Abstract

Bank SulutGo is the Regional Bank of North Sulawesi which has a very influential impacton the sustainability of the economy in North Sulawesi, especially in the Government andInstitutional or Community Institutions of Bank SulutGo's vision is 'To become aprofessional banking services company and grow in a healthy way'.Transformational leadership is the process by which people engage with others, and createrelationships that enhance motivation and morality in leaders and followers. This type ofleader has an interest in the needs and motivation of followers, and tries to help followersachieve their best potential.Collection data is done by spreading the research instrument, the questionnaire thatcontains questions to measure Transformational Leadership and Employee Performance.The collected data is further processed by using simple linear regression analysisBased on the formulation of the problem, the purpose of this study is '' to know the effect oftransformational leadership on employee performance on the bank sulut Go KawangkoanBranch ''Results of data processing shows that there is a significant positive effect given byTransformational Leadership on Employee Performance PT.Bank SulutGo KawangkoanBranch. Thus the higher the Transformational Leadership of PT Bank Sulut GoKawangkoan Branch hence the higher level of Employee Performance in the company.Statistically proved that Transformational Leadership positively influence on EmployeePerformance so that hypothesis accepted.From the results of this study indicates Transformational Leadership is neededsomeone to stimulate employees to work better and make employees as the most valuableasset in the company. Pressure on industi motorcycle Consumer needs anddesires are very multiform against type or brand of motorcycles then request thecommunity againts motorcycles continue to experience increased, therefore, marketinkrekatif and put the market strategy, take advantage of opportunities that arise in themarket related to the desires of the commonity therefore companies should set theprice according to the quality of the product because the price setaffect the quantitysold is because the price of the very influential towards the success of the productsmarketed by the company. The aim in this study is whether there is a connectionbetween the market segmentation with the price of motorbikes and detect otherfactorsthat also affect the market share within the company bike motors. Thisresearch is quantitative reseacrch using a simple linear regression analysisapproach. Engineering data collection done by spreading the questionnaire filled by75 respondents and analyzed using simple regression analysis and use test resultsfrom t. Linear regression analysis is a simple variabel market segmentationneffect against prices. Hypothesis test andresults showedthat thevariables simultaneously influential market segmentation significantly to price. Abstract

We know that every company aims to survive and thrive. Goals can be achieved throughefforts to maintain and even increase profits. Profits can only be achieved if the companycan maintain and increase the sales volume of goods and services sold. The purpose of thisstudy is to determine the effect of lending rates to consumers. The interest rate is the priceof the use of money or loan services or can also be viewed as rent or use of certain termmoney. And the consumer is any user of goods / services available in the community eitherfor their own interests, family, or other living creatures. The type of research used in thisstudy is quantitative research. Based on the results of research on PT.Tridjaya MuliaSuccess when the money or the amount of money is greater than the amount of moneyneeded then the price of goods or services will tend to rise and vice versa. Abstract

Retail business spread across the country is experiencing rapid development. Thisdevelopment is due to retail customers who prefer to buy different items in one place. Of themany marketing activities, supermarkets, mini markets and department stores compete to offera variety of shopping facilities ranging from services provided, discounts, payment options,and other facilities to create a sense of satisfaction for customers in shopping. The mainproblem in this research is "What Quality of Service Affects Galaxy Mart CustomerSatisfaction?". This study aims to determine whether the quality of service Galaxy Martinfluence on customer satisfaction. Talking about quality and customer satisfaction iscertainly closely related to marketing. The essence of marketing is to identify and meet theneeds and desires of consumers according to Kotler dan Keller (2016:27) “marketing ismeeting needs profitability” . Similar to retail, it can be understood as all activities involved inthe sale of goods or services directly to the end consumer for personal use rather thanbusiness use.This research type is quantitative research with technique of data analysis byusing interval scale research instrument, validity and reliability test, simple linear regressionequation and hypothesis test. Based on the results of research the influence of QualityCelebration is a variable that does not affect consumer satisfaction Galaxy Mart Supermarket.Based on the results of research hypothesis testing research states that the hypothesis isrejected because the influence of service quality has no effect on customer satisfaction. Then itcan be concluded that Service Quality does not significantly influence Customer Satisfactionthat if performance is below expectations, customer is not satisfied. If its performance meetsthe expectations of satisfied customers. If performance exceeds expectations, customers arevery satisfied or happy. Abstract

The success of an institution or organization is determined by the quality of the componentsand systems in which the components are interconnected, one of which is human resources.To achieve the goals of an organization then what managers need to do is to encourageemployees to work according to what the organization wants. One of them through theprovision of motivation to employees, because with the high work motivation in a person, itwill arise employee morale in the employee who will create a good work productivity. Howworking environment conditions against employee motivation anda how the effects of workenvironment on employee motivation motivation PT BPR. Prisma Dana. This researchincludes quantitative research because the formulation of hypotheses and variabels used istaken from existing theory, tha is work environment theory for insependent variable and workmotivation theory for the dependent variable. Research time is estimated approximately 1month, to obatin the data needed in this study, researchers conductedresearch on PT. BPRPrisma Dana Manado. As for the population in this study are employees of PT. BPR PrismaDana Manado totaling 60 peoples. And i took the sample to be studied amounted to about 30people. Analysis of the data above shows that the work environment has a significant positiveinfluence on the motivation of work PT. BPR Prisma Dana Manado. This is indicated byseveral tests conducted on work environment variabels. Like t test above. In simple correlationanalysis shows that there is a close relationship between work environment with workmotivation. The results of these studies prove an simultaneously answer the hypothesis thatthere is influence between the work environment on employee motivation in PT. BPR PrismaDana Manado. There is a significant influence between work environment on employee workmotivation PT. BPR Prisma Dana Manado. By looking at the average achievement of allworking environment indicators achieved, presumably for all employees of PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how the marketing channels of copra agricultural products from producers to consumers as a reference for determining the amount of marketing margin for each copra marketing agency from producer to consumer, and the percentage of prices received by farmers (Farmer's Share) in Pinilih Village Dimembe District, North Minahasa Regency. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research method or survey method, which is focused on the real and actual picture of a problem then collected, compiled and analyzed. Samples taken as respondents were 79 craftsmen, while the number of collectors was 4 people. The results of the analysis show that: There are two copra marketing channels from Pinilih Village, Dimembe District, North Minahasa Regency to the final consumer (oil factory) Marketing channel I: Farmers, Consumers. Marketing channel II: Farmers, Collectors, Consumers. And the most widely used by copra farmers in Pinilih Village, Dimembe Subdistrict, North Minahasa Regency, namely marketing channel II, in this marketing channel, there is an intermediary trader, namely collecting traders, by means of collecting traders directly to the farmer's house and then selling it to the final consumer (oil mill). The marketing margin can be known in the marketing channel I have a marketing margin of Rp. 3,000 per kg which is higher than the second channel of Rp. 2,500 per kg. From the calculation results obtained by the value of Farmer's second share of the marketing channel, namely marketing channel I by 100 percent, meaning that the price received by farmers in marketing channel I is 100 percent of the price paid by the consumer, and for marketing channel II is 66.67 percent, meaning that the price received by farmers is 66.67 percent of the price paid by consumers. According to the author's observation, it can be suggested to copra farmers in Pinilih Village, Dimembe Subdistrict, North Minahasa Regency to be able to sell their copra directly to the end consumer (industry).Keywords: Marketing Channels

Abstract

In line with his rapid development of science and technology which experienced an increase and change over time underwent logical consequences for the business world by shifting his values to the demands of human needs and desires. This phenomenon brings implication to every company in maintaining the continuity of its operational activities, where the products / services produced are expected to be well received by consumers. Product quality is important in the successful marketing of products / services. Purchase decision is determined by many factors such as product quality that is the researcher's attention with the assumption that if the quality of product is good then it will make the consumer interested so that make the consumer satisfied. This study aims to find out how far the quality of the product to the purchase decision Honda motor beat on CV. LION by taking 86 respondents. the method of analysis used in this research is quantitative method with approach correlation and simple regression, using questionnaires and observations as a technique in obtaining data. In the calculations in this study, researchers use SPSS software version 21. This can indicate whether there is a correlation between the two variables and how much influence the quality of the product to the purchase decision. The result of this research shows that product quality has negative effect on purchasing decision because negative regression coefficient value is 21,608 and every 1% increase of service quality (X), then purchasing decision (Y) will increase by 0,479.Keywords: Product Quality and Purchase Decision

Abstract

This research was motivated by problems found in the office of PT. TASPEN (Persero) Manado Branch, which in employee performance lacks productive work motivation by using work time so that the amount of work that is not solved by what is done by each employee. And the obstacles faced are when employees cannot complete a job in carrying out their responsibilities as employees at PT. TAPSEN (Persero) Manado Branch. The arrangement of the arrangement is one aspect that must applied in the office to support the achievement of the goal of increasing productivity and performance of office employees.In this study, the method used was quantitative descriptive research method by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents who were sample in this study. Data collected with a questionnaire that had been teste for validity and reliability.And our data analysis is descriptive and inferential statistics, which consist of simple correlation coefficients and regressions that are done using the SPSS for Windows version 24.0.The results showed that there was a significant influence between work motivations on employee performance. From this result is done and followed by data analysis obtained, then there is a significant influence between the influence of work motivation on employee performance at PT.TASPEN (Persero) Branch Manado and this means the working hypothesis or alternative hypothesis is accepted. This means that there is a positive influence between work motivation on employee performance and the level of influence of 21.3%. For this reason, recommended that more work motivation to increase in employee performance.Keywords: Work  Motivation. Employee Performance
