motivate students not to violate or do something good. This becomes more attractive and structured by making this system run in an application. The use of a web-based system and using SMS Gateway technology makes this application more interactive and useful for the progress of schools with increasing student discipline.

Abstract

SMK Jambi IX Lurah 2 is one of the vocational high schools in Jambi Province, Indonesia. The learning system in SMK Jambi IX Lurah 2 is still carried out in a conventional way which is done face-to-face and is limited by place and time. Learning like this is less effective when there are holidays, red dates, sick students, teachers hold meetings and so on. With the existence of E-Learning, it is hoped that these problems can be resolved and learning takes place effectively. This E-Learning application is Web-based, made with the PHP programming language and MySQL database. In this E-Learning application the teacher uploads material and assignment questions, and students can see the assignments and materials that have been uploaded so that when students have uploaded the assignment, the teacher can assess the assignment. This application can provide value reports that can be accessed by teachers and can also make learning at SMK Jambi IX Lurah 2 more effective.

Abstract

Giving appreciation for the high achievements and dedication achieved by teachers in carrying out their professional duties needs to be given, one of which is the selection of exemplary teachers. The selection of exemplary teachers should be able to motivate teachers to improve performance, discipline, dedication, and loyalty for the future interests of the nation and state. The current implementation of the selection of exemplary teachers is only based on personal observations from the assessors, namely based on certain criteria. To reduce errors in the assessment, it can be assisted with a decision support system that can assist the assessor in determining the selection of exemplary teachers. The methods used in this research are SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) and AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). Inputs to this system are user data, question input data, criteria data, and alternative data. The criteria used in the study were Principal Assessment, Teacher Assessment, and Student Assessment. The output of this system is a report on the results of the overall calculation of the results of the SMART and AHP methods, and a report on the results of the comparison of the SMART and AHP methods. The final result of the study shows exemplary teachers based on criteria and alternatives calculated by the two AHP and SMART methods and the results of the selection are shown by the highest number of calculations from each prospective exemplary teacher. The comparison results from the sensitivity analysis of the AHP method are better recommended.

Abstract

The extracurricular system at SMP Negeri 7 Jambi City which is currently running is still manual, that is, by means of every activity announcement, it is still notified or delivered in the school wall or directly on the school field and notification via WhatsApp group. The management of extracurricular activities makes the academic section of students experience internal problems which will make the process of managing extracurricular activities take a long time. The method used in making this system by means of data collection, system planning, system analysis, system design and database. The system built on this website uses the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The input needs on the Extracurricular Website of SMP Negeri 7 Jambi City are extracurricular data, student data, and registration data. Process requirements needed are: Login Process, Registration Process, and input, edit, and delete processes. The output data produced is in the form of information that will be attached, including: registration activity reports. The purpose of making this Job Training is the creation of an extracurricular website for SMP Negeri 7 Jambi City. With the existence of a new system that has been designed and created by researchers, it can help facilitate the parties involved in developing extracurricular activities effectively.

Abstract

Information System Application Reporting Departure and Arrival of Transport Equipment of the Jambi Immigration Office is a system of convenience in making reports on recording ship departures and ship arrivals at ports from things such as data recap, report entry and also ease of inspection on ships dating and departing. From where in building the system in this system development tools are used, namely Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Context Diagrams, as well as using the PHP and HTML programming languages ​​and MySQL as databases.

Abstract

Abstract

Within the scope of the company, the system is something that is needed and implemented in it so that the company's operational activities can run well. Monitoring of the running of the system is also necessary so that every job goes according to the rules, which will affect employee performance and as evaluation material for the company to develop an even better system. As in the work on new installations at PT Telkom Access Jambi, it is often found that technicians are slow in updating their work processes in the field and sector heads are also slow in updating order status in their recaps, so this affects the number of installations (active services). less. Abstract

Efficient assessment of medical employees is crucial for delivering quality healthcare services. This research proposes a Web-based Decision Support System (DSS) employing the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to evaluate top employees and outstanding medical staff in the Kei Medika startup. The system assigns weights to evaluation criteria, generating rankings for employees. System evaluation results demonstrate efficiency and consistency in assessments. This technology aids in enhancing medical service quality by identifying high-performing staff.

Abstract

Direct Cash Assistance is a government assistance program that provides cash for the poor. Poverty is also a factor in people's inability to meet their daily needs, causing difficulties in meeting their basic needs. For data collection, secondary data came from various literature related to direct cash assistance. Based on the data that has been explained, the findings in the implementation of direct cash assistance are not yet optimal because various kinds of problems are still found, such as discrepancies in providing direct cash assistance, which aims to assist in the calculation process according to those who are less fortunate or who deserve assistance. cash straight away. To classify recipients of this assistance, the K-Means method is used to analyze an object that is included in the class attribute in the algorithm. The K-Means method is a method that aims to group several data based on the characteristics of the data quickly and efficiently. The tool used is Rapidminer software to calculate the data accounting level.
