Abstract

In comparison to other regional expenditures, the capital expenditure allocation in the West Nusa Tenggara Province District Budget remains relatively small. While capital expenditure fluctuates, it is allocated for public service such as facilities and infrastructure where West Nusa Tenggara Province district have growing populations. This purpose of this study is to determine the effects of Regional Own-Source Revenue, General Allocation Fund, Special Allocation Fund and Economic Growth on Capital Expenditure of Districts in West Nusa Tenggara Province in the 2017-2022 period partially and simultaneously. The quantitative approach and regression analysis are used in this study. The sampling technique uses the census method which is the method by taking population and the population used is 10 districts in NTB Province. The data analyzed by using SPSS 22 for the Windows. The results of this study showed that Regional Own-Source, General Allocation Fund and Economic Growth  have a significant effect on Capital Expenditure, while the Special Allocation Fund has an insignificant effect on Local Government Capital Expenditure in NTB Province in the 2017-2022 period.  The findings of this research can be reference for future researchers who will study similar problems. The study findings are also anticipated to give the government advice and knowledge about how crucial it is to maximize regional potential in order to raise the standard of public services and regional progress to the government.

Abstract

In this study, personality-mediated management behavior in MSMEs in Semarang City is examined and tested in relation to financial attitudes and financial experience. Version 25 of SPSS was used to process the data. In Semarang City, 88 MSME business actors made up the sample. The study findings indicate that there is a substantial relationship between personality and financial views as well as experience. There is a considerable impact of financial attitudes on management conduct. Regarding how management conduct is impacted by financial experience. Personality has a major impact on how managers behave. Not only does financial experience have a substantial impact on management behavior mediated by personality, but financial views also have a big influence. Thus, each of the seven current hypotheses has a noteworthy and beneficial impact.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate, through an empirical case study of Batik MSMEs in Semarang City, how competitive advantage functions as a mediator between digital marketing and marketing performance. The study's participants were Semarang City's Batik MSME owners. In this study, there were up to 100 respondents in each sample. Data analysis using PLS-SEM is used in this study. The study's findings demonstrate the considerable impact that digital marketing has on competitive advantage. Moreover, there is a notable impact of digital marketing on marketing performance. For There is a noticeable impact of competitive advantage on marketing performance. Additionally, the impact of digital marketing on marketing performance, through the medium of competitive advantage, is particularly noteworthy for Batik MSMEs in Semarang City.
