Safety climate is an important component of the responsibility of health services and the safety climate survey provides a measure of the safety climate within the organization and identifies opportunities to improve service. Implementation of safety climate in healthcare has been done in many developing countries or developed countries, assessment of safety climate on healthcare by using questionnaires. Low safety culture has a positive contribution to the errors in health services, unsafe therapy, and a variety of other unexpected accidents (medical errors, unsafe therapies, and unintended injuries). Based on this background, this study aims to evaluate the existing safety climate at the regional general hospital in Yogyakarta province, and to know the general picture of the safety climate condition in the hospital. This study was conducted at the emergency department at the hospital with 3 hospitals in Yogyakarta with 84 respondents consisting of nurses, doctors and midwives working in the unit. The results obtained from this study resulted in a valid and reliable questionnaire for each dimension with validity> 0.3 and reliable over 0.6, and also the validity results from questionnaires on other hospitals resulted in consistency of psychometric questionnaires. In this study also shows the index level of each dimension to the hospital. Overview of each hospital on the safety climate can be illustrated based on the level obtained that RSUD II and RSUD I leadership, communication, and also teamwork already has a pretty good level, while RSUD III 3 dimensions that are at level 1 for the dimension of leadership , personal and communication. The personal dimensions of the three hospitals are at level 1 explaining that personal dimensions are still poor in all three hospitals. And also from result of test of Mann Whitney can be seen that there is no difference of perception between doctor and nurse so that equation of perception toward interest of safety climate same between doctor and nurse at RSUD Yogyakarta

Noise is all unwanted sounds to some degree cause hearing loss. In the operation of PT.Surveyor Indonesia laboratory operation using some machines that cause noise that disrupt the workers. From result of research of noise level happened 68.93-89.12 dB and already exceeded the threshold in accordance with regulation of KEP-48 / MENLH / 11/1996. From the results of questionnaires distributed with the number of respondents 30 people. Tested the validity, reliability, and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of validity test value 0.631-0.944 this value> from r table value 0.361 can be summed up all valid questions. The reliability test results of 0.601-0.908 this value> of the cronbach alpha value of 0.600 can be summed up all reliable questions. Result of linear regression analysis obtained equation Y = -0.321-0.031-X1 + 0.076X2 + 1.114X3. Where X1 = communication, there is a negative relationship, X2 = physiology, positive relationship occurs, X3 = Psychology positive relationship occurs. The results of double correlation analysis test R = 0.701 this shows a strong relationship between noise to communication, physiology and psychology. And the result of coefficient test of regresi together with test F, obtained F arithmetic 8,392 and F table 2,975 so F count> F table thus Ho rejected Ha accepted meaning there is influence signifikan between noise to communication, physiology and psikolgi worker.

Usabilitas merupakan aspek yang mengukur seberapa mudah pengguna dapat mempelajari dan menggunakan produk untuk mencapai tujuannya serta tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap produk tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil dari studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner google form secara online terhadap website Sistem Informsi Akademik Universitas X. Dengan alamat. kepada 20 orang sampel, Mahasiswa dalam hal memahami alur navigasi mengalami kesulitan karena menu yang ditampilkan cukup banyak dan memakan banyak langkah. Sehingga menyebabkan keluhan dan jarangnya tingkat pemakaian pada mahasiswa Universitas X. Analisa pada penelitian ini menggunakan NAU kuesioner. Pengujian ini dilakukan dengan cara memberikan beberapa butir pertanyaan dalam 5 kategori usability menurut standar Nielsen’s Model. hasil uji korelasi untuk kategori learnability memorability effciency Errors dan satisfaction terhadap usability 0,000 < 0,05 maka berkorelasi. Untuk angka koefisien korelasi kategori satisfication, error, learnability,memorability dan efficiency terhadap usability memiliki nilai korelasi sangat kuat (0.76 - 0.99 korelasi sangat kuat), Untuk angka koefisien korelasi kategori apa saja terhadap usability memiliki nilai korelasi kuat (0.51 - 0.75 korelasi kuat), Untuk angka koefisien korelasi kategori apa saja terhadap usability memiliki nilai korelasi cukup (0.26 - 0.50 korelasi cukup).

PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan industri yang bergerak dibidang pengolahan minyak kelapa sawit dan turunannya. Dengan jam kerja yang berlebih dan pola pergantian shift seminggu sekali, target produksi tidak tercapai, terjadinya kecelakaan kerja, dan adanya karyawan yang izin atau absen karena alasan sakit sehingga dapat menimbulkan beban kerja baik secara fisik maupun mental pada departemen produksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis beban kerja dengan menggunakan metode Cardiovascular Load (CVL). Hasil perhitungan metode CVL bahwa beban kerja fisik yang paling besar pada shift I dan shift II dirasakan oleh Pekerja 8 dari Stasiun Refra 3 grup C dengan nilai % CVL sebesar 36,73 % dan 32,38 % dengan keterangan diperlukan perbaikan. Berdasarkan hasil CVL sebanyak 9 karyawan mengalami beban kerja fisik.

Safety Climate merupakan persepsi bersama antara manajemen perusahaan dan pekerja dalam menangani masalah terkait dengan keselamatan kerja di dalam perusahaan. Safety Climate yang tinggi menggambarkan bahwa perusahaan sudah memiliki persepsi yang sama. Sedangkan Safety Climate yang rendah menggambarkan bahwa perusahaan masih memiliki persepsi yang berbeda. Dan perbedaan persepsi di dalam perusahaan menyebabkan terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. Karena kecelakaan kerja berawal dari perilaku tidak aman, dan perilaku tidak aman berawal dari persepsi kerja yang berbeda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi keselamatan kerja di Perusahaan Perkebunan PT XYZ dimana setiap tahunnya masih terjadi kecelakaan kerja. Pengukuran ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode The Nordic Occupational Safety Climate Questionnaire (NOSACQ-50) yang terdiri dari 7 dimensi iklim kerja. Berdasarkan hasil uji Mann Whitney dan Kruskal Wallis dinyatakan tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan Safety Climate di kelompok jabatan, jenis kelamin, umur dan lama bekerja. Sedangkan pada kelompok pendidikan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan untuk dimensi pemberdayaan keselamatan kerja, sehingga perlu diberikan suatu usulan perbaikan iklim keselamatan untuk meningkatkan iklim keselamatan di perusahaan agar tidak terjadi lagi kecelakaan kerja di tahun beriktunya.The safety climate is a shared perception between company management and workers in dealing with safety-related issues within the company. A high level of safety reflects that companies already have the same perception. While the low work safety climate illustrates that companies still have different perceptions. And differences in perception within the company cause work accidents. Because work accidents stem from unsafe behavior, and unsafe behavior begins with different perceptions of work. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the safety of work at Factory Plant where every year there are work accidents. This measurement is done by using The Nordic Occupational Safety Climate Questionnaire (NOSACQ-50) which consists of 7 working climate dimensions Based on test results Mann Whitney and Kruskal Wallis stated there is no significant difference in work safety climate in the occupational group, sex, age and duration of work. While in the education group there is a significant difference for the dimension of the empowerment of work safety, so it needs to be given a suggestion of improvement of the safety climate to improve the safety climate in the company in order to avoid more work accidents in the next year.

Most of the people in the Bagan area, Percut Sei Tuan Subdistrict, North Sumatra, are mostly fishermen, almost 80% of the people work as fishermen, which is done by the head of the household in the area. The Bagan area of Percut Sei Tuan District has a lot of catches of trash fish that are only thrown away by fishermen, even though the trash fish has a high protein content and can be processed into processed food such as brains, peanut butter and so on which can improve the economy of the people in Bagan. . The large number of trash fish caught by fishermen and not being utilized optimally resulted in the garbage fish only becoming waste and causing odors and diseases around the fishing community settlements in Bagan Percut, the inability of the community to turn the trash fish into processed food and be worth selling it resulted in an economic level. The fishing community has not increased, with training on how to make processed food from trash fish, training on good and proper packaging and marketing training using internet media, it is hoped that in the future fishermen families can improve their economic level for the better.

Virgin coconut oil merupakan minyak yang diperoleh dari ekstraksi yang dilakukan dari buah kelapa segar yang diproses dengan berbagai cara salah satunya adalah dengan menggunakan cara tradisional dengan menggunakan peralatan maksimal untuk produksi skala rumahan, tujuan dari pembuatan virgin coconut oil ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi pemanfaat hasil kelapa yang berupa santan yang dapat diolah kembali menjadi minyak VCO yang memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi dan memiliki kegunaan sebagai obat, dari hasil. Cara pembuatan VCO dilakukan dengan cara praktek bersama-sama antara pemateri dengan mitra. Pertama kali dilakukan demonstrasi oleh pemateri yang selanjutnya diikuti oleh mitra yang dipandu oleh pemateri. Prosedur pembuatan VCO terdiri dari: persiapan bahan baku, Pembelahan Kelapa, pemarutan kelapa, pemerasan kelapa parut menjadi santan, pemanasaan santan sampai menjadi VCO dengan suhu maksimal 70oC.Kata Kunci : Virgin Coconut Oil, Proses Produksi, Biologi Industri

The purpose of this dedication to provide information about the potential of banana peel waste that can be used as a processed product that is new and has a sale value. Making products based on industrial biology that is easy so that students can apply in the home environment can be used as a provision of entrepreneurship science of these students. In this activity the method of implementation of activities includes 2 stages of discussion and training directly making banana peel skin. Socialization materials include: introduction, explanation of nutrition content on banana peel waste, banana peel potency as raw material for making jam, examples of food products made by utilizing banana peel waste. How to make jam banana peel is done by practice together between the presenters with partners. The first session is demonstration by the speaker who followed by a partner who is guided by the speaker. The procedure for making banana peel skin consists of: preparation of raw materials, banana peeling, blend with blender and homogenization and packaging.
