Abstract

Kepatuhan minum obat merupakan kunci tercapainya keberhasilan terapi pada pasien tuberkulosis paru mengingat bahwa tuberkulosis bisa saja kambuh kembali jika pengobatan tidak adekuat. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif observasional (non eksperimental) dengan rancangan studi cross sectional, pengumpulan sampel dilakukan dengan metode total sampling sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi penelitian. Analisa hasil penelitian menggunakan analisa bivariat untuk menemukan adanya korelasi antara kepatuhan minum obat dengan keberhasilan terapi pengobatan tuberkulosis paru dengan uji statistik Chi Square. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, ditemukan adanya korelasi antara kepatuhan minum obat anti tuberkulosis dengan keberhasilan terapi pengobatan tuberkulosis, ditunjukkan dengan nilai Asymp.Sig sebesar 0,001 sehingga dapat dinyatakan kepatuhan minum obat anti tuberkulosis memberi pengaruh signifikan pada keberhasilan terapi pengobatan tuberkulosis. Rata-rata kesembuhan pasien TB paru mencapai 85% dimana telah mampu melampaui target kesembuhan pasien TB Paru Kabupaten Karangasem yakni sebesar 84%.

Abstract

Depression is a mood disorder characterized by deep feelings of sadness and indifference The symptoms of depression in adolescents are often characterized by feelings of irritability, distress, fear, lacklusterness, sadness, conflicts with friends, and conflicts with family. The highest incidence of depression was in the Southeast Asian region of 86.94 (27%) out of 322 billion individuals. Indonesia itself is in fifth place with a depression incidence rate of (3.7%). This study aims to determine the profile of drug use in outpatient depression patients at Karuna Pharmacy for the period January-April 2022. This research is a descriptive research that uses a cross-sectional research design with a retrospective approach and is processed qualitatively. Abstract

Diare merupakan penyakit yang ditandai dengan gejala seperti perubahan bentuk dan konsistensi tinja, dimana tinja menjadi lembek hingga mencair dan bertambahnya frekuensi buang air besar 3 kali atau lebih dalam sehari dan disertai dengan muntah-muntah, sehingga menyebabkan penderita mengalami kekurangan cairan dalam tubuh atau dehidrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola peresepan obat anti diare pada pasien anak di Puskesmas dan mengetahui rasionalitas peresepan terapi obat diare pada pasien anak di Puskesmas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan pengambilan data dilakukan secara retrospektif yaitu dimana data didapatkan dari rekam medis pasien. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling. jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 61 orang dalam waktu satu tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 4 jenis obat antidiare yang digunakan dalam peresepan di Puskesmas X yaitu zink, garam oralit, new antides (attapulgite), dan kotrimoksazol. Jenis obat yang paling banyak digunakan adalah garam oralit sebanyak 57 kasus (93,44%). Berdasarkan dosis obat menunjukkan kesesuaian pada penggunaan dosis garam oralit (100%), suplemen zink (89,1%), kotrimoksazol (94,8%), dan attapulgite (64%). Abstract

Abstract This study used is an observational method with cross-sectional approach. The sample was collected using purposive sampling technique and using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Research data are presented in the form of percentages and diagrams to describe the distribution and frequency of respondents' characteristics, where research results are presented in tabular form. The results of the questionnaire research were sought whether there was a gap between patient perceptions and expectations of pharmaceutical services at the UPTD Puskesmas Mengwi 1 based on technique ServQual Model. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the level of patient perception and expectation of pharmaceutical services at UPTS Puskesmas Mengwi 1 is the average perception of the patient (respondents) which is 3.40 with a high classification and the average expectation of patients (respondents) is 3, 45 with a very high classification. Based on thetechnique ServQual modelused, there is a gap between the perception and expectation of the patient (respondent) of -0.05 for pharmaceutical services at the UPTD Puskesmas Mengwi 1. Keywords: Outpatient, Satisfaction, Pharmaceutical Service, Public Health Center Abstrak Penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan metode observasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling dan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah teruji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Data penelitian disajikan dalam bentuk persentase dan diagram untuk menggambarkan sebaran dan frekuensi karakteristik responden, dimana hasil penelitian disajikan dalam bentuk tabel. Hasil penelitian kuesioner dicari apakah terdapat kesenjangan antara persepsi dan harapan pasien terhadap pelayanan kefarmasian di UPTD Puskesmas Mengwi 1 berdasarkan teknik ServQual Model. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat persepsi dan harapan pasien terhadap pelayanan kefarmasian di UPTS Puskesmas Mengwi 1 rata-rata persepsi pasien (responden) yaitu sebesar 3,40 dengan klasifikasi tinggi. dan rata-rata ekspektasi pasien (responden) sebesar 3,45 dengan klasifikasi sangat tinggi. Berdasarkan teknik model ServQual yang digunakan, terdapat gap antara persepsi dan harapan pasien (responden) sebesar -0,05 terhadap pelayanan kefarmasian di UPTD Puskesmas Mengwi 1.

Abstract

The importance of waiting room conditions and prescription waiting time is one of the factors for patient satisfaction. Patient satisfaction is a level of patient feeling that arises as a result of the performance of health services obtained after the patient compares it with what he or she expects. The purpose of this study was to determine the average waiting time for non-prepared prescriptions, to determine the level of patient satisfaction with the condition of the room and the waiting time for prescriptions at X Karangasem Hospital. This type of research is descriptive research, where the sample was taken by purposive sampling. The results of this study are the average waiting time for non-prepared prescriptions at the X Karangasem Hospital Polyclinic is 22.44 minutes per prescription, where the average waiting time for prescription services does not meet the standards set by IFRS X Karangasem, which is ? 15 minutes. The results of the level of patient satisfaction with the condition of the waiting room are 71.30% and the level of patient satisfaction with the waiting time for prescriptions is 70.76%, so the average level of patient satisfaction is stated as satisfied with a percentage of 71.03%.

Abstract

Vaccines are biological products that stimulate the body's immunity and are very susceptible to damage, so they require special handling to maintain their quality. One of them is that proper storage of vaccines is very important because this can have an impact on its potency. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of vaccine storage at the Kediri 1 Tabanan Community Health Center using three main indicators: facilities and infrastructure, condition of the refrigerator, and vaccine storage system. Descriptive observational research with a semi-quantitative study design is the methodology employed. The analysis's findings indicate that the facilities and infrastructure indicators scored 81.81%, placing them in the good category. With a percentage of 87.5%, the refrigerator condition indicator is also in the good range. Aside from that, the indicators of the vaccine storage system performed well, with an 85.71% percentage. In summary, the Kediri 1 Tabanan Community Health Center's overall vaccination storage falls within the "good" category. Despite the fact that there is still room for advancement to achieve complete vaccine storage optimization

Abstract

Vitamins are organic substances that cannot be synthesized by the body and are classified into fat-soluble and water-soluble types. Vitamins D3 (cholecalciferol) and E (tocopherol) are among the most frequently consumed by the public to meet daily nutritional needs and support immune function. This study aimed to analyze the level of knowledge and behavior of respondents regarding vitamin consumption and to examine the influence of age and last education level on these two variables. This research employed a prospective method with a quantitative approach. A total of 86 respondents were selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS software with the Chi-Square test. The results showed that there was no significant relationship between knowledge level and either age or education level (p > 0.05). However, there was a significant relationship between behavior and age (p < 0.05), while no relationship was found between behavior and education level (p > 0.05). These findings indicate that age plays an important role in shaping vitamin consumption behavior, although it does not directly influence knowledge. Meanwhile, the last level of education does not significantly affect either knowledge or behavior. An educational approach that takes age into account as a dominant factor is needed to improve behavior regarding vitamin consumption.
