Abstract

Pembaharuan teknologi dan derasnya arus informasi menggiring perubahan pada pola hidup masyarakat. Hal inimenjadi penyebab utama munculnya tuntutan pada perusahaan maupun instansi atau lembaga tertentu agar dapat memberikankinerja yang sempurna dan efisien dalam setiap proses dan pelayanan, tak terkecuali dalam pelayanan pemerintah kepadamasyarakatnya melalui informasi harga sembilan bahan makanan pokok dipasar tradisional. Sembilan bahan makanan pokokyang tergolong kedalam Kebutuhan Primer sebelumnya tidak dapat diketahui pasti harga dipasar tradisional dikarenakantidak adanya informasi harga yang diinformasikan maupun dibuat sistem yang menginformasikan kepada masyarakat yangtidak berkegiatan dipasar. Untuk mendapakan informasi yang tepat, dibutuhkan metode tanya jawab terhadap para pedagangdipasar tradisional yang menjual sembilan bahan makanan pokok dipasar Kajen, Kesesi, dan Karanganyar. Sistem InformasiSembilan Harga Bahan Makanan Pokok dibuat yaitu untuk mempermudah masyarakat umum dalam melakukan kegiatansehari – hari yang membutuhkan informasi harga bahan makanan pokok dipasar tradisional. Dengan adanya SistemInformasi Harga Sembilan Bahan Makanan Pokok ini, maka memudahkan masyarakat mengetahui harga sembako dati datayang ditampilkan di aplikasi Sistem Informasi Harga Sembilan Bahan Makanan Pokok dari ketiga pasar yaitu, Pasar Kajen,Pasar Kesesi dan Pasar Karanganyar.

Abstract

Playing is a fun activity for children with special needs, by playing it can also support growth and development in children with special needs. The selection of games must adjust to the child's developmental abilities according to his age. This encourages children to explore and reduces the risk of frustration or tantrums while playing. The community service carried out aims to carry out play therapy activities in the form of puzzle play therapy by combining various shapes such as numbers, fruits, animals, and letters as an effort to improve the skills of children with special needs. This community service activity was carried out at the State Special School (SLB) Garut City. The target of this community service activity is Garut City SLBN students followed by grades 7 to 12 years. The methods and stages of implementing activities include preparation on January 9 and 10, 2023, the implementation stage on January 11, 2023, and the evaluation stage on January 12, 2023. Playing combination puzzles can improve the cognitive abilities of children with special needs. (SLB) Negeri Garut Kota Hari needs to make efforts to increase the knowledge of children with special needs through various scheduled and continuous play therapies, such as this combination puzzle game in order to improve children's skills.

Abstract

This research discusses the role of the Constitutional Court (MK) in maintaining the balance of power through an analysis of Constitutional Court Decision No. 90/PUU-XXI/2023 regarding the minimum age requirement for presidential and vice-presidential candidates. The study employs a qualitative approach using the library research method, drawing from legal documents, scholarly literature, and relevant constitutional sources. The findings indicate that the Constitutional Court holds a strategic position as the guardian of the constitution, ensuring the implementation of the checks and balances principle within Indonesia’s constitutional system. However, in the context of this decision, the Court is viewed as having extended its authority beyond the legislative domain. The ruling sparked debates over judicial independence and its implications for democracy. Therefore, the Court must uphold integrity, transparency, and accountability to remain a neutral, authoritative institution devoted to constitutional justice.
