Abstract

Character education is efforts that are systematically designed and implemented in order to instill human behavioral values related to God Almighty, oneself, fellow human beings, the environment and nationality. The formation of the adolescent personality is related to many factors that influence it such as through education and self-control, emotional intelligence, the environment where blessings/work, conditions and self-discipline, the ability to manage oneself/emotions, the ability to face the situation at hand, and much more that can support the person. Character building is an effort to build and shape a person's morals and ethics to be good. This community service aims to develop the abilities of adolescents in an effort to build positive character. The method in this service is to provide training on Character Building to the cadres of the Mekarmukti Youth Posyandu, North Cikarang District, Bekasi Regency, which totals 51 people. The participants before and after the training were given evaluations related to understanding Character Building. After providing training on Character Building, there is an increase in knowledge about Character Building, so that participants can understand the importance of building positive character in themselves.

Abstract

The higher and the increasing amount of waste in Indonesia, the proper waste management is needed. The new paradigm of waste management as mandated by RI Law no. 18 of 2008 concerning waste management, a real effort is needed to make it happen. Al-Muhajirin Islamic Boarding School is one of the Islamic boarding schools in Bekasi Regency, West Java. The students at the Islamic boarding school still do not have knowledge about waste management based on reuse, reduce and recycle. Therefore we conducted research on waste management in Islamic boarding schools with students as the subject. The purpose of this research is to increase the awareness of all students in waste management using the reuse, reduce and recycle methods. The method used in this study uses the literature study method.

Abstract

The success or failure of a project can be influenced by the lack of planning of project activities, and the supervision carried out is ineffective and has an impact on the project running inefficiently. Then, it will result in delays and a decrease in the quality of work and have an impact on swelling the project budget. Project management is needed in order to manage projects starting from implementation to the end of a project. This research uses a case study on the Pelita Ilmu Foundation Building Construction Project, especially architectural work. This building is located on Jl. Rawa Kuda, Kp. Rawa Kuda RT/RW 004/002 Karangharum, Kedungwaringin District, Bekasi Regency, West Java 17540 [1]. The S curve is used to find out how long a project takes to complete. The aim of this research is to determine time efficiency in terms of the S Curve graph. The results of time management analysis using the S Curve on the graph showed that the realization of time delays was not in accordance with the plan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan model pembelajaran REACT berbasis pendekatan Contextuall Teaching and Learning (CTL) dalam pemahamani konsep matematis siswa pada materi relasi dan fungsi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pre-eksperimental dimana peneliti bertindak sebagai guru dalam proses pembelajaran. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIIIA. Indikator yang digunakan meliputi: kemampuan menyatakan ulang konsep, memberikan suatu contoh dan non contoh, dan menerapkan konsep dalam pemecahan masalah. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata nilai siswa adalah 85,43, melebihi 75, dan nilai t-hitung sebesar 4,319 lebih besar dari t-tabel 1,703. Sehingga hipotesis alternatif diterima dan hipotesis nol ditolak. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran REACT berbasis pendekatan Contextuall Teachiing and Learning (CTL) efektif terhadap kemampuan pemahaman  konsep  matematis  pada  materi  relasi dan fungsi di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Mamosalato.

Abstract

Dalam setiap bentuk komunikasi, baik itu antara individu maupun dalam konteks masyarakat atau kelompok, tidak dapat dihindari adanya berbagai kendala, berbagai hambatan menjadi timbul dalam proses tersebut. Penelitian ini pada dasarnya bertujuan untuk memahami dan mengatasi hambatan yang muncul dari perbedaan budaya, sehingga komunikasi antarbudaya dapat berlangsung lebih efektif, inklusif, dan penuh penghargaan terhadap keberagaman. Penelitian menggunakan teknik deskriptif, yaitu studi pustaka jurnal, skripsi dan artikel ilmiah guna melakukan identifikasi Mengenal bagaimana mengelola perbedaan dalam komunikasi budaya. memahami sebuah budaya tersebut ternyata bisa membantu kita dalam beradaptasi dengan lingkungan sekitar. Ketika berada di lingkungan baru diharuskan kita yang beradaptasi dengan budayanya bukan budaya yang menyesuaikan kita. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan komunikasi dalam budaya, penting untuk meningkatkan kesadaran budaya, menghargai perbedaan, dan mengembangkan keterampilan komunikasi lintas budaya.

Abstract

Islam Rahmatan lil 'Alamin adalah landasan dalam melakukan segala aktifitas dalam kehiduan keseharian dalam berbagai unsur, kebutuhan dasar manusia akan tempat tinggal menjadi sesuatu yang paling dibutuhkan oleh manusia, Perumahan juga merupakan salah satu kebutuhan dasar manusia dan merupakan faktor penting dalam peningkatan harkat dan martabat manusia serta mutu kehidupan yang sejahtera dalam masyarakat yang adil dan Makmur, untuk dapat mewujudkan perumahan sebagaimana yang diharapkan tentunya dalam proses pembangunan perlu menerapkan manajemen kontrusi yang baik sehingga dapat dipertanggungjawabkan, sebagai sebuah stategi pemasaran manajmen konstuksi perlu sentuhan nilai nilai ke Islaman sehingga peminat atau konsumen mempunyai alasan untuk memilihnya. Metode penelitihan yang digunakan dalam peniltihan ini adalah studi Pustaka bertujuan mengetahui sejauh mana nilai nilai ke Islaman dalam dijadikan sebagai strategi busnis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing, promotion, and product innovation on marketing performance among MSMEs in the Cikarang region. The research is motivated by the significant growth in the number of MSMEs, which has intensified competition and demands the application of effective marketing strategies. A quantitative associative method was employed, using purposive sampling and data analysis through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results indicate that digital marketing and promotion have a significant influence on marketing performance, whereas product innovation does not show a significant effect. Therefore, MSME actors are advised to enhance the use of digital media and develop more innovative promotional strategies, while also reevaluating product innovation efforts to better align with market needs. The statistical analysis using SmartPLS revealed that digital marketing (t = 2.223, p < 0.05) and promotion (t = 2.326, p < 0.05) significantly affect marketing performance, while product innovation does not (t = 0.205, p = 0.837). The R² value of 0.728 indicates that 72.8% of the variance in marketing performance is explained by the model, suggesting a strong predictive capability. The study also suggests that future research consider additional variables such as product quality, pricing, and customer service to achieve more comprehensive findings.
