Abstract

Community Service Activities aim to identify and analyze effective strategies in fostering interest in entrepreneurship among Tahfidzul Qur'an students at the Waadissalam Islamic Boarding School in Gowa, South Sulawesi. Through training activities for students, how to foster a creative, innovative and independent entrepreneurial spirit. The results of the activity show that there has been an increase in terms of entrepreneurial desire, level of creativity, innovation and independence of the female students after the community service activities carried out by STIM-LPI Makasar lecturers. There is some increase in the desire or interest in entrepreneurship and creativity. It is hoped that the results of this Community Service activity can contribute to the development of education at the Waadissalam Islamic boarding school and encourage the development of interest in entrepreneurship among Tahfidzul Qur'an students. Apart from that, this Community Service Activity can also be a reference for other educational institutions in considering strategies to foster interest in entrepreneurship among their students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh konflik kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel 62 pegawai yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konflik kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (t = -5,764; sig. 0,000), stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (t = -6,926; sig. 0,000), serta secara simultan konflik kerja dan stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (F = 40,618; sig. <0,001). Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 57,9% menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel mampu menjelaskan variasi kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pendidikan, dan Pelatihan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Unit Airport Recue And Fire Fighting di Bandara Sultan Hasaniddin Makassar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden 51 karyawan yang dijadikan sebagai sampel dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu probabilitas atau sampel acak dengan teknik slovin, dimana teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini secara parsial variabel Pendidikan dan Pelatihan secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan Unit Airport Recue And Fire Fighting di Bandara Sultan Hasaniddin Makassar, pelatihan merupakan variabel yang aling berpengaruh.

Abstract

                This study aims to determine the effect of sales promotion and product quality on consumer purchasing decisions at Wong Solo Noodle Home Industry SMEs in Mamuju Regency, West Sulawesi. The method used in this research is quantitative method with descriptive-verification approach. Data were collected through distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents selected using purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results showed that sales promotion and product quality have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. This study provides recommendations for companies to improve promotional strategies and product quality to increase consumer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT Liny Jaya informatics Makassar. The method used in this research is quantitative with the number of respondents 40 employees who are used as samples with sampling techniques, namely saturated samples. The data used in this study are primary data obtained directly from data sources using a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses reliability test, validation test, simple linear regression test, coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing (T test). The test results of work discipline variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance. The object of this research is PT. Liny Jaya Informatics Makassar which operates in the field of science and technology. The data used in this research is primary data with a sampling method using purposive sampling, and a data analysis method using simple regression analysis, while the sample taken was 40 employees. The results of this research have been tested for validity and reliability, and hypothesis testing has also been carried out using simple regression analysis techniques. The results of this research show that the work motivation variable (X) has a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance (Y), meaning that if work motivation increases, employee performance will increase.
