Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, dunia pendidikan terus mengalami dinamika dan perkembangan. Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Nadiem Makarim telah menetapkan 4 pokok kebijakan bidang pendidikan nasional melalui program “Merdeka Belajar”. Salah satu pokok kebijakan tersebut adalah mengenai Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaraan (RPP). Berdasarkan hal tersebut, peneliti bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi merdeka belajar dalam penyusunan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis konten dengan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, Pertama, berdasarakan konsep Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) dengan format yang sudah ada selama ini dianggap bersifat kaku. Sehingga, kebijakan merdeka belajar dalam pemangkasan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) dari yang awalnya 13 komponen menjadi 3 komponen dianggap lebih efisien dan efektif, yang nantinya guru memiliki banyak waktu untuk mempersiapkan dan mengevaluasi proses pembelajaran. Kedua, penyusunan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) harus memiliki dan memerhatikan prinsip utamanya, yaitu: (1) efisien, penyusunan RPP harus efisien berarti penulisan RPP dilakukan dengan tepat dan tidak banyak menghabiskan waktu dan tenaga; (2) efektif, penyususan RPP harus efektif berarti penulisan RPP dilakukan untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran; dan (3) berorientasi pada peserta didik, berarti penulisan RPP dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan kesiapan, ketertarikan, dan kebutuhan belajar peserta didik di kelas, sehingga nantinya dapat meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik. Ketiga, penyederhanaan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) pada setiap Tema pembelajaran di SD dianggap lebih efektif dan efesien, karena guru menjadi lebih fokus terhadap penguasaan materi pelajaran yang nantinya akan disampakaikan kepada peserta didik. Selain itu, Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) satu lembar juga memberikan waktu terhadap guru untuk istirahat serta memersiapkan dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran dengan kualitas mengajar yang lebih baik lagi.

Abstract

The birth of the tiktok application was based on an evolutionary process that occurred in the field of technology (digitalization) and internet innovation which led to the emergence of various types of social media. Indonesia In 2020, social media has experienced rapid development to become popular culture in Indonesia, namely the TikTok application, which has been downloaded 63.3 million times. Where the majority of users of this application are millennials, school age, or commonly known as generation Z. With a large number of users, the content offered to other users is also very diverse, but not many use it wisely so this can affect behavior and way of thinking. This study aims to describe forms of digital kesalehan and the factors that influence digital piety in the tiktok status of IAI Muhammadiyah Sinjai students. The type of research used is phenomenology with a qualitative research approach and the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation while the data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of this study are that the forms of digital kesalehan carried out by IAIM Sinjai students are very diverse, starting from making and sharing Islamic videos and increasing literacy about Islam by utilizing social media. But besides that, they apply the concept of preaching, namely Islamic teachings as the truth must be conveyed in a good and beautiful way so that what is conveyed can be accepted by the community and not vice versa. In addition, the factors that affect digital kesalehan in IAI Muhammadiyah Sinjai Student Tiktok Status come from internal and external factors where both are things that support a person in implementing what is called digital piety or good deeds done through social media

Abstract

Pada masa pandemi ini McDonald’s mengalami penurunan pendapatan. Menurut data, pendapatan McDonald’s turun sebesar 1.587 trilliun, yang dimana pada tahun 2019 pendapatan McDonald’s yaitu sebesar 5.349 triliun, untuk menstabilkan hal tersebut maka McDonald’s harus memperhatikan kualitas layanan dan servicescape. Penelitian ini membahas tentang analisis kualitas layanan dan servicescape terhadap kepuasan pelanggan McDonald’s selama COVID-19. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kualitas layanan dan servicescape terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini memiliki tiga variabel yaitu kualitas layanan, servicescape dan kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada orang yang pernah melakukan drive thru, takeaway ataupun delivery selama COVID-19 di McDonald’s. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 250 sampel. Dalam penelitian ini, kami menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linier berganda dan hasilnya diolah menggunakan SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini, menunjukan bahwa kualitas layanan dan servicescape memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

The approach and use of the experience economy has transformed a tourist village with new added value. The presence of ecotourism-based tourism villages and examines the use of community-based tourism models in the development of tourism villages. Through the CBT model, the development of tourist villages has an impact on reducing unemployment, being able to maintain local wisdom and encouraging village independence. The research objective is to examine the use of the experience economy and the use of the CBT model in the development of the Cikolelet tourism village. The research method uses qualitative research methods. Informants in the study were the head of the tourism village Pokdarwis and member of Pokdarwis of the Cikolelet tourism village who understood tourism villages. Data collection techniques were carried out through observations, interviews, and direct documentation of the research object. The results of the study can be concluded that The experience economy concept can be applied to Cikolelet rural tourism to enhance the tourist experience and create a unique and memorable destination. The experience economy is based on the idea that people are increasingly seeking experiences over material goods, and that businesses can create value by designing and delivering unique and memorable experiences.

Abstract

Kurikulum merdeka memungkinkan siswa memiliki kecukupan waktu untuk mempelajari materi dan mencapai kompetensi ajar melalui pembelajaran intrakurikuler yang beragam. Konten pembelajaran dapat disesuaikan dengan konsep pembelajaran dan karakteristik siswa. Dengan demikian, guru memiliki kesempatan dan keleluasaan untuk memilih maupun mengembangkan perangkat ajar sesuai kebutuhan pembelajaran. Namun, guru di sekolah masih memerlukan bimbingan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan penyesuaian saat mengimplementasikan kurikulum ini di sekolah. Oleh karena itu, program kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan konsep pelatihan implementasi kurikulum merdeka bagi guru dilaksanakan di MI Adda’wah Seteluk. Tujuan pelatihan ini adalah untuk membantu guru lebih memahami bagaimana menggunakan dan mengembangkan sumber daya yang sesuai dengan kurikulum merdeka, termasuk modul, materi ajar, dan teknologi pembelajaran. Pelatihan yang dilakukan dari tanggal 6 sampai 8 November 2023 memiliki 2 materi utama. Materi pertama yaitu refleksi kurikulum dan pembelajaran kurikulum 2023 yang membahas tentang pembelajaran paradigma baru, penyusunan kurikulum operasional sekolah, dan pengembangan materi ajar. Materi kedua yaitu merancang pembelajaran pada kurikulum merdeka yang membahas tentang Tujuan Pembelajaran (TP), Modul Ajar, Alur Tujuan Pembalajaran (ATP), dan Modul P5. Peserta pelatihan ini terdiri dari kepala sekolah dan guru di MI Adda’wah Seteluk. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah para guru mampu merancang pembelajaran, mulai dari merancang Tujuan Pembelajaran (TP) dan Alur Tujuan Pembalajaran (ATP) sesuai capaian pembelajaran yang diharapkan, serta merancang konten pembelajaran untuk modul P5.

Abstract

Training on Making Basic Spinach Extract into Acehnese Specialty Dish in Curug Wetan Village Aceh Province is one of the provinces that has a variety of very distinctive dishes, such as: Mie Aceh dan Roti Canai.  Spinach essence is one of the innovations made in making basic preparations for Aceh Noodles dan Roti Canai,. This innovative product is made as attractive as possible and as complete as possible so that later it can be useful among the wider community. Training on making basic processed spinach essence into aceh cuisine in the village of Curug Wetan was carried out with the hope of providing the latest innovations that will be useful in the future for opening an independent business. The implementation is carried out face-to-face and workshops and events are also equipped with pre-tests and post-tests to measure the understanding of Pkk mothers who attend this training event. Because the significance value is less than 0.05, it proves that the comparison is valid. So, it is hoped that there will be a continuation of this training activity so that Pkk mothers can practice it directly both at home and as a resource to open an independent business.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the forms of idiolects used by Thai students in communicating and analyze how the idiolect forms of Thai Patani Malay language against Indonesian. This study uses a qualitative description method. The object of this study is the idiolect used by Thai students using spoken techniques (interviews). Data obtained by using the method of observing, recording and noting. The results of the research conducted, the two students verbally communicated quite well. In understanding, what they convey can be understood. However, from a linguistic point of view, especially in the field of phonology, there are still mistakes that must be corrected, especially Hamdi Bin Ismail. Their pronunciation in speaking using Indonesian is still experiencing difficulties, so there are frequent pronunciation errors. The mistake that is often made is removing the final phoneme and changing the phoneme /a/ to phonemes /o/ and /e/. Occasionally they also omit the phoneme /r/, because they have difficulty pronouncing the phoneme /r/ clearly. Mistakes that occur, due to a lack of mastery of using the Indonesian language, as well as a lack of confidence, and not wanting to socialize with Indonesian people, both friends on campus and the community around where they live.

Abstract

Parole is the process of fostering convicts and criminal children outside the Correctional Institution after serving at least 2/3 (two thirds) of their minimum sentence of 9 (nine) months (Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number M.2.Pk.04 -10 of 2007) article 1 paragraph 2. The granting of parole is one of the legal means in the context of realizing the goals of the correctional system. The right of inmates to obtain parole is regulated in the provisions of Article 14 letter k of the Correctional Law. Narkoba is an abbreviation of narcotics and drugs/dangerous substances. In addition to narcotics, another term introduced especially the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia is narcotics which stands for narcotics, psychotropics, and addictive. This type of research is library research. Broadly speaking, the approach used by the authors in this thesis is a sociological, historical, and anthropological approach. The data collection techniques used in obtaining the necessary information related to the problem under study are: Literature Study, is a data collection technique by reading literature books and literatures that can be used as guidelines or data sources in making this thesis. The literature study includes: 1.) Primary data, 2.) Secondary data. The purpose of this study is to analyze analytically how to parole narcotics convicts from both Positive Law and the Hanafi School of Law. Karen has now been shown how the life and fate of convicts in narcotics cases is uncertain, sometimes they are discriminated against by the social community. Become new insights and ideas about how to parole narcotics cases. The results of this study. If no qhoth'I arguments are found either in the Qur'an or in the Hadith whose validity is not in doubt, Imam Abu Hanafiah will determine the law based on Ra'yu. Imam Abu Hanafiah was influenced by legal developments in Kufa which was located far from Mandinah as the city where the Prophet Muhammad lived. So Imam Abu Hanafiah through his legal terms views narcotics as khamr or anything that is categorized as intoxicating and forbidden through the Qiyas approach.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the problems that exist in the use of waqf as a medium for food security in Indonesia and the priority solutions for the use of productive waqf as a medium for food security in Indonesia in terms of institutional, infrastructure, financial, community and government aspects. this is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). This study used seven expert respondents representing academics, practitioners and regulators who were asked to assess the problems and solutions for the use of productive waqf as a medium for food security in Indonesia. Based on the opinion of respondents, the biggest problem in the use of productive waqf as a medium for food security in Indonesia is the lack of socialization to the public regarding productive waqf as a medium for food security. The priority solutions in this research are waqf institutions and the government need to collaborate in implementing productive waqf utilization as a medium for food security in Indonesia. Furthermore, in general the aspect that is considered the most problematic is the government aspect, while the priority for solutions is the institutional aspect. Therefore, in the use of productive waqf as a medium for food security in Indonesia, the public needs to increase their understanding of productive waqf as a medium for food security, the government needs to collaborate with waqf institutions and farmer groups as well as waqf institutions need to improve their professionalism.

Abstract

This investigation investigates the impact of a two-way conversation strategy on the speaking performance of tenth-grade students at SMA Wirakarya Mandiri Medan. A genuine experimental design was implemented, with 160 students being divided into two groups: an experimental group that implemented the two-way conversation strategy and a control group that implemented conventional teaching methods. The students' speaking performance was assessed in areas such as fluency, pronunciation, and vocabulary through pre- and post-tests. The experimental group exhibited substantial improvement in the results, with scores increasing from a pre-test range of 60–79 to a post-test range of 75–89. Conversely, the control group demonstrated negligible improvement, with post-test scores ranging from 61 to 77. The study's results indicate that the two-way conversation strategy substantially improves students' speaking performance in comparison to conventional methods. The results of this study indicate that the two-way conversation strategy can be a successful method for enhancing English-speaking performance in classroom environments, providing educators with a better understanding of more interactive and engaging teaching methods.
