Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy of Bank Kalbar Syarih Singkawang Branch in attracting customers to use Mobile Banking services. This research, including descriptive qualitative research, with a total of 10 informants, describes situations or events that come from observations, interviews and documentation. The data sources used are primary data obtained directly in the field, secondary data obtained from books, the internet and previous research. The results of this study indicate that the strategy of Bank Kalbar Syariah Singkawang Branch in increasing Mobile Banking users is by means of a promotion strategy. This research shows that customers' interest in using Mobile Banking services at Bank Kalbar Syariah Singkawang Branch is influenced by internal factors and partly influenced by external factors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi bisnis yang diterapkan oleh pengrajin bambu di Desa Piantus, Kecamatan Sejangkung, dalam meningkatkan pendapatan mereka serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat usaha kerajinan bambu di desa tersebut. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengrajin bambu di Desa Piantus mengimplementasikan strategi produk, harga, promosi, dan distribusi yang meliputi inovasi desain produk, penetapan harga yang kompetitif, serta promosi melalui media sosial. Faktor pendukung utama adalah ketersediaan bahan baku bambu yang melimpah dan motivasi pengrajin, sementara faktor penghambat utama adalah keterbatasan modal, keterbatasan keterampilan dalam desain dan teknik produksi, serta terbatasnya akses ke pasar yang lebih luas. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan pendapatan pengrajin bambu, diperlukan pelatihan keterampilan desain dan teknik produksi, akses ke modal yang lebih mudah, serta pelatihan dalam pemasaran digital untuk memperluas distribusi produk, baik di pasar domestik maupun internasional

Abstract

Every factory has the potential to be developed, in its development the role of employees is needed to achieve the goal of optimal local resource processing both in terms of natural resources and from the potential possessed by each employee. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research with a type of research, namely field research (library research). The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques in the study used data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawn. The data validity technique used is source triangulation. The results of this study show that the role of the Hakim sago factory in increasing employee income is said to be good and achieved by the fulfillment of the three roles of the Hakim factory, namely helping to improve the employee economy; conducting employee coaching; participate in MSME funding. This study also shows that the role of the Hakim factory in increasing employee income reviewed from the perspective of Sharia Economics in Sebangun village, Sebawi District is said to be fulfilled as evidenced by increasing the living rate of employees, the fulfillment of employee needs, and the openness of the sago factory with the local government. There is employee participation in terms of developing village potential. Participation in sago festival activities is a characteristic of Sebangun village, Sebawi District.

Abstract

The potential of human resources must be managed as well as possible in order to provide optimal output. Therefore, a company must think about ways it can develop the potential of its employees. One of them is improving employee work performance, good work performance will provide benefits for employees and the company. Work performance is influenced by various factors, including self-actualization and appreciation. Employees who have the opportunity to actualize themselves and receive appropriate rewards tend to have high motivation to participate. This research aims to determine the effect of Self-Actualization and Reward on Employee Work Performance at the Tirta Muare Ulakan Regional Public Water Company, Sambas Regency, both partially and simultaneously. This research method uses quantitative research with causal associative research. The data used is primary data and secondary data. Primary data sources were obtained through distributing questionnaires to all employees in the company and then tested using the SPSS version 22 application with validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple regression tests, hypothesis tests and coefficient of determination tests. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained from documents from offices related to this research. These results show that the self-actualization variable has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance at the Tirta Muare Ulakan Regional Public Water Company, Sambas Regency with a value of Tcount>Ttable (6.431>3.315) or can be seen from Siga (0.000<0.005). Apart from that, the reward variable also shows a positive and significant influence on employee work performance at the Tirta Muare Ulakan Regional Public Water Company, Sambas Regency with a Tcount value of Ttable (3.947>3.315) or can be seen from Sig<a (0.000<0.005). Simultaneously, self-actualization and appreciation have a positive effect on employee work performance at the Tirta Muare Ulakan Regional Public Water Company, Sambas Regency with a Tcount Ttable value (200.142>3.315) and a Sig value <0.05 (0.000<0.05)
