Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD menggunakan bantuan media poster pada aktivitas dan hasil belajar fisika siswa di MTs Darunnajah Al-Falah Telagawaru. Sampelnya kelas VIIIA 21 orang dan kelas VIIIB 17 orang menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Penelitian menggunakan pretest-posttest control group design. Instrumen penelitian berupa lembar observasi dan tes. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai rata-rata aktivitas belajar siswa kelas eksperimen 19,25 berada pada interval 19,25 ≤ A ≤ 22,75 kategori aktif dan kelas kontrol 11,75 berada pada interval 07,00 ≤ A ≤ 12,25 kategori sangat kurang aktif. Sedangkan hasil belajar diperoleh nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen 74,12 dan kelas kontrol 63,67. Melalui uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan t-test pooled varian, diperoleh thitung > ttabel atau 2,42 > 2,04 dengan dk = dan taraf signifikan 5%, yang berarti ada perbedaan yang signifikan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD berbantuan media poster terhadap aktivitas dan hasil belajar fisika siswa di MTs Darunnajah Al-Falah Telagawaru tahun ajaran 2018/2019.

Abstract

The use of fly ash or fly ash is still minimally applied in Indonesia. The percentage of fly ash utilization is only 10-12% with 73% on Java Island and 27% on other islands, so there will be an accumulation of fly ash of up to 10.4 million tons per year by 2027. Abundant fly ash can be utilized by making lightweight brick the main composition as a substitute for cement called geopolymer lightweight brick. The fly ash used is class F with mechanical testing based on the Si/Al ratio. This research was conducted to analyze the effect of activator content on mechanical testing consisting of compressive strength, split tensile strength, and modulus of rupture in order to obtain the mechanical properties of lightweight geopolymer bricks. The higher of the activator content, got the greater Si/Al ratio. The ratios at activator levels of 35, 40, and 45% were 2.42; 2.45; and 2.48. The difference between split tensile strength and compressive strength for 35% activator content is 6.45%; 40% is 5.94%; and 45% is 6.04% so it is included in high quality lightweight brick. The level of activator has a significant effect on the compressive strength, split tensile strength, and modulus of rupture. The lower Si/Al ratio results in higher and better compressive strength, split tensile strength, and modulus of rupture.

Abstract

Writing scientific papers is one of the most significant things a teacher can do, especially if they want to advance to functional positions. However, producing scientific papers is a barrier for many teachers, leading to teachers engaging in dishonest behavior while writing scientific papers. The goal of this service is to organize socialization, training, and mentorship for SD Negeri 4 Kedoyo instructors on the importance of ethical issues and codes of ethics in scientific paper writing. This service's implementation is divided into three stages: pre-implementation, implementation, and post-implementation. As a result of this activity, socialization, training, and support in scientific writing with three primary resources, namely plagiarism, paraphrasing approaches, and reference managers, have been implemented. The post-test questionnaire score increased by 42.67% for the plagiarism indicator, 43.18% for the paraphrasing technique indicator, and 47.74% for the reference manager indicator, indicating an increase in SD Negeri 4 Kedoyo teachers' knowledge and understanding of literacy violations, ethics, and the code of ethics in writing scientific papers.

Abstract

Aileron is a control surface that functions as a regulator of roll motion. The movements of the ailerons are opposite to the left and right sides. Previous studies have shown that graphs of hinge moment coefficient (Chm) values increases with increasing angle of attack. This study is to determine the aerodynamic characteristics of aileron by combining the surface area of the vane into the aileron by varying the aileron’s deflection. The calculation is performed using a numerical method in two dimensions (2D) commercial CFD simulation software. The results of the study concluded that the hinge moment coefficient for modified airfoil at δA = -20°, 0°, and 20° was -0.071, 0.078, and 0.177, respectively. These values are smaller when compared to Chm value in basic aileron that was -0.094, 0.095, and 0.201, respectively.
