Abstract

Traveloka is a startup company engaged in Online Travel Agent which was founded in 2012 and conducts the business of selling tickets online. Seeing the huge opportunity for OTAs, there are many new OTAs emerging and increasing competition in Indonesia. This makes Traveloka have to retain its customers while maintaining repurchase interest. This study aims to see the effect of consumer attitudes and service quality on consumer buying interest in the Traveloka online ticket application. This study uses quantitative methods with 108 respondents in Jakarta. The results of the research are stating that the variable of consumer attitudes partially has a positive effect on buying interest. Even though the results of this research are good, it is better for the delivery service application providers to provide member loyalty programs, so that consumers will continue to use this application. Meanwhile, the service quality variable partially has a positive effect on buying interest. Even though the results of this study are good, it is better for the Traveloka online ticket provider application providers to provide after-sales service programs so that consumers increasingly trust the quality of services provided by Traveloka online ticket providers. Together, the variables of consumer attitudes and service quality have a simultaneous effect on buying interest. Even though the results of this study are good, it is better for the delivery service application providers to provide relationship marketing programs, especially warranty services, so that consumers are very happy to use this Traveloka online ticket application.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the potential, obstacles, and strategies of conventional and electric car marketing. The analytical method in this study uses comprehensive analysis with the help of secondary data such as scientific books and journal articles from national and international journals. The research results show that the automotive market is currently in a very interesting transition period. On the one hand, conventional cars still dominate the roads thanks to their mature ecosystem. On the other hand, electric cars are emerging as the future of mobility, driven by sustainability issues and strict regulations. The main strategy for conventional cars should focus on the narrative of advanced fuel efficiency, engine reliability on all terrains, and ease of routine maintenance that is widespread even in remote areas. Conventional car manufacturers also need to package their campaigns by emphasizing the value of high functionality and unit readiness without having to worry about the availability of electricity during long-distance trips. Conversely, the marketing strategy for electric cars must shift from simply selling products to educating people about a new, sustainable lifestyle. Marketers must more actively promote long-term benefits such as significantly lower daily operating costs, instant, silent acceleration, and the convenience of being free from regional restrictions.

Abstract

The biggest challenge has now shifted from why we should do it to how we finance and accelerate the transition. The implementation of a green economy has evolved from a mere theoretical concept to a major agenda for global and national policy. Its development is driven by the urgency of the climate crisis and the realization that conventional, exploitative economic growth is no longer sustainable. Green product marketing has undergone a major transformation, especially entering 2026. The focus is no longer simply on eco-friendly labels, but has become a strategic necessity and a key pillar in global and local business operations. This study aims to describe green product marketing strategy for micro, small, and medium enterprises in digital-based markets. The approach chosen to explain this presentation uses a qualitative approach based on strategic analysis. The Research results show that green product marketing by micro, small, and medium enterprises in digital-based markets is not just a trend, but rather a strategic response to shifting consumer behavior, which is increasingly concerned with environmental issues. These strategic responses include value-based narratives, green branding optimization, utilization of social proof, packaging strategies, community-based audience targeting, and price transparency.
