Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the spirit and discipline on employee productivity at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Manado, either partially or simultaneously. This study uses multiple regression analysis, the independent variables morale (X1) and discipline (X2), and the dependent variable labor productivity (Y). The total sample of 65 respondents, and to test the hypothesis, F test and t test From the analysis of the data obtained the following regression equation: Y = 5.887 + 0.58 X1 + 0.508 X2 + 2. The coefficient of determination (R2) is approximately 0.354 provides that the actual research work productivity can be explained by two independent variables, that is spirit and working discipline at 35.4%. While the remaining 64.6% influenced by other variables not studied. The amount of F count = 18.568> F table = 3.145 with significant level p value = 0.00 <0.05 it can be concluded that Ho refused or Ha accepted which means the spirit and discipline of work affect the productivity of employees. To test t obtained spirit (X1), t = 3,708> t table = 2.042 and significance p value = 0.000> 0.05 it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, or spirit and discipline effect on employee productivity. Abstract

The background of this research indicates that the low organizationalcommitment of employees affects that the low performance of work, so theproblem studied in this research is: How big influence OrganizationalCommitment to Employee Work Achievement at PT. Permodalan NasionalMadani (Persero) Branch ManadoEmployee commitment to the organizationshown by employee characteristics is (1) employees are more concerned withpersonal interests than the company's interest in completing the target work,where employees are more focused on personal issues. (2) less maximize thecontribution of his work as part of the organization as a whole in carrying outits duties and obligations; (3) lackof cooperation among employees in solvingthe problem. This shows that the low organizational commitment of employeesresulted in the likelihood of job performance at PT. Permodalan NasionalMadani (Persero) Branch Manado, so the higher one's commitment to the taskthe higher the performance will be generated. In this research the method usedis quantitative method, by using correlation analysis approach and simple linearregression with data analysis technique used is Pearson Product MomentCorrelation Analysis (PPM). Based on the calculation of Pearson ProductMoment correlation, organizational commitment contributed 97.6% while theremaining 2.4% was a contribution from other variables. And there is asignificant influence between Organizational Commitment to EmployeePerformance at PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) Branch Manado.While the calculation results of simple linear regression analysis with the resultfhitung ≥ ftabel, or 2787.82 ≥ 2.05, thus reject Ho, which means a significanteffect. This means that Organizational Commitment has a significant andlinearly influence on Employee Work Performance at PT. PermodalanNasional Madani (Persero) Branch Manado. There is a significant influencebetween organizational commitment employees affect the performance of workat PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) Branch Manado. It isrecommended to always pay attention to employee performance for theeffectiveness and efficiency of PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero)Manado Branch, so as to maintain its reputation as one of the reliable and trustworthy capital business entities.Keywords : Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of work-life balance and burnout on job satisfaction of the employees in  PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch of Sulawesi Utara. Data were collected from questionnaires completed by 32 participants and analysed using multiple regression analysis. The findings reveal that work-life balance had a positive and significant impact to job satisfaction. Further, burnout had a negative impact to job satisfaction but the result was insignificant. This study recommends the company to keep facilitate the employee in enhancing work-life balance and reducing burnout.  Keywords: Work-life Balance, Burnout, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Amungme and Kamoro Community Development Institution (LPMAK) in the implementation of the Entrepreneurship Program and the welfare of indigenous peoples following the development of entrepreneurship carried out by LPMAK. This research was conducted at LPMAK office located in Mimika Papua Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative method. Sources of data used in this study are secondary data classified into two kinds, namely secondary external data and secondary internal data. The results of this study indicate that the role of LPMAK in community development ranging from training to financing productive economic enterprises carried out well in accordance with the target, the decline in the last few years due to PT Freeport Indonesia unstable which became the largest contributor of funds, resulting in a 40% cut of funds. Welfare can not be achieved thoroughly because society has not been able to change for the better so many solutions provided by LPMAK but few want to receive. With this community will be more active role to develop the entrepreneurial potential managed by LPMAK in order to achieve overall welfare.  Keyword: Role, LPMAK, Entrepreneurship

Abstract

Common stress is defined as the pressure, tension or unpleasant disturbance that comes from outside a person. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Job Stress on Employee Performance PT. Bank SulutGo.   Job stress is a condition in which there are one or several factors in the workplace that react with the worker so as to interfere with physiological conditions, and behavior. Job stress will arise when there is a gap between an individual's ability and the demands of his job. Stress is the gap between individual needs and the fulfillment of the environment. Samples taken as many as 60 respondents. Data collection methods used were questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data analyzed using descriptive research method of research is research that combine anatara qualitative method (descriptive) and quantitative.  In this research, the result of simple correlation shows the relationship or strong influence between stress and achivment variable equal to 0,667% and based on that calculation then sought contribution of variable stress and achievment the result is 44,89%. From result Regression analysis showed that the individual stressor factor has a positive relationship to the employee's work indicated by the variable coefficient where stress affects the decrease of employee achievement and from the calculation results obtained simple regression equation the relationship is positive. The conclusion of this research is to show that respondents are more likely to experience stress so that influence on employee performance, the higher the employee experiencing stress then the performance will decrease. So the authors suggest that companies need to pay attention to and maintain the stability of work stress caused by organizational factors include (physical and work factors, social factors, and organization) and individual factors for employee performance can be optimal so as not to affect employee performance.  Keywords: Stress On Job, Work Achievement

Abstract

The rapid technological developments bring changes in life and its development is inevitable. Is there any influence of work environment to employee performance at PT. Maumbi Expedition Company Manado City. To know the effect of work environment on employee performance, at PT. Maumbi Expedition Company Manado City. Work environment is a place where employees do activities every day. A conducive working environment provides a sense of security and enables employees to work optimally. Performance is a perwujup and work done by employees who are usually in use as a basis for assessment of employees or individuals. To analyze a problem must have to use a method or the right approach so that will in pengajian data process. What if researchers do research on a large population, while researchers want to examine about the population and researchers have limited funding, energy and time, the researchers used sampling techniques, 39 employees at PT. Maumbi mando expedition company. From the results of simple linear regression analysis in the form of the equation obtained Y = 37.35 + 0.12 X. Significantly very strong positive between work environment variables and employee performance variables. Company expedition maumbi manado city to continue to improve employee performance by doing strict supervision so that employees more obey the rules.  Keywords: Work environment, employee performance

Abstract

The absolute necessity of a strong human resource can not bedenied in facingthis new era. Organization or company will meet a form of competition that is more complexwith variation, intensity and coverage that may not been experienced before. Therefore, organization needs strong people, who can be able to adapt any changes that occur, and able to work in new ways through their skills and duties. Sedermayati (2011:120)said that, placement means assignment of returning employees to new jobs or positions. According to sulistiyani (2011:193) motivation is part of MSDM, in the framework of coaching, development and direction of manpower within an organization. The method that is used in this research is descriptive quantitative with research that searches for the exact facts and interpretation to gain result that can be achieved using the statistics procedure or other ways of quantification (measurement). The results of this study show that replacement and motivation has a very high effect on employee performance, therefore effective performances should be more optimized.The results of this study show that placement and motivation affect the performance employees so that the effectiveness of performance becomes more optimal. The influence of placement and motivation in the relationship of employee performance has a positive impact, because the company is very good attention to the needs of employees. Abstract

The existence of competition between automotive products between companies impact on the determination of competitive prices and affordable by consumers to encourage increased sales volume. Thus, this study aims "to determine the effect of price on car sales volume Xenia at PT. Astra Daihatsu Tbk Malalayang Branch of Manado City ". This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach, then applied percentage analysis and for hypothesis testing applied simple linear regression analysis technique and product moment correlation The results of this study indicate that (1) the price level of Xenia cars varies according to the type and size / model of the vehicle, then each year increases the price by an average of 4.9%, while the sales volume decreases from year to year. The decline in the level of sales volume, in addition influenced by factors of price increases, is also caused by the replacement of vehicle type. (2). The result of hypothesis test shows that between price and sales volume have relationship relation and influence that its contribute and very significant, but negative linear pattern. This means that if the price is raised to a certain level, it will result in a decrease in sales volume of Xenia Cars. Keywords: Price, Sales Volume, Xenia car

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Customer RelationshipManagement on customer loyalty in PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, KCDotulolong Lasut Manado. This research is quantitive research using surveymethod. Data collection technique is done by division of questionnaires filled by100 respondents who become the sample in this research. Data collection wasdone with questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Dataanalysis use is descriptive statistic, consisting of correlation coefficient andsimple regression done by using program SPSS. The result of the research showsthat there is significant influence between Customer Relationship Management oncustomer loyalty. Customer Relationship Management is a very important thingfor the company to establish long-term relationships with customers in order toachieve satisfaction that also impact on customer loyalty, then for the benefit ofthe two parties, the company further improve and optimize the system CustomerRelationship Management to increase customer loyalty.Keyword: Customer Relationship Management, customer loyalty.
