Abstract

This study aimed to determine the marketing efficiency of leeks seen from the marketing margins and Farmer's Share in Makaaruyen Village, Modoinding District, South Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted from July to September 2018. The data used in this study were primary and secondary data. Primary data obtained through direct interviews with farmers using a list of questions that have been prepared. Whereas secondary data was obtained from related institutions and sources relevance in this study. The variables measured in this study were selling price, sales volume,  and marketing costs. The results showed that there were 4 forms of Marketing Channels in Makaaruyen Village. Channel I, from farmers directly to the retailers of the Pinasungkulan Modoinding Market. Channel II, from farmers to collecting traders then to retailers at Amurang Market then to the end consumers. Channel III, from farmers to collecting traders then to retailers at Karombasan Market then to end customers. Channel IV, from farmers then to collecting traders then to retailers at “Bersehati” Market then to end consumers. The most efficient Leek Marketing was in Channel I because it had the highest share which was 87.5% and the lowest marketing margin, which was 12.5%.Keywords: Marketing, Leek

Abstract

The objective of this research is  to analyze the business profit of the Sangrai Febri  Industry business in Kanonang 3 Village, Kawangkoan Induk Sub District. This research has been conducted for  three months, from April to June 2018. Data that will be used in this study are primary data Primary data is data obtained by researchers in the field directly from the source, namely in this study is the owner of the Febri roasted bean business. Data collection techniques used in research is observation and interviewed by using questionnaire.            The research results of this study indicated the revenue  received by the sangrai bean business is Rp. 700,000, total costs of Rp.510,405.48 and profits of Rp.189,594.52. Thus, Febri's roasted bean business is profitable.  Keywords: Business Benefits, Febri Sangrai Beans

Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine consumer power over the marketing mix in the Manado Warong Kobong business . This research was conducted in May until July 2019. This research used primary data by means of cousiner to 80 respondents or consumers to fill in then cousiner sheets were collected, processed and then analyzed the return of samples using the accidental sampling method that is the researcher chose who the members the population accidentally meets with researchers thought to be able to provide information that can be needed. The research result showed that consumer satisfaction with the marketing mix in Manado Warong Kobong business is satisfied related to the four variables namely production, price, place and promotion.Keywords: Consumer Satisfaction, Manado Warong Kobong Business

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the profits of hydroponic lettuce farming in Urban Farming in Batu Kota, Malalayang SubDistrict, Manado City. Data analysis method used in this research is quantitative analysis. Quantitative analysis is used to determine the advantages of hydroponic lettuce farming in Urban Farming Business by counting the difference between revenue and cost. Data in this research is primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through observation and interviews using direct questionnaires at the hydroponic Urban Farming research site through direct interviews between researchers and respondents, namely business owners. Secondary data is the collection of data and research materials obtained from books, internet, through google, theses, journals and other sources.The results showed that the total revenue from the Hydroponic Lettuce business was Rp.3,200,000, while the total cost incurred in the lettuce production process during the 1.5 month planting period is Rp.913,609.20. Therefore, the profit of Hydroponic Lettuce Farming on Urban Farming in Batu City, Malalayang Sub District, Manado City was Rp.2,286,390.80 for 1.5 months of planting period.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the benefits of Loba Noodle Products from the "Hopni" Restaurant in Kanonang Tiga Village, Kawangkoan District, Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted in December 2021. The data were analyzed using mathematical calculations using the formula π = TR– TC.The research result showed that the "Hopni" loba noodle restaurant business in Kanonang Tiga Village, Kawangkoan Sub District, Minahasa Regency is profitable because the total revenue is Rp. 480.000 per week, the total cost is Rp. 325.953 per week , so the profit obtained is Rp. 154.057 per week.
