Abstract

Internusa Cipta Solusi Perdana or ICSP is an Indonesian Custom Software Developer that develops applications for various types of industry. ICSP has developed various application solutions that have a high level of difficulty that many other companies have. As an application developer, ICSP has the advantage of customizing applications that can be adapted to the needs and business processes of ICSP customers. Information developments are currently increasing, in society, information technology covers almost all areas, including companies. In fact, it is a necessity for companies to have computerized information available. Almost all companies now use identity cards or ID cards for their employees. as an identity that differentiates it from other companies, there are many benefits to be gained from using an ID card system that is integrated with company attendance and databases because this can increase employee motivation and performance, however we very rarely find the use of ID cards in universities, especially at PT. INTERNUSA CIPTA SOLUSI PERDANA, I don't know if it's because they don't have an ID card yet or they already have one but are still reluctant to use it. The hope is that making an ID card that uses barcodes will attract interest in using it. Making this ID card uses a website-based system.

Abstract

Absence in general is the recording of employee attendance and is one aspect of an assessment in a company. OYO Rooms or called OYO 387 Alfa Guest House is a company engaged in the field of lodging services. The system used in the employee attendance process at OYO 387 Alfa Guest House is still manual, namely by recording an attendance book. This of course has an impact on the effectiveness and efficiency of data collection, data search, and calculating attendance recap which takes time, so that the risk of errors will increase the loss of attendance data. For this reason, an application is needed that is used for attendance and at the same time reports related to employee attendance data. Data collection methods used in this study include observation, interviews and literature study. The development method used is the waterfall method which includes: analysis, design, coding, testing. By producing a web-based employee attendance application, it can provide convenience in the attendance process, data search and minimize loss and errors in recording attendance data at Hotel OYO 387 Alfa Guest House.

Abstract

Writing this thesis discusses Courses Online Hellocation which do not yet have learning media for users to learn and receive learning materials from tutors, as well as the lack of effectiveness of the learning process which cannot be accessed anywhere and anytime. The Courses Online Hellocation application will be made using the devops method, which is the unification of divisions, processes and technology in the software or application development phase. With the aim of creating a website-based application that has an easy-to-understand interface. In order to enhance the user experience, the interface of this application is designed in an intuitive and user-friendly manner. It is intended that users can easily interact with the application and make effective use of its features. In addition, this Online Courses application also provides benefits for all Hellocation learning members.

Abstract

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a significant global health issue that requires early detection to prevent serious complications. In the field of healthcare, the Naïve Bayes algorithm has shown potential as an effective method for classifying medical data, including CKD, due to its simplicity yet accuracy in handling data with independent variables. This study aims to conduct a literature review on the application of the Naïve Bayes algorithm in CKD classification, focusing on the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of the resulting models. The research analyzes various previous studies, including data preprocessing techniques, important features used, and performance model evaluations based on parameters such as accuracy, precision, and recall. The review findings indicate that the Naïve Bayes algorithm offers competitive accuracy for classifying CKD compared to other methods, especially on datasets with a limited number of features. The conclusion of this review highlights the importance of optimal data management and the selection of relevant features to improve the performance of the Naïve Bayes algorithm. This study is expected to provide guidance for future researchers in developing early detection systems for CKD based on machine learning.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam dunia pendidikan. Siswa di era digital diharapkan memiliki kemampuan untuk mengolah informasi dan menyajikannya secara efektif melalui makalah dan presentasi digital. Namun, tantangan utama yang dihadapi oleh siswa MTs Al-Riyadhul Jannah adalah kurangnya pemahaman dan keterampilan teknis dalam menggunakan perangkat lunak seperti Microsoft Word dan PowerPoint. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital siswa, khususnya dalam menyusun makalah dan membuat presentasi digital yang menarik. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyuluhan, pelatihan langsung, dan demonstrasi penggunaan perangkat lunak. Workshop dilaksanakan selama satu bulan dengan melibatkan siswa OSIS sebagai peserta utama. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan peserta dalam menyusun makalah sesuai dengan kaidah akademik dan menghasilkan presentasi digital yang menarik dan informatif. Program ini tidak hanya meningkatkan keterampilan teknis tetapi juga memberikan dampak positif terhadap kepercayaan diri siswa. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa program serupa perlu dilanjutkan dengan cakupan yang lebih luas untuk mendukung pendidikan berbasis digital di lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

In the digital era, individuals' personal data is increasingly vulnerable to potential misuse and privacy violations. In the process, personal data becomes increasingly important and sensitive because many MTs Alhidayah students carry out online activities. Personal data includes information such as name, address, identification number, financial information, medical history and other sensitive information relating to an individual. Nowadays, almost all devices are connected and have an internet connection, everything can be managed from anywhere. So individual personal data is increasingly vulnerable to potential misuse and privacy violations. One of them is the security aspect in the form of cyber crime threats. Therefore, cyber security has a vital role in preventing cyber crime. Currently, MTs Alhidayah students use gadgets as part of their daily activities, but they still lack knowledge about data security. The aim of this community service is to obtain an overview of cyber security and its challenges in the future, so that students have awareness of the importance of protecting personal data to prevent misuse of data by irresponsible people.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong pelaku usaha, termasuk usaha kecil menengah (UKM), untuk melakukan digitalisasi dalam pengelolaan layanan. CV Hutama Mandiri Indotech, sebuah perusahaan jasa bubut, masih menggunakan metode manual dalam proses pemesanan seperti pencatatan melalui WhatsApp dan buku tulis yang rentan terhadap miskomunikasi dan kehilangan data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem pemesanan berbasis web guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan keandalan layanan. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan framework Next.js dan database MySQL, dengan pendekatan metodologi waterfall dalam proses pengembangannya. Sistem mendukung digitalisasi alur pemesanan mulai dari input oleh pelanggan hingga verifikasi pembayaran oleh pihak finance, serta menerapkan hak akses berbeda untuk empat peran pengguna, yaitu customer, admin, finance, dan owner. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan metode Black Box Testing untuk memastikan setiap fungsi berjalan sesuai harapan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan sistem berjalan dengan baik, mampu meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi pencatatan, serta profesionalitas pelayanan di perusahaan. Sistem ini menjadi solusi awal dalam mendukung transformasi digital pada sektor jasa bubut skala kecil.

Abstract

The recap of financial and administrative findings at the Regional Inspectorate of Lebak Regency was previously done manually using methods like Excel and Word, making data updates and reporting challenging. This study designs a web-based application using PHP and JavaScript to facilitate financial and administrative monitoring within the Regional Apparatus Organizations of Lebak Regency. The research employs a prototype software development model, including requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The application was tested using Black Box Testing to ensure that its primary functions work correctly. User satisfaction was evaluated using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method, with the majority of the 20 user samples achieving an average score of 4.2/5.0 on the Likert scale, indicating high satisfaction. Field testing results in Muara Village and Cilangkap Village in Wanasalam District showed increased efficiency in inputting follow-up actions from the monitoring results. Before the application was used, on July 2, 2024, Muara Village had only completed 2 recommendations, but by July 16, 2024, this number had increased to 7 recommendations. In Cilangkap Village, 9 recommendations were successfully completed on July 25, 2024. The application successfully improved the efficiency and effectiveness of managing the Follow-Up Monitoring Results (TLHP) and the Regional Government Financial Statements (LKPD), and received positive feedback from users, demonstrating a significant improvement in financial monitoring and administrative processes in Lebak Regency.

Abstract

Pemberian insentif guru merupakan salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan kinerja guru di sekolah. Namun, proses pemberian insentif seringkali tidak objektif dan tidak transparan, sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk meningkatkan proses ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) dalam pemberian insentif guru di SMKN Panti Karya 3. Kedua metode tersebut digunakan untuk menentukan alternatif terbaik berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode SAW dan TOPSIS dapat digunakan untuk pemberian insentif guru di SMKN Panti Karya 3. Berdasarkan perbandingan bobot, alternatif 12 terpilih sebagai pilihan terbaik pada kedua metode. Namun, metode SAW lebih relevan untuk menyelesaikan kasus pemberian insentif guru dengan rentang bobot terbesar sebesar 0,96, dibandingkan metode TOPSIS dengan rentang bobot terbesar sebesar 0,92. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode SAW dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif dalam pemberian insentif guru di SMKN Panti Karya 3. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai acuan untuk meningkatkan proses pemberian insentif guru di sekolah, sehingga dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan kinerja guru. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di SMKN Panti Karya 3.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat membawa dampak positif sekaligus tantangan, khususnya dalam menjaga keamanan file digital. SMK Jaya Buana Tangerang menghadapi permasalahan terkait penyimpanan file ujian siswa dalam format .pdf, .docx, dan .xlsx, yang rentan terhadap akses tidak sah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keamanan file ujian melalui penerapan algoritma kriptografi Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) berbasis web. Sistem yang dikembangkan mampu melakukan proses enkripsi dan dekripsi menggunakan kunci simetris, serta dilengkapi dengan autentikasi pengguna untuk membatasi akses hanya bagi pihak yang berwenang. Pada penerapan algoritma AES secara efektif melindungi file ujian dari potensi kebocoran, serta meningkatkan keamanan sistem. Dari hasil uji coba dan presentasi bersama pihak sekolah, aplikasi menunjukkan nilai rata-rata keseluruhan dari hasil pengujian evaluasi responden sebesar 87,1 % berdasarkan data feedback pengguna berjumlah 25 guru dari total jumlah 34 guru sebagai responden dengan menyatakan sistem usulan ini layak digunakan sebagai sarana pendukung keamanan data file ujian siswa-siswi di SMK Jaya Buana Tangerang.
