Abstract

Rasa takut/ kecemasan akanmempengaruhi klien dalam menghadapi kehamilan dan persalinan yang akan berpengaruh terhadap kesakitan ibu. Belum ada bidan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Socah Bangkalan yang memberikan pelayanan holistik.Hypnoprenatal merupakan pemrograman pikiran bawah sadar klien sebagai upaya persiapan persalinan menggunakan teknik hypnosis yang bertujuan untuk menjadikan proses persalinan menjadi aman, nyaman dan menyenangkan. Sasaran hypnoprenatal kelas sebanyak 21 ibu hamil trimester 2 dan 3 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Socah. Kelas ini dilaksanakan sebanyak 5 kali dengan waktu tiap sesi hypnoprenatal selama 60 ? 90 menit. Kegiatan yang dilakukan selama kelas hypnoprenatal meliputi Pemeriksaan Kehamilan,  PelaksanaanHypnoprenatal, Pemasangan Anchor, SenamHamil/ Yoga Prenatal, Pengatasan Keluhan. Secara keseluruhan ibuhamil trimester 2 dan 3 tidak terdapat kontraindikasi untuk dilakukan hypnoprenatal maupun yoga antenatal.Seluruh ibu hamil mengikuti kegiatan dengankondisi yang santai, dan nyaman.Hasil rekapitulasi kuesioner pre dan post kelas hypnoprenatal didapatkan secara keseluruhan ibu dapat mengatasi kecemasan dan merasa lebih tenang dalam menjalani kehamilan, dan merasa lebih siap dalam menghadapi persalinan. Secara keseluruhan ibu hamil menyatakan telah mengulang anchor yang dipasang setiap waktu.  Diharapkan semua bidan dapat memberikan asuhan antenatal secara holistic dengan menambahkan layanan hypnoprenatal agar ibu hamil dapat meningkatkan kemampuan untuk mengelola kondisi fisik dan psikisnya sendiri dalam menjalani kehamilan dan persalinan.

Abstract

Coronary heart disease is the biggest killer responsible for 16% of total deaths worldwide. The death rate due to coronary heart disease in Indonesia is 12.9% percent from total cause of death in Indonesia. Because of the high mortality from the severity of coronary heart disease, effective severity prevention methods are needed to reduce the mortality rate from coronary heart disease. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of social factors, political factors and family characteristics on self-management and family care abilities in prevention of severity effort in coronary heart disease. The research design was analytical observational with Cross Sectional approach. Exogenous variables social factors and political factors. Endogenous variables self-management, family care abilities, prevention of severity in coronary heart disease. The population was all patients with coronary heart disease at Anna Medika Madura General Hospital with total sample 130 respondents. Sampling using convenience sampling and instrument using questionnaires with statistical test partial least square (PLS) with α > 0.5. The results of PLS showed that exogenous variables social factors and political factors had significant influence on self-management. Self-management affects the ability to care for family. Family care abilities affects the prevention of severity in coronary heart disease. The new findings of this study are self-management and family care abilities in prevention of severity effort of coronary heart disease can be formed through social factors and political factors

Abstract

Pemberian ASI eksklusif adalah cara yang paling tepat untuk memenuhi nutrisi bayi dalam 6 bulan pertama kehidupan bayi dan terdapat bukti yang nyata bahwa menyusui memiliki manfaat kesehatan jangka pendek serta jangka panjang bagi wanita maupun bayi. ASI ekslusif saat ini menjadi satu satunya intervensi spesifik untuk menurunkan angka stunting di Indonesia yang belum tercapai. Cakupan pemberian ASI ekslusif di Indonesia saat ini belum mengalami peningkatan dan bahkan stagnan di angka 52%. Perilaku pemberian ASI Ekslusif dipengaruhi oleh faktor predisposisi, faktor pemungkin dan faktor penguat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor pemungkin dalam perilaku pemberian ASI ekslusif di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Bangkalan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Cross-sectional dengan populasi seluruh ibu yang mempunyai bayi usia 7 sampai 12 bulan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Bangkalan. Sampel diambil menggunakan Cluster Random Sampling dan diperoleh 101 orang sampel. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisa menggunakan uji chi Square dan regresi logistik. Faktor pemungkin yang berpengaruh terhadap perilaku pemberian ASI ekslusif adalah kondisi kesehatan ibu. Kondisi kesehatan ibu yang menunjang perilaku pemberian ASI ekslusif adalah kesehatan fisik dan mental ibu.

Abstract

Gangguan asupan nutrisi pada ibu hamil yang paling sering terjadi adalah KekuranganEnergi Kronik (KEK). Diagnosa KEK pada ibu hamil ditegakkan jika Lingkar Lengan Atas(LILA) < 23,5 cm. Prevelensi KEK pada ibu hamil di Arosbaya sejak bulan Januari-Desember2023 yaitu 17 ibu hamil dari 474 total ibu hamil atau sebesar 3,58%. Studi kasus ini bertujuanuntuk mengetahui gambaran kejadian KEK meliputi faktor resiko, masalah, penyulit danpenatalaksanaan pada primigravida trimester 3 dengan KEK di wilayah kerja PusksesmasArosbaya. Metode dalam studi kasus ini menggunakan rancangan multiple case designmenggunakan dua responden dengan kriteria yang sama yaitu primigravida trimester 3 denganLILA <23,5 cm. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner dandokumentasi buku KIA. Hasil studi kasus ini bahwa usia, pendidikan, pendapatan ekonomi,asupan nutrisi dan penyakit infeksi bukan merupakan faktor utama penyebab KEK. Tidaksemua responden KEK mengalami masalah seperti pusing, mudah lelah, mata berkunang, nafsumakan berkurang dan penurunan berat badan. Tidak semua responden juga mengalamai anemia,berat badan tidak bertambah secara normal dan terpapar penyakit infeksi. Dan tidak semuaresponden mendapatkan PMT. Serta kedua responden sama-sama rutin melakukan pemeriksaanANC dan mengkonsumsi tablet Fe. Sehingga diperlukan pendidikan kesehatan tentang faktorresiko KEK agar masyarakat umum khususnya ibu hamil KEK mendapatkan pengetahuanterkait KEK. Selain itu, asuhan secara komprehensif dilakukan untuk mengurangi masalah yangdirasakan termasuk mengkonsumsi tablet fe dan perbaikan pola nutrisi perlu dilakukan untukmengurangi penyulit akibat KEK. Serta perlu adanya pemerataan PMT disetiap desa.

Abstract

Abstrak: Membudayakan Literasi di sekolah menjadi langkah paling penting untuk pengembangan kemampuan dan wawasan pada siswa. SD Muhammadiyah Bantul Kota telah berpartisipasi dalam membudayakan literasi. Oleh karena itulah penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi budaya literasi yang ada di SD Muhammadiyah Bantul Kota dan bagaimana budaya literasi dapat mengembangkan karakter siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data kepala sekolah, guru, pustakwan, siswa, dan komite sekolah. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yakni reduksi data, sajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yakni SD Muhammadiyah Bantul Kota telah membudayakan literasi dengan sangat optimal. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan tersedianya perpustakaan yang memadai dan nyaman untuk para siswa, adanya pagupon literasi dihalaman sekolah, dan pembuatan mading kelas setiap bulannya untuk membiasakan anak membaca dan mencari informasi. Pelaksanaan budaya literasi ini dapat menumbuhkan karakter pada anak yakni karakter tanggungjawab, peduli sosial, toleransi, saling menghargai teman, disiplin, gemar membaca, karakter menghargai prestasi, karakter rasa ingin tahu, karakter kerja keras, karakter kreatif, karakter bersahabat/komunikatif, karakter cinta damai dan peduli lingkungan. Budaya Literasi yang dilaksanakan di SD Muhammadiyah Bantul Kota dapat meningkatkan potensi, kualitas diri dan karakter positif pada siswa.   Kata Kunci: Budaya Literasi, KarakterAbstract: Culture literacy in schools is the most important step for the development of skills and insights in students. SD Muhammadiyah Bantul Kota has participated in culture literacy. Therefore, this research aims to describe the implementation of literacy culture in SD Muhammadiyah Bantul Kota and How culture literacy can develop the character of students. This study uses qualitative descriptive methode. Data sources of Principals, Teachers, Librarian, students, and School Committees. Data retrieval techniques using interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data feed, and conclusion. The results of the study is SD Muhammadiyah Bantul Kota has cultured literacy very optimally, this is evidenced by the availability of adequate and convenient libraries for students, the availability of literacy pagupon in the school yard, and the creation of mading classes every month to get used to children reading and looking for information. The implementation of this literacy culture can foster character in children namely character responsibility, social care, tolerance, mutual respect of friends, discipline, love of reading, character appreciate achievement, character curiosity, character hard work, creative character, friendly/communicative character, peace loving character and caring environment. Literacy culture implemented in SD Muhammadiyah Bantul Kota is expected to increase potential, self-quality and positive character in student.  Keywords: Literacy Culture, Character

Abstract

Background: Bangkalan district has the highest incidence of stunting in East Java. Various efforts have been made to accelerate the reduction of stunting, but maximum results have not been achieved. This study aimed to determine the impact of family empowerment based on Madura sociocultural structures on the ability to prevent stunting. Methods: This study used a cross-sectional design with a population of families with school-aged children in PAUD, Regency area of Bangkalan, with a sample of 280 individuals drawn by stratified random sampling. Data analysis was performed using SEM. Results: The results showed that the Madurese family culture and social structure were built on religious, kinship, and economic interest indicators. Family empowerment, with aspects of family structural strength, family functioning, and family values, influences the family's ability to prevent growth retardation. Family empowerment in stunting prevention is strongly influenced by the culture and social structure of the Madura family. Indicators of stunting prevention skills include the ability to meet family nutrition, fertility management, growth and development monitoring, personal and environmental hygiene patterns, and family capacity to modify the environment. The more power a family has, the more impact it has on their ability to prevent stunting. Conclusion: Stunting based on Madhura culture can be achieved through the integrative implementation of stunting. Local government organizations involve informal community figures

Abstract

Independent diabetes care management is needed for health maintenance. Low self-care is caused by low self-efficacy. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of diabetes self-management education and support for self-efficacy and independent behavior in clients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. This observational research used a cross sectional approach. Sample which used clusster sampling method consisted of of 200 people. Independent variable was education and support for independent diabetes management, and dependent variable was self-efficacy and independence. Research analysis techniques used bivariate statistical logistic regression test. The results of Binary Logistic Regression test showed that education and independent management support for diabetes significantly influence self-efficacy with a result of sig 0.001 <α 0.05. Education and support for independent diabetes management significantly influence self-care with sig 0,000 <α 0,05. Self-efficacy affects self-care significantly with sig 0,000 <α 0,05. Self-management education and diabetes support are beneficial for people with type 2 diabetes in increasing self-confidence to control and manage the disease they experience. Abstract

This study explores the effectiveness of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) strategies and the integration of integrity values in anti-corruption education within higher education institutions. The primary objective is to assess how these pedagogical approaches contribute to the development of ethical awareness and anti-corruption attitudes among university students. By utilizing a qualitative literature review method, this research synthesizes existing studies, articles, and academic papers that examine the intersection of PBL and integrity in anti-corruption education. PBL, with its emphasis on real-world problem-solving and active student engagement, is shown to promote critical thinking and ethical decision-making, which are crucial in understanding and combating corruption. The incorporation of integrity values within the curriculum further strengthens students' commitment to ethical behavior and social responsibility. Findings suggest that PBL not only enhances learning outcomes but also instills a deeper understanding of the importance of integrity in the fight against corruption. Moreover, the study identifies key factors that influence the effectiveness of these strategies, including faculty training, student participation, and institutional support. This paper concludes with recommendations for higher education institutions to implement PBL strategies and embed integrity values to foster a generation of students equipped to challenge corruption in their professional and personal lives.
