Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the habit of praying in congregation on the morals of students at the Tahfidzul Qur'an Darul Hikam Mancar Peterongan Jombang Islamic Boarding School. This type of research is quantitative, data collection is through interviews, questionnaires, observation and documentation. The data analysis uses a simple linear regression statistical formula and tests the significance of the influence of the habit of congregational prayer on the morals of the students. The results of the research showed that based on a questionnaire regarding students' habit of praying in congregation, the percentage was 59%, the questionnaire on the morals of students was 53.67%, which means that the students' morals were classified as good. From the results of statistical calculations, the influence of the variable habitual prayer in congregation on the morals of the students of the Tahfidzul Qur'an Darul Hikam Islamic Boarding School was found to be 89.8% and the remaining 10.2% was influenced by other factors. So there is a significant influence of the habit of praying in congregation on the morals of students at the Tahfidzul Qur'an Darul Hikam Mancar Peterongan Jombang Islamic Boarding School.

Abstract

This research aims to describe Moral Education from Al-Ghazali's Perspective. This research is library research using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection uses documentation methods, while data analysis uses inductive and deductive analysis. The results of this research show that moral education is the core or peak of all forms of education. This education is actually the goal of the entire existing education system. So the main exemplary factor becomes a very important part of the teaching method.

Abstract

This study aims to answer the main issues regarding the Implementation of Student Moral Development at MTs Satu Atap Minhajul Abidin Janti Jogoroto Jombang. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection uses interview, observation, and documentation methods. The primary data sources are school principals, moral aqeedah teachers and MTs Satu Atap Minhajul Abidin Janti Jogoroto Jombang students, while the secondary data are books related to children's moral development. The data analysis technique uses data reduction analysis techniques (data reduction), data display (data presentation), and verification (drawing conclusions). The results of the study can be concluded that the pattern of student moral development at Mts. Satu Atap Minhajul Abidin Janti Jogoroto Jombang uses several methods such as through example, habituation, advice or understanding, and giving punishment or warning. However, in research, the authors found that the process of fostering student morals at MTs Satu Atap Minhajul Abidin Janti Jogoroto Jombang arises from the personal characteristics of students who lack parental attention to their children, so that students still practice deviant behavior or have bad morals.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of learning activity of Islamic Religious Education on Morals Material through the Talking Stick learning model at MA Al-Ihsan Kalikejambon Tembelang Jombang. This research is a qualitative study with a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection method uses observation, interview and documentation methods. While the data analysis method uses the Miles and Huberman model, namely through data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions / verification. The findings obtained from the results of observations and interviews are that in MA Al-Ihsan Kalikejambon Tembelang Jombang itself, the Talking Stick learning method has not been applied to Islamic Religious Education learning on Moral material, this makes student learning activities still low and less active. Then after the Talking Stick learning model was applied to moral material in one of the X IPA 1 classes of MA Al-Ihsan Kalikejambon Tembelang Jombang, student learning activities increased although not significantly. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to describe the efforts of Al-Qur'an and Hadith teachers to increase students' interest in reading the Quran at MTs Al-Hikmah Klitih, Plandaan, Jombang. This study is qualitative, employing a descriptive qualitative and phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis involved several steps: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing or verification. The results indicate that efforts made by Al-Qur'an and Hadith teachers at MTs Al-Hikmah Klitih to increase students' interest in reading the Quran include habituating reading the Quran, providing memory reinforcement and writing practice, discussions with students, and assigning students to read the Quran while understanding the rules of recitation (tajwid). Interest in learning the Quran is high among some students, as almost all students are enthusiastic about reading the Quran. However, the average student's ability is still low, especially in tajweed. This is due to the method used being less than appropriate and the learning process being less engaging. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the role of religious extracurricular activities in increasing students' religious awareness and to identify the types of religious extracurricular activities available at MI Islamiyah Banjarpoh Pulorejo Ngoro Jombang. This qualitative study uses a descriptive approach to identify the types of religious extracurricular activities available at MI Islamiyah Banjarpoh Pulorejo Ngoro Jombang. Data collection techniques used observation, documentation, and interviews. Data analysis used three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that Islamic religious extracurricular activities at MI Islamiyah Banjarpoh are significant in shaping and increasing students' religious awareness. The types of religious extracurricular activities are quite diverse, including Quranic recitation, Islamic studies, congregational prayer, commemoration of Islamic holidays (PHBI), hadrah art, and social and religious activities. The success of religious extracurricular activities is influenced by several factors, including support from the school and teachers, parental involvement, students' internal motivation, and a religious school environment.
