Abstract

This study aims to analyze the formation of ecological citizenship to overcome the problem of food wastage through the bioconversion of Black Soldier Fly maggots. The method used is a qualitative case study with observation, interview, and documentation data collection techniques, using triangulation analysis techniques. This study was conducted on three groups of informants: chicken noodle shops, fruit shops, and households in Ponorogo. The informants in this study were specifically informants who initially threw their waste directly into the trash and ended up in the Final Disposal Site, so that it became one with inorganic waste without further treatment. The results of the study show that the embodiment of the ecological citizenship model put forward by Dobson, namely anthropocentrism, is a reference for the analysis of ecological citizenship about the relationship between individuals who occupy the same ecological space determined by their ecological footprint, so that it can be an alternative if managed and used correctly with the proper handling techniques. The conclusion of this study shows that the obligation of ecological citizenship imposed on each individual can be realized through the processing of food waste produced by bioconversion using BSF maggots.

Abstract

AbstrakIPA merupakan salah satu mata kuliah wajib bagi PGMI, Namun mahasiswa PGMI tidaksemuanya berasal dari lulusan SMA/SMK IPA. Oleh karena itu dalam mengajarkan IPAdiperlukan konsep pembelajaran tertentu agar seluruh mahasiswa dapat menguasai konsepkonsepyangtelahdipelajarinya.PadapenelitianiniakandiujikankeefektifanMasteryLearning dan REACT terhadap penguasaan konsep mahasiswa. Data yang dihasilkan dari penelitian iniadalah data penguasaan konsep mahasiswa yang telah mengalami pembelajaran MasteryLearning dan REACT selama 4 pertemuan berturut-turut. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkanberdasarkan hasil tes penguasaan konsep yaitu pembelajaran IPA dengan Mastery Learninglebih efektif daripada REACT. Analisis yang dilakukan yaitu dengan menggunakan ANAVAdan Uji lanjut yaitu Uji Scheffe. Berdasarkan hasil ANAVA diperoleh hasil Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu4,19 > 4,04 sehingga disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan penguasaan konsep mahasiswayang mengalami pembelajaran menggunakan Mastery Learning dengan mahasiswa yangmengalami pembelajaran menggunakan REACT. Selanjutnya, untuk mengetahui lebih efektifmana antara Mastery Learning dan REACT maka dilakukan uji lanjut yaitu uji Scheffe. Hasil ujiScheffe untuk penguasaan konsep mahasiswa menunjukkan bahwa t (2,047) > t kritis (2,009),maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Jadi pembelajaran IPA dengan Mastery Learning terbuktilebih efektif daripada pembelajaran IPA dengan REACT terhadap penguasaan konsepmahasiswa.Kata Kunci: Penguasaan Konsep, Pembelajaran Fisika, Mastery Learning, REACT

Abstract

The 21st century requires students to have high-level thinking abilities. One of the thinking abilities that students must have is logical reasoning. In learning, especially science, scientific logical thinking is very important. Science learning generally focuses on factual memory and experiments, so that both can improve students' scientific reasoning abilities. In the learning process in class, students have different reasoning patterns in understanding a problem. From this background, the aim of this research is to determine students' scientific logical reasoning patterns in solving problem-based problems that integrate material on plant and animal breeding systems and to determine teachers' strategies in efforts to improve students. 'logical thinking skills in scientific reasoning. This research was conducted at a junior high school in the city of Ponorogo with a sample of Ninth grade B students. The method used was a qualitative phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques use interviews, diagnostic test instruments and documentation. Based on the research results, the teacher's strategy in developing students' reasoning skills is to provide problem-based problems based on three indicators of logical thinking skills, namely thinking sequence, argumentation and inference skills. Meanwhile, students can use different reasoning patterns in solving problems given by the teacher. This research is new or new from previous research, namely the N-Vivo software is used for data analysis and is presented in depth with qualitative descriptions.

Abstract

The genetic strategy, namely the inheritance of traits and breeding of living things, is a complex material at the secondary school level. The difficulty of understanding the material is due to the absence of discussion of this material at the elementary school level and the use of science terms that students rarely hear. This study aims to determine students' interest in the material inheritance of traits and reproduction of living things, methods and learning resources used, and students' ability to identify the material inheritance of traits and reproduction of living things using indicators of reading ability. The method used in this research is quantitative-qualitative to see junior high school students' interest and identification results. Researchers used data from statistical analysis and interviews with students. Data analysis was done by reducing, presenting, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that interactive and varied learning resources, methods, and models can influence students' interests and learning outcomes. Interactive learning models can improve student learning outcomes in the material of inheritance of traits and breeding of living things and help students understand the concept of sustainable development

Abstract

Desa Bangunrejo, kecamatan Sukorejo, kabupaten Ponorogo memiliki salah satu keanekaragaman hayati yaitu tanaman kunyit. Kunyit merupakan tanaman yang memiliki banyak manfaat, antara lain sebagai bumbu dapur dan juga pewarna makanan. Kunyit merupakan salah satu jenis remoah-empah dengan nama latin curcuma domestica ini sudah dibudidayakan sejak zaman dahulu. Tanaman kunyit ini selain menjadi pewarna alami yang memiliki banyak kandungan dan khasiat, tanaman ini juga merupakan Tanaman Obat Keluarga (TOGA). Kunyit dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai obat tradisonal yang berguna untuk meningkatkan imunitas tubuh di Desa Bangunrejo. Tujuan pengabdian ini yaitu memberikan informasi terhadap masyarakat khususnya pemanfaatan bahan obat tradisional di lingkungan sekitar. Masyarakat bangunrejo sangat antusias selama proses pengabdian ini berlangsung. Metode pengabdian yang dilakukan yaitu metode pelatihan dan sosialisasi melalui media poster. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan yang telah dilakukan mampu diterapkan di keluarga masing-masing. Setelah dilakukannya kegiatan pengabdian ini, diperoleh hasil 70% dari 10 KK (Kepala Keluarga) mengalami dampak positif terhadap pemanfaatan tanaman kunyit khususnya terhadap imunitas tubuh. Ketika merasa imunitas tubuh menurun maka dengan mengkonsumsi obat tradisional yang telah dihasilkan maka tubuh akan lebih sehat kembali. Melimpahnya kekayaan hayati yang ada akan sia-sia apabila tidak dirawat dan dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Kata Kunci: Imunitas; Kekayaah Hayati; Obat Tradisional Bangunrejo, Sukorejo, Ponorogo district has one type of biodiversity, namely the turmeric plant. Turmeric is a plant that has many benefits, including as a kitchen spice and also a food coloring. Turmeric is a type of spice with the Latin name Curcuma domestica and has been cultivated since ancient times. Apart from being a natural dye which has many ingredients and benefits, this turmeric plant is also a Family Medicinal Plant (TOGA). Turmeric can be used as a traditional medicine which is useful for increasing body immunity in Bangunrejo Village. The aim of this service is to provide information to the community, especially the use of traditional medicinal ingredients in the surrounding environment. The Bangunrejo community was very enthusiastic during this dedication process. The service method used is the ABCD method. The results of the service show that the training that has been carried out can be applied in each family. After carrying out this service activity, 70% of the 10 families (heads of families) experienced a positive impact on the use of turmeric plants, especially on the body's immunity. When you feel that your body's immunity is decreasing, by consuming the traditional medicine that has been produced, your body will be healthier again. The abundance of existing biological riches will be wasted if they are not cared for and utilized optimally. Keywords: Immunity; Biological Wealth; Traditional Medicine
