Abstract

Ijarah contract is a contract for benefits in the form of goods or services, wages are replaced with something equivalent. Then the right of ownership is the relationship between a person and property that is determined and recognized by syara', in a way that is determined and determined by syara' or so that the property can be properly used and owned. maslahah mursalah, namely a maslahat or benefit that does not have certain arguments that justify or cancel it. As happened in Hargomulyo Village, the results of observations made by the researchers found that most tailors did not return the leftover stitches if the remaining cloth was small, if the left over seams many tailors would return it to consumers. The formulation of the problem determined is 1) What is the understanding of the tailors and consumers regarding the property rights of the remaining sewing cloth in Hargomulyo Village, Ngrambe District, Ngawi Regency? 2) What is Mashlaha Mursalah's review of the remaining stitches in Hargomulyo village, Ngrambe sub-district, Ngawi district? In this study using the field method / qualitative method (field research) because it makes direct observations while collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation. In this study using the inductive method for direct observation. The understanding of the seamstresses and consumers in Hargomulyo Village regarding the remaining sewing cloth, namely that they have the view that in general consumers never ask or ask for the remaining sewing cloth if the consumer knows that the remaining sewing cloth is small. But if there are lots of leftover stitches, new consumers ask for the remaining cloth and ask the tailor. While the understanding of the seamstress regarding the remaining stitches, that is, they have the view that in general tailors do not return the remaining stitches if the remaining is small. But if there is still a lot of cloth left, the tailor will return the remaining cloth to the consumer. Overview of Maslahah Mursalah Regarding the ownership rights of the remaining stitched cloth, that is included in the maslahah mu'tabarah because in the end the status of the remaining slightly stitched cloth is permissible when the consumer just leaves it because it is classified as matrukah goods so the tailor can take it because the previous ownership rights have been lost.

Abstract

This research is motivated by buying and selling second hand cellphones with a cash on delivery system that is rife in the city of Ponorogo. In practice, sellers and sellers offer their wares through the Second Ponorogo HP Buy and Sell Forum group. In their activities, the buyer feels disadvantaged by the seller due to the seller's dishonest and fraudulent attitude regarding the quality and condition of the second hand cellphone being sold. The sale and purchase (COD) cash on delivery earlier has caused confusion and disputes for one of the parties, because of hidden defects. This study uses field research methods (field research) with a qualitative approach. The data used is the Second Ponorogo HP buying and selling forum contract and the khiyar practice of the Second Ponorogo HP buying and selling forum. The data sources for this research are informants who are involved and active in the Second HP Second HP Sale and Purchase Forum Ponorogo. This study resulted in; The sale and purchase contract at the Second Ponorogo HP Buying and Selling Forum was in accordance with Islamic law and Islamic ethics with the fulfillment of the pillars and conditions of sale and purchase. However, the contract was flawed due to the element of fraud on the quality of the cellphone. While in the practice of Khiyar in The Second Ponorogo HP Sale and Purchase Forum is included in the khiyar Majlis, meaning that the buyer and seller have the right to continue or cancel the transaction before leaving the place of transaction. Judging from the percentage, Islamic ethics in the practice of buying and selling above has not been fully implemented.

Abstract

Qibla direction is the direction that Muslims go to in carrying out worship, especially prayer. The determination of the Qibla direction in the Fatma Zahra, Al-Falah, and Baitul Muttaqin Mosques used to still use simple tools. Whereas in this day and age, all modern equipment already exists. From the differences of time, the writer is interested in studying the calculation of Qibla direction by using theodolite, by determining the direction of Qibla before using theodolite and after using theodolite. This research uses quantitative methods by collecting observational study data, interviews, and documentation to related parties. The primary source is data from interviews and direct research in the field. While the secondary data is taken from books, journals and theses related to this research. From the results of this study that the Mosques studied have not yet led to a perfect Qibla. The qibla direction in each Mosque is as follows: Qibla direction in Fatma Zahra Mosque is 650 35 '5.64'', in Al-Falah Mosque is 650 34' 21.17 '', and in Baitul Muttaqin Mosque is 650 35 '2.5''. from the direction of the Qibla which was originally the Fatma Zahra Mosque 610 05'11.28 '', Al-Falah Mosque 67009 '43.34'', and the Baitul Muttaqin Mosque 70057 '35.00'. Arah kiblat merupakan arah yang dituju umat Islam dalam melaksanakan ibadah khususnya shalat. Penentuan arah kiblat di masjid Fatma Zahra, Al-Falah, dan Baitul Muttaqin dulunya masih menggunakan alat yang sederhana. Sedangkan pada zaman sekarang ini, sudah zamannya modern semua peralatan canggih sudah ada. Dari perbedaan zaman tersebut penulis tertarik untuk mengkaji perhitungan arah kiblat dengan menggunakan alat theodolit, dengan menentukan arah kiblat sebelum menggunakan alat theodolit dan setelah menggunakan alat theodolit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data bersifat Studi Observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi kepada pihak-pihak terkait. Sebagai sumber primernya yaitu data dari hasil wawancara dan penelitian langsung di lapangan. Sedangkan data sekundernya diambil dari buku, jurnal, dan tesis yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Dari hasil penelitian ini bahwa masjid-masjid yang diteliti belum mengarah ke kiblat secara sempurna. Adapun arah kiblat di masing-masing masjid adalah sebagai berikut: Arah kiblat di masjid Fatma Zahra ialah 650 35’ 5.64’’,di masjid Al-Falah ialah 650 34’ 21.17’’, dan di masjid Baitul Muttaqin ialah 650 35’ 2.5’’. dari arah kiblat yang semula masjid Fatma Zahra 610 05’11.28’’, masjid Al-Falah 67009’ 43.34’’, dan masjid Baitul Muttaqin 70057’35.00’’.

Abstract

The background of this research is that rounding the scales is the process of rounding a scale on clothes that will be laundromated. At Bigi Berkah Laundry and Laundry Mbak Tutik, rounding the scales is done if the weight of the clothes does not meet the minimum amount that has been determined by the laundry business services then it will be rounded, to meet the requirements. Specified weight of clothing. Meanwhile, price rounding occurs when the initial price is smaller than the rupiah value, so it will be rounded to make it easier to provide returns. This thesis contains a problem formulation: (1) What is the practice of rounding scales and prices for the two laundry business services in Candimulyo Village, Dolopo District, Madiun Regency? (2) What is the practice of rounding off scales and prices for the two laundry business services in Candimulyo Village, Dolopo District, Madiun Regency from a Sharia Economic Law Perspective? This type of research was carried out qualitatively at the Candimulyo Village laundry businnes services, Dolopo District, Madiun Regency by collecting data through interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The conclusions are (1) Rounding off the scales for both laundry business services is carried out when the weight of the clothes does not meet the minimum limit that has been determined. Meanwhile, price rounding occurs when the initial price has a small rupiah denomination, so it will be rounded to make it easier to return it, (2) Judging from Sharia Economic Law regarding the practice of rounding scales and prices for both laundry business services is not permitted when costumers do not accept its application, this is because there is not specific argument that prohibits it, and this practice has become a urf (costum) that is accepted by society and its implementation can facilitate transactions.
