Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, komunikasi, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja tutor Universitas Terbuka di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian survey. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 230 orang dari populasi 544 orang yang diambil melalui teknik proportional random sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini terdiri dari kuisioner kompetensi, komunikasi, kompensasi, motivasi kerja, dan kinerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1). kompetensi dan komunikasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap motivasi kerja, 2). kompetensi, motivasi kerja dan komunikasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of training, ability, compensation, communication and working environment to the working performance of either simultaneously or partially. Furthermore, to analyze the effect of the performance impacting on the achievement of the civil servant teachers in the Public Junior High School at Pangkalpinang City. There are 290 samples from 169 of the civil servant teachers in the Public Junior High School at Pangkalpinang City. The instrument of research using questionnaires, which are arranged in a scale 1-5. The score of 1 for very low response and score of 5 for an excellent response. The analysis method used is path analysis model of trimming (Path analysis). Hypothesis testing using the F test (simultaneous) and t-test (partial). The research concludes that there is a significant effect of the variable of influence of training, ability, compensation, communication and working environment either simultaneously or partially to the work performance and there is a significant effect on the performance variable to work achievement simultaneously and partially views of the determination coefficient of 48 percent

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership, organizational culture, work environment, and employee involvement, to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Impact on the performance of public services in the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Central Bangka Regency. This research uses the quantitative approach with survey research method. The number of samples and population of 47 people from. The research instrument consists of a transformational leadership questionnaire, organizational culture, work environment, and employee engagement to the Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) that impact on performance.The results showed that: 1). the influence of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, Work Environment, and Employee Engagement, simultaneously to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); 2) the influence of Transformational Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), 3). the influence of Organizational Culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), 4). the influence of the Work Environment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), 5). influence of Employee Engagement on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), 6). the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Performance.

Abstract

Education is the basic capital to create superior human resources, the performance of teachers in schools has an important role in achieving school goals. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, motivation and discipline on performance, as well as analyzing the effect of performance on teacher career development in Toboali 2 Public Middle School, South Bangka Regency. The population in this study were all teachers who worked at SMPN 2 Toboali Bangka Selatan totaling 63 teachers. Based on the results of the analysis concluded that there is the influence of the variables of leadership, motivation, and discipline simultaneously on performance. To improve the work motivation of the teacher, the principal should provide a policy that can motivate the teacher to do the best performance, such as giving appreciation to the accomplished teacher and giving the teacher the widest opportunity to further develop the potential he has. To improve the work discipline of teachers, the principal should improve the guidance and supervision system. The coaching system implemented should vary for example by using the ESQ method. The monitoring system can be improved by using the progress of the information system to monitor the presence of teachers in school and in the classroom.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, service quality, and brand image on consumer satisfaction and its impact on consumer loyalty in the Agunta Drinking Water Company (AMDK). The analysis technique used in this research is path analysis. The results concluded that product quality and service quality variables have a significant and positive effect on customer loyalty. However, brand image variables do not significantly influence consumer satisfaction. The study also concluded that the variable of customer satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on consumer loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of compensation factors, competence and technology on motivation and the influence of motivational factors on performance, with employee respondents who work at the Head Office of PT TIMAH Tbk. The data is processed by path analysis. From the results of hypothesis testing, it is concluded that there is an effect of compensation, competence, IT technology on motivation, and motivation variables have an effect on performance. Based on the conclusion, the influence of competence has a very big influence on the motivation of employees at the PT TIMAH Tbk Head Office, for that it needs to be maintained and increase its influence on motivation again. In an effort to improve performance, it is advisable to management at the Head Office of PT TIMAH Tbk to be able to place the required employees according to their competencies so that organizational goals can be achieved effectively and efficiently. Further research is needed by adding other variables, in order to determine future policies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price, promotion on purchasing decisions at Dahari Stores, Pangkalpinang City. This research is a quantitative research, so the data collection that will be used in the research is done by using a questionnaire that will be filled out directly by the respondent. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the result that it is known that the variables of product quality, price, promotion on purchasing decisions at Dahari Stores, Pangkalpinang City. The results of the F test show that F_count is 39.011 > F_table 2.70 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. This shows that the independent variables, namely product quality, price, and promotion together are proven to have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The t-test aims to show how far the influence of one independent variable or independent variable (X) individually in explaining the variation of the dependent variable or the dependent variable (Y) is. The coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.560, which means that 56% of the independent variables are able to explain the effect on the dependent variable, while 44% is influenced by other independent variables not included in the study.

Abstract

Dalam era yang sangat dinamis saat ini, keterampilan manajerial menjadi krusial untuk memastikan kepemimpinan dan manajemen yang efektif dalam sebuah organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak keterampilan manajerial pada kinerja organisasi, khususnya pada Perwakilan BKKBN Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung melalui pendekatan studi kasus. Metode kualitatif digunakan melalui observasi, studi pustaka, dan wawancara terhadap pimpinan (eselon 2 dan 3) di Perwakilan BKKBN Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, yang berjumlah 7 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keseluruhan pimpinan Perwakilan BKKBN Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung berhasil menerapkan keterampilan konseptual, interpersonal, teknis, dan politik secara efektif dan konsisten, serta mengintegrasikannya dalam praktik sehari-hari. Hal ini berimplikasi positif pada efisiensi operasional, hubungan harmonis, peningkatan kualitas layanan, stabilitas organisasi, reputasi yang positif, serta kontribusi positif terhadap program pembangunan keluarga, pengendalian penduduk, dan keluarga berencana. Namun, terdapat beberapa hambatan yang teridentifikasi diantaranya kurangnya sumber daya, resistensi terhadap perubahan, kebutuhan akan pelatihan tambahan, dan tantangan dalam menciptakan keselarasan antarbidang serta mengatasi kompleksitas perubahan lingkungan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of implementing performance-based budgeting, quality of financial reports, and clarity of budget targets on financial performance at the Secretariat General of the Regional Secretariat of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. In this study, the independent variables are performance-based budget execution, quality of financial reports, and clarity of budget targets, and the dependent variable is financial performance. This research method uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach which aims to find out how the influence of the implementation of performance-based budgeting, the quality of financial reports, and the clarity of budget targets on financial performance. Source of data is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires and interviews. While other secondary data obtained from literature, journals, and others. The results of this study indicate that partially, the implementation of performance-based budgeting, the quality of financial reports, and the clarity of budget targets have a positive and significant impact on financial performance. While the results of the simultaneous test also show that the independent variables simultaneously have a positive effect on financial performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of creativity, venture capital, and entrepreneurial spirit on business sustainability, with innovation excellence as a mediating variable in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector. The background of this study lies in the crucial role of innovation in strengthening the competitiveness and sustainability of MSMEs in the midst of a constantly changing business environment. The method used is a quantitative approach using Partial Least Squares-based Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Data were collected through closed questionnaires distributed to 150 active MSME actors in Pangkalpinang. The results of the analysis show that creativity and venture capital significantly and indirectly affect business sustainability through innovation excellence. Innovation excellence is proven to be a significant mediating variable, strengthening the relationship between internal business factors and sustainability. In contrast, entrepreneurial spirit does not show a significant influence, either directly or indirectly, through innovation. These findings emphasize that business strategies that focus on increasing innovation and creativity, supported by adequate access to capital, are more effective in creating sustainable companies.
