Abstract

Many companies are undergoing management reforms. The emergence of the term Agile in this transformation has become an option. A basic understanding of agility in the concept of agile HR as an operational strategy for the HR function is critical to understanding it comprehensively. A concept emphasized in this perspective is the focus on people agility. To understand the emergence of Agile HR as an HR operational strategy, this study is a historical schema that tracks corresponding changes in organizational strategy, talent management, and HR operating models over time. The interaction between strategy and HR strategy makes it possible to understand how HR agility as an operational strategy has emerged as a means to address the challenges presented by the new wave of strategy/HR/management models and explore where agility as an operational HR strategy can take place.

Abstract

Normative altruistic interactions are interactions between people who are motivated to help each other because of a sense of moral obligation. This interaction is based on the belief that people should help others, even if they do not receive anything in return. The mediating role of normative altruistic interactions is tested to fill the gap between Organizational Citizenship Behavior and its influence on managerial effectiveness. Using descriptive quantitative methods and a sample of 202 respondents consisting of managers at coal mining companies. Data analysis was carried out using AMOS Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), and the Sobel test was carried out. The results obtained were carried out with a Z score of 3,800, more than 1.96, one-way and two-way probabilities of 0.000, ? 0.05. The chi-square value is 1, 270 with df 1 (42–21) where the probability of a test difference of 25.97% means higher than 5% indicating the model is full mediation. The role of altruistic normative interaction variables is important in bridging the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior on managerial effectiveness. This effect is stronger if the normative altruistic interaction is high. Individuals who have high norms of altruism and norms of compliance will be more likely to perform. High standards of altruism and conformity will make people more willing to engage in organizational citizenship behavior which will ultimately increase managerial effectiveness

Abstract

Bangka Island is famous as the largest tin producer in Indonesia. It has a distinctive history, culture, and religious diversity while upholding tolerance. However, the existence of tin on Bangka Island is not so felt as a symbol or characteristic in Pangkalpinang City as the Capital of the Province of Bangka Belitung Islands. Establishing the Great Mosque of the Tin Dome is currently the city branding of Pangkalpinang City. This study examines how the combination of resources, history, culture, and customs can become city branding. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method. Where the concentration of theoretical focus used is the development of a three-dimensional theoretical model that examines important elements in determining the elements, measurements, and equity of city branding. The data sources are obtained from interviews, secondary data, and also photographs of documentation. The results of the study show that the Great Mosque of the Tin Dome has met the requirements of city branding, namely 1) city brand elementshave met the history, process, graphics, and symbols; 2) city brand measurement is a process that starts from discussion, planning, narrative analysis, and visuals in its construction; and 3) city brand impact is very much felt by the identity, social and economic impact of the mosque's presence.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of evaluating the extent of the professionalism of the apparatus within the Central Bangka Regency Government by examining how performance affects it, as well as evaluating the extent to which competence, motivation, and organizational culture contribute to the achievement of the performance of Government Employees with Employment Agreements (PPPK). By applying a quantitative approach and explanatory research design, data was obtained through a survey of 191 respondents, then analyzed using multiple linear regression methods and simple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that the three independent variables simultaneously or separately have a significant influence on employee performance, where organizational culture emerges as the most dominant factor. In addition, performance has been proven to make a positive and significant contribution to the formation of apparatus professionalism. These findings confirm that the level of professionalism cannot be separated from the work performance displayed, which is substantially determined by individual abilities, motivational drive, as well as the collective values that live in the organization's culture. Based on these results, the policy recommendations that can be drawn highlight the urgency to strengthen the organizational culture based on the core values of the State Civil Apparatus, encourage the development of competencies in accordance with the needs of the position, and reorganize the incentive system and performance evaluation to build a more professional and responsible bureaucracy.

Abstract

Employees of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) must have an extra role in carrying out their functions in serving the community. The relationship between leaders and subordinates in the ASN organization must be able to create a Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) relationship to build a special relationship with enthusiastic employee engagement to achieve the organization's vision and mission based on the Core Values of ASN BerAKHLAK. The research was used a quantitative method to identify the level and nature of the cause-and-effect relationship of the independent Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) and Employee Engagement variables with the dependent variable Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) and the connecting variable being the core value of AKHLAK. The research population of ASN employees working in the Pangkalpinang City Government is 3505 people, probability sampling while the sampling technique uses simple random sampling, 359 respondents were obtained. Data processing with SmartPLS software version 4.  The Core Values of Morality and employee engagement are key to improving prosocial behaviour (OCB). The important role of Core Value BerAKHLAK as a mediator in the relationship between employee involvement and OCB. Emphasizing the importance of the organization's core values in creating positive performance and behaviour in the workplace. However, the effectiveness of this mediation depends on the extent to which core values are embodied in the organization's culture and supported by an inclusive leadership style. LMX can reinforce an organization's core values. Still, the mediating effect on OCB Insignificance points to the need for a more holistic approach to understanding how leader-subordinate relationships and core values together influence extra-role behaviour.

Abstract

Teacher performance is a strategic component in ensuring the effectiveness of the learning process and the achievement of educational goals. This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture, communication, discipline, and competence on teacher performance and its impact on teacher achievement. The research was conducted at SMAN 1 Kelapa, Bangka Barat Regency, using a quantitative approach with an associative-causal design. The population consisted of 42 teachers, selected through a census method. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through multiple and simple linear regression using SPSS version 24.0. The findings reveal that all four independent variables—organizational culture, communication, discipline, and competence—have a simultaneous and significant effect on teacher performance, with an adjusted R² value of 0.701. Each variable also has a significant partial effect, with competence emerging as the most dominant factor. Furthermore, teacher performance has a positive and significant influence on teacher achievement, with an adjusted R² value of 0.586. These results indicate that the improvement of teacher achievement is highly dependent on performance quality, which is shaped by the synergy between organizational and individual factors. The study implies that enhancing teacher achievement requires strengthening inclusive organizational culture, fostering effective communication, reinforcing discipline through professional awareness, and continuously developing teacher competence to support optimal and sustainable performance.
