Various research results reveal that early age is a golden period for the development of children in which 50% of the intelligence development occurs at the age of 0-4 years and 30% in the following 8 years. Early childhood education also needs to be considered since education plays an important role in the process of growth and development of the children. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of playing ball stimulation to the gross motor development in children aged 24-36 months. This study used a pre-experimental design with posttest only control group design. The population was 150 children in all Posyandu in the working areas of the PKM Kanigoro. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The independent variable was playing ball stimulation, while the dependent variable was gross motor development. The instrument used KPSP.The results of Wilcoxon Signed Rank statistical test showed p = 0.005 (α = 0.05), indicated that playing ball stimulation could improve gross motor skills development of children. It is expected that the parents of the respondents more active in asking questions, watching carefully on how to provide stimulation to the children, especially in stimulating ball games, so that it could help them in increasing their children gross motor skills. The results of this study can also be used as an input for health workers to further improvement of counseling during posyandu activities, so that the gross motor development of children continues to increase well.

The independent variable was cold compress, while the dependent variable was pain in the perineal wound. The instrument used Standart Operating Prosedure. Results: Fisher Exact Probability Test shows p = 0.003 (a = 0.05). It could be concluded that giving cold compress could reduce the problem in perineal wound for postpartum mothers in the Kanigoro Health Center area. Along with this study, respondents are expected to actively ask questions, learn about problems during and after giving birth, especially not only learn about the technique of giving cold compresses to the perineum, but also about the provided comments.

The problem of maternal mortality and morbidity in Indonesia is still become a big problem. In fact, the maternal mortality rate in Indonesia is still the highest in Asean. The factors above are the direct causes of maternal mortality. The causes of this death can be minimized by antenatal care which monitors the condition of the mother's pregnancy regularly to predict the risks that may arise so that preventive measures can be taken. The design used correlational research with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this research was all pregnant women aged 20-35 years who did antenatal care at Polindes Jatinom Kecamatan Kanigoro Kabupaten Blitar as many as 12 pregnant women. The sampling technique used accidental sampling. The sample was some of the pregnant women aged 20-35 years who did antenatal care at the time of the research as many as 12 pregnant women. Results: The result showed 67% was in the category of very satisfied and 75% of pregnant women had high motivation towards antenatal care. There was a correlation between the satisfaction of pregnant women on antenatal care services by midwife and motivation to do antenatal care proven by the results of the Spearman Rank statistical test which showed the value of sig = 0,000. Midwives are expected to maintain and keep the quality of service, especially in providing antenatal care to pregnant women so that the needs of mothers during antenatal care are always satisfied.

The decrease of the active presence of toddlers at the posyandu has become a problem for health workers in monitoring the health and development of infants and toddlers in their working areas. This is due to several reasons, one of which is from the mothers who are lazy and do not know what is the benefits they will get when they are taken to the posyandu. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of health education to the active presence of mothers to take their toddlers to posyandu. Methods: This study used a "Pre-Experimental" design. The sample was 30 respondents taken by using purposive sampling technique. The independent variable was health education and the dependent variable was active presence of mother to take their toddler to posyandu. The instrument used health education materials and observations on the respondent's attendance book in the last 8 months. Result: the sattistical Wilcoxon rankTest showed p value = 0.05. This meant that health education affected the active presence of mothers in bringing their toddlers to join the posyandu at Polindes Semen, Gandusari District. Based on the result, it is expected to all mothers to be active in joining Posyandu so that they can get education on how to stimulate and check their children's growth and development. During the post partum there are physiological changes such as uterine involution and lochia expenditure. Excess lochea discharge to more than 500 cc after delivery is called postpartum hemorrhage. The purpose of this study was to analyze the correlation of high-risk age and the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in the maternity room of Syuhada Haji Hospital, Blitar City. The type of the study was analytic with a cross sectional approach. The population was all postpartum mothers who gave birth in the maternity room of Syuhada Haji Hospital, Blitar City on January – December 2018. The poplation was 672 respondents and the sample was 97. The sample was taken systematically by random sampling. The measuring instrument used documentation guidelines. The study was carried out by Chi-Square test. It was obtained that X2 count (0.00) was less than á (0.05), then H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. In conclusion there was a correlation between highrisk age and postpartum hemorrhage incidence. It is expected that the research area will pay more attention in the handling and care of pregnant women of reproductive age so that at the age that is slightly at risk for the occurrence of postpartum hemorrhage, they will not experience postpartum hemorrhage. And women of high-risk age should be able to give birth at hospital in order to reduce complications.

Stunting cases continue to increase along with the high risk of malnutrition, increasing prevalence of malnutrition, and decreasing productivity. Several factors related to the incidence of stunting in toddlers include birth weight, history of infectious diseases and birth spacing. This research identifies the relationship between maternal employment and the incidence of stunting in children. The research design was cross-sectional, carried out on a population of mothers with toddlers, all of whom were taken as a sample of 20 people. Instruments used in collecting questionnaire data. The results of this study show that there is a significant relationship between maternal employment and the incidence of stunting, with a p value of 0.000 (p ≤ 0.05). These data imply that maternal employment plays an important role in children's nutritional attainment. Employment status is directly related to the household's ability to provide quality and sufficient food.
