Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product design and price perception on purchase decisions at Toko Global Batik. A quantitative approach was employed, using purposive sampling techniques involving 100 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using simple and multiple linear regression methods. The findings indicate that product design has a significant influence on purchase decisions. An attractive and trend-appropriate design can enhance consumer interest and add value to batik products. Furthermore, price perception also has a significant positive effect on purchase decisions. Consumers tend to choose products that are perceived to offer a balance between price and quality, making competitive pricing strategies a crucial factor in attracting customers. Simultaneously, product design and price perception contribute significantly to purchase decisions, highlighting their critical role in enhancing product appeal and customer satisfaction. The practical implications of this study for business practitioners emphasize the importance of continuous innovation in product design that aligns with market preferences and the implementation of competitive pricing strategies that suit consumers' purchasing power. These efforts are essential to expanding market reach and maintaining customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of service quality, price and brand trust on customer loyalty through Customer satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative method with purposive sampling techniques sampling. The respondents of this study were 215 who had consumed Yellow Fit Kitchen's healthy catering. The data analysis techniques used are simple regression and path analysis tests. The results of this study show that service quality affects Customer satisfaction, price affects Customer satisfaction, brand trust affects Customer satisfaction and Customer satisfaction affects customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, promotion and price on purchasing decisions for Lacoco en Nature products. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique was purposive sampling through distributing questionnaires to 165 who had seen the content of local skincare brand Tiktok, and had used Lacoco en Nature stain or scar removal products. Data processing techniques in this study using multiple linear regression test. The results of the study indicate that product quality affects purchasing decisions, promotions affect purchasing decisions, and price affects purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, content marketing, customer engagement and price on purchasing decisions of MSMEs Zisallection in Jabodetabek. This study uses quantitative methods and nonprobability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The sample used 230 female respondents who had bought and followed Zisallection on Instagram. The analyzing technique of this research includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that product quality has an effect on purchasing decisions, content marketing has an effect on purchasing decisions, customer engagement has an effect on purchasing decisions, and price has an effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality, content marketing, customer engagement, and price simultaneously effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and user experience (ux) on satisfaction which has an impact on supplier loyalty on distributor store e-commerce sites. This study uses a quantitative research method with a purposive sampling technique in collecting questionnaire data, the researcher uses a sample of suppliers who are actively selling on e-commerce sites which 130 users of distributor shops. The results of this study indicate that promotion has an effect on satisfaction user experience has no effect on satisfaction. and there is no effect of satisfaction on loyalty. Promotion and user experience were found to have a joint effect on satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of rebranding and marketing mix on satisfaction which has an impact on Mako Cake and bakery consumer loyalty. This research uses nonprobability with purposive sampling technique and survey method with quantitative approach. The sample in this study were consumers who knew Mako Cake and bakery or who had bought Mako Cake and bakery products in Jabodetabek with a minimum age of 17 years and had a total of 170 samples. The results of this study indicate that rebranding affects satisfaction, marketing mix affects satisfaction, satisfaction affects consumer loyalty, rebranding and marketing mix together affect satisfaction.

Abstract

The utilization of eggshell waste offers a sustainable solution to reducing the environmental impact of organic waste while providing economic value to local communities. This program aims to develop educational strategies and community empowerment through practical training on processing eggshell waste into value-added products. Implemented using a participatory approach, the activity actively engaged community members in both learning and hands-on practice. The training focused on transforming eggshells into organic fertilizer, handicrafts, and animal feed additives. The event was conducted on October 2, 2025, in Pancoran, South Jakarta, in collaboration with the Family Welfare Movement (PKK) RW 3 as the primary community partner. PKK’s strategic role in fostering community welfare and facilitating information dissemination made them an ideal collaborator for this initiative. The success of the program is reflected in increased community knowledge and skills, strong participant engagement, the emergence of recycling-based entrepreneurial ideas, and strengthened partnerships between the implementation team, PKK RW 3 Pancoran, and the local community.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see the effect of digital marketing content and brand trust on visiting interest (study on @jktbucketlist Instagram account). This research uses a quantitative approach. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale of 1-5 as a measurement of each statement. The number of samples applied was 115 respondents through the non-probability sampling method. The sample criteria are those who follow the @jktbucketlist Instagram account and have followed the @jktbucketlist Instagram account for more than 6 months. The results explain that digital marketing content affects visiting interest, brand trust affects visiting interest, and also simultaneously digital marketing content and brand trust affect visiting interest.

Abstract

Limbah cair rumah makan mengandung bahan organik tinggi yang dapat merusak kesehatan, ekosistem, dan lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efisiensi penurunan parameter pencemar BOD, TSS, kekeruhan serta perbaikan pH dan suhu menggunakan dua perlakuan yang berbeda, yaitu metode MBBR dan kombinasi metode MBBR dan membran filtrasi, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh perlakuan pada pengujian sampel limbah cair sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan menggunakan metode analisis statistik t-Test. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengendapan selama 24 jam, pengolahan MBBR dengan seeding selama 20 hari dan running selama 8 jam, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan filtrasi menggunakan membran selama 1 jam. Metode statistik t-Test menggunakan software SPSS versi 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengolahan limbah dengan MBBR berhasil menurunkan BOD sebesar 90%, TSS sebesar 96%, serta memperbaiki pH dari 6,4 menjadi 7,8. Kombinasi MBBR dan membran filtrasi berhasil menurunkan kekeruhan sebesar 100%, pH dari 6,4 menjadi 7,7 serta menurunkan suhu dari 29,5°C menjadi 28,3°C. Pengolahan limbah dengan MBBR berhasil menurunkan parameter BOD, TSS, dan perbaikan pH sesuai dengan standar baku mutu Permen LHK Nomor 68 Tahun 2016, sementara kombinasi MBBR dan membran filtrasi berhasil menurunkan kekeruhan serta perbaikan pH dan suhu sesuai dengan standar Permenkes Nomor 2 Tahun 2023. Perlakuan MBBR memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap penurunan pH, BOD, dan TSS, sementara kombinasi MBBR dan membran filtrasi juga memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap penurunan pH dan kekeruhan, tetapi tidak terhadap parameter suhu.
