Abstract

Principals, as educational leaders, have the responsibility to improve the Performance of the teachers in their schools. The head of the school must have an excellent strategy to improve teachers' Performance. The strategy is undertaken with the guidance of discipline, motivation and reward (award), the formation of Teachers ' Associations Field Studies, seminars, the classroom (class visits), and conduct an evaluation periodically. This study aims to determine how the Performance of teachers in high school Hidayatut Thullab Petuk Puhrubuh Semen Kediri; and the strategy of the head of school to improve teachers' Performance. The subjects of this study are Islamic senior high School plus Hidayatut Thullab Pethuk Puhrubuh Semen Kediri. The results showed the Performance of High School teachers of Islam plus Hidayatut Thullab Pethuk Puhrubuh semen Kediri corresponding duties and responsibilities.

Abstract

Satu paragraf tidak lebih Khithobah is a speech delivered to show listeners the importance of a discussion. Speech is termed khithabah. The Khithobah program is intended to educate students to be skilled and able to speak in front of the audience to convey Islamic teachings in public with confidence. Self-confidence is the ability to be yourself and go anywhere and try anything in a positive sense without feeling afraid or embarrassed. Based on this, it can be formulated how the khithobah program activities at the KHAS Kempek Cirebon Islamic Boarding School take place, how the self-confidence of students at the KHAS Kempek Cirebon Islamic Boarding School, and how the influence of the Khithobah Program in shaping the self-confidence of students at the KHAS Kempek Cirebon Islamic Boarding School. khitobah program activities at the KHAS Kempek Islamic Boarding School are held every Thursday night Friday. The implementation of khitobah activities begins with the opening, recitation of the holy verses of the Qur'an, recitation of the Prophet's sholawat, remarks, delivery of material and the last one is closed with prayer. The Khitobah Program activities carried out at the KHAS Kempek Islamic Boarding School have an effect on the lives of students, namely shaping students' self-confidence, adding new insights for students, and honing students' abilities when speaking in public.

Abstract

The lack of applications that can be provided by libraries to support Arabic language learning is the main background for this research. So the aim of this research is to explore library strategies in improving Arabic language skills among students at Tribakti Islamic University Lirboyo Kediri through the use of applications that can be used by students, IPUSNAS. The IPUSNAS application, which is a digital library service, offers access to various collections of books and materials in Arabic that can support the language learning process. In this context, the strategy implemented includes providing training on application use, as well as utilizing the IPUSNAS application using library facilities. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews and observation. The research results show that implementing a library strategy based on the IPUSNAS application has significant potential in improving students' Arabic language skills, expanding their access to quality learning resources, and improving their reading skills and understanding of Arabic texts. It is hoped that these findings can contribute to the development of effective digital library models in the context of Arabic language education.

Abstract

Morals are the implementation of one's faith when meeting other people, other creatures or even meeting their Lord. So the discussion will not run out of time. Then in modern times, people begin to appear who heresy someone else just because they think that person does not practice morals in accordance with the guidance of the Prophet. The accusation is often leveled at the Sufis, especially the Sufis who often 'uzlah and do things outside the habits of other humans. Even though this is not true, the true Sufis are people who do worship both socially and individually in a way that is based on the Prophet Muhammad Saw and they will do it with sincerity. So we aim to combine the thoughts of a hadith expert with a Sufism expert to see how true the irregularities they throw at the Sufis are. This study uses a literature review method or literature study with analytical techniques comparing the opinions of two figures related to noble character. This study aims to find common ground between the opinions of Sheikh Abdul Wahhab al-Sya'rani and Sheikh Muhammad Abdul Aziz al-Khawli regarding morality.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of libraries, namely librarians, collections, management and increase the interest in reading students and female students of the Islamic University Tribakti Lirboyo Kediri. This research is aims to determine and describe the planning, procurement, use, inventory, inhibiting factors and supporting the library at the Islamic University tribakti. This study is a qualitative research using descriptive methods. Data collection was conducted by interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques are carried out through descriptive interpretation, data validity test, participation extension, and auditing. Library planning is carried out by musyarawah, organizing is done by election and mutually agreed, implementation is carried out in accordance with the plan and according to their respective duties and supervision is carried out every day such as supervision of circulation and cleanliness, neatness and discipline services. The development of the collection is done by deliberation and submission from the user, the supporting factor is adequate facilities, the inhibiting factor is that the librarians available are not graduates from their fields.

Abstract

The library is the door to knowledge, among students the word library is a way for students to gain broader insights. The purpose of this study is to discuss library management in the digital era. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection is carried out by field observation methods, interviews and documentation on each relevant object according to what is needed in the study. In using this qualitative method, many things may change and have profound possibilities. The results of this study include: digital technology has helped facilitate library management in planning the use of recording administration at Tribakti Islamic University of Lirboyo Kediri. In addition, observations related to the influence of the digital era on school libraries have influenced the technical services of school libraries at Tribakti Islamic University of Lirboyo Kediri, which is part of the implementation of planning for college libraries.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology and moral challenges in modern society create an urgent need for robust character education, making the thoughts of KH. Hasyim Asy’ari on character education highly relevant for examination. This study aims to analyze how the principles of character education proposed by KH. Hasyim Asy’ari can be applied in the context of Society 5.0, where the integration of moral values and technological sophistication is of primary importance. The research method employed is library research, utilizing Miles and Huberman’s data analysis techniques. The results indicate that values such as sincerity, humility, and discipline in character education remain relevant and can guide the development of individuals with noble character in the digital era. The contribution of this research is to provide valuable insights into the synergy between Islamic values and the need for character education in shaping a generation that is ready to face future challenges.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas betapa pentingnya pendidikan agama Islam yang berwawasankan global dalam menghadapi era Society 5.0. Era ini ditandai sebuah revolusi digital dan perkembangannya teknologi yang mempengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi pustaka atau analisis konten. Adaapun hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa pendidikan agama Islam yang berwawasan global akan mempersiapkan generasi muda untuk menghadapi tantangan multidimensional yang dihadirkan oleh kemajuan teknologi, demografi global, dan perubahan sosial yang kompleks. Sebagai dasar paradigma, pendidikan agama Islam berwawasan global memungkinkan integrasi nilai-nilai agama, kultural, dan moral yang relevan dengan konteks global. Dalam mempersiapkan para siswa, para pendidik harus menerapkan pendekatan yang holistik dan inklusif. Hal ini melibatkan pengajaran tidak hanya mengenai doktrin dan ritual agama, tetapi juga menekankan pada pemahaman mendalam tentang universalitas dan nilai-nilai humanistik Islam yang dapat diadopsi dalam lingkungan yang beragam. Pendidikan agama Islam berwawasan global juga memberikan jembatan dalam mempromosikan perdamaian, toleransi, dan pemahaman antarbudaya. Pendidikan agama Islam berwawasan global menjadi solusi dalam menghadapi era ini, dengan memberikan landasan moral, mengembangkan kedewasaan epistemologis, dan mempersiapkan siswa untuk menjadi warga negara global yang berkoexistensi harmonis dalam masyarakat berbasis teknologi ini.

Abstract

This article was written with the aim of describing the efforts of Islamic Education teachers in building students' interest in learning Islamic jurisprudence at Mts Al-Amien. This research is motivated by the importance of enhancing students' interest in learning Fiqh, an integral part of Islamic Religious Education (PAI). Low learning interest can hinder the achievement of educational objectives, particularly in developing a profound understanding of religious teachings. Therefore, this study aims to examine the efforts of PAI teachers in increasing students' interest in learning Fiqh and analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors in the learning process at MTs Al-Amien Kota Kediri. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a field study approach. Data collection techniques include participatory observation, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, and analysis of relevant documents. The results indicate that PAI teachers play strategic roles as educators, motivators, and evaluators, which have proven effective in increasing students' learning interest. Supporting factors include students' high curiosity about Fiqh materials, while inhibiting factors consist of students' initial lack of interest and peer distractions.
