Abstract

This study aims to analyze the value chain of hydroponic vegetables from the farmer groups fostered by PT. Nusa Halmahera Minerals. This study was conducted in September to November 2019. The data used in this study were primary  and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through direct interviews with 17 respondents consisting of 12 farmers, 2 traders and 3 retailers, using a questionnaire. Secondary data were obtained from Hobata Farm, Central Statistics Agency (BPS), literature and previous research. The sampling method used was Purposive Sampling. The results showed that the margins generated by value chain actors were positive. This made every actor got benefit in the production and sale of hydroponic vegetables. Margin obtained from farmers was Rp. 850,504.-, collector traders was Rp. 245,000.-, and retailers was Rp. 432,500.-. All costs incurred by farmers in producing hydroponic vegetables were provided by PT. Nusa Halmahera Minerals.Keywords: Value chain, hydroponic vegetables, farmer groups

Abstract

The objective of this research is  to analyze the business profit of the Sangrai Febri  Industry business in Kanonang 3 Village, Kawangkoan Induk Sub District. This research has been conducted for  three months, from April to June 2018. Data that will be used in this study are primary data Primary data is data obtained by researchers in the field directly from the source, namely in this study is the owner of the Febri roasted bean business. Data collection techniques used in research is observation and interviewed by using questionnaire.            The research results of this study indicated the revenue  received by the sangrai bean business is Rp. 700,000, total costs of Rp.510,405.48 and profits of Rp.189,594.52. Thus, Febri's roasted bean business is profitable.  Keywords: Business Benefits, Febri Sangrai Beans

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the consumer satisfaction of “Kopi Janji Jiwa Jilid 57” in Manado City. This research was conducted for 4 months, starting from November 2019 to February 2020. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained from direct interviews with 70 respondents using questionnaires, while secondary data is obtained from business owners, the internet and other sources relevant to this study.The research result showed that the consumer satisfaction of “Kopi Janji Jiwa Jilid 57” on Jalan August 17 in Manado through product, price, place, promotion and service quality variables, reached a total score of 6,045 indicating a consumer satisfaction index of 78.50% and classified as on satisfied criteria. Product is the variable with the highest level of satisfaction which is 85.64% and can be classified as very satisfied. The other four variables are classified as satisfied, which are promotion (78.10%), service quality (77.89%), price (77.83%), and place (74.34%). This result showed that consumers are generally satisfied with all variables of “Kopi Janji Jiwa Jilid 57”Keywords: Kopi Janji Jiwa, Consumer satisfaction

Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine the cost structure of lowland rice in Tountimomor Village, Kakas Barat District, Minahasa Regency. The research results showed that the average land area of the respondent farmers was 1.42 Ha, the total revenue per hectare was Rp. 21,787.985, with a total cost of the sample farmers in the  rice farming of Rp. 8.787.084, while the average farmers' production of  rice farming was 140.625 kg. The income of the sample farmers of rice in the study area is Rp. 12.960.921. The rice farming is feasible to run because the R / C value was 2,51.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine the profile of RAJAWALI village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) in Tolombukan Village, Pasan Sub District, Southeast Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted for 1 year from March 2019 - November 2020. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data collection through interviews and filling out a questionnaire with 20 questions that have been compiled and directly to the 20 research respondents. Secondary data were obtained from related agencies, namely the village office, the BUMDes secretariat, the internet, books and journal articles. The data analysis carried out in this research is descriptive analysis in tabular form and described. The research results showed that the profile of the Village Mulik Business Entity (BUMDes) Rajawali which includes the type of business, management management, capital used, labor employed, and profit levels are in accordance with AD / ART, the presence of BUMDes in the community of Tolumbukan Village is a forum for economic improvement community and being able to empower the community and be able to create jobs, this is evidenced by the community being involved in every existing business unit.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the income received by “captikus” business farmers in West Wuwuk Village, Tareran District, South Minahasa Regency, North Sulawesi Province. The research was conducted from October 2019 to August 2020. This research was a quantitative research. The data were collected by means of structured interviews using a questionnaire, to 6 “captikus” producers who were selected intentionally (purposive sampling method) from 15 active “captikus” producers in West Wuwuk Village. The data analysis method used in this research was income analysis by calculating the difference between revenue and the amount of costs used per week. The results showed that the average income received by captikus farmers in Wuwuk Barat Village Tareran District, South Minahasa Regency, North Sulawesi Province was IDR 992,934.14 per week.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze community perceptions on sporadic land registration services at the Land Office of North Minahasa Regency. The research was conducted from July to December 2019. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained directly from the source directly through interviews/questionnaire filling out, namely people who did sporadic land registration at the Land Office of North Minahasa Regency. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained through literature and scientific work documents related to the object of this research. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method using data from samples obtained from the research population and analyzed and described using statistical methods. The data analysis method used is a Likert Scale. Determination of the sample was carried out by purposive sampling, with the consideration that those who were selected were truly those who could answer the question, namely the people themselves without the power of a notary who submitted applications for land registration sporadically, which amounted to 65 people. The research results showed that the public's perception of sporadic land registration services at the Land Office of North Minahasa Regency was based on 10 service principles, namely the principle of simplicity, clarity, certainty of time, accuracy, security, responsibility, completeness of infrastructure, ease of access, discipline, courtesy, friendliness and comfort. , using 27 question indicators, the result of interpretation is 6454 and the result of the percentage level is 73.54% with a "good" interpretation. This means that the public's perception of sporadic land registration services at the North Minahasa Regency Land Office has received a good category. Public perception when viewed from each service principle, almost all of them already have a good perception interpretation value. There is only one service principle whose perception interpretation value is "good enough", namely the public's perception of the ease of access with an average perception score of 194.5 and the result of a percentage level of perception of 59.84%. Although currently the public's perception of sporadic land registration services is good, the North Minahasa Regency Land Office still needs 26.46% to improve its services so as to obtain an ideal or very good level of public perception.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the elasticity of copra transmission prices in Pondos Village, West Amurang District, South Minahasa Regency. Data collection was carried out using a survey method. The data used was time series data, namely, the average price of copra at the farmer level and at the level of collectors for 17 weeks, from the first week of January to the fourth week of April 2021. Based on the results of the study, the elasticity of the transmission of copra prices in Pondos Village, Amurang Barat District, South Minahasa Regency was 0.82. This means that every 1 percent increase in the average price of copra at the collector level will only result in a 0.82 percent change in the average copra price at the farmer level. In other words, the copra marketing system in that place had not been efficient because the market structure was oligopsony.

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the survival strategy applied by Samrat Abadi Restaurant during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research lasted for 3 months, starting from October to December 2020. The data sources used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from interviews with respondents using questionnaires, while secondary data were obtained from previous research literature. The data analysis method in this research was descriptive analysis. The respondents were the owner of the Samrat Abadi Restaurant, the Cashier, and the Chef. The results showed that Samrat Abadi Restaurant: (1) maintaining revenue/profit even though it decreased  but was still profitable, (2) reducing the number of employees and reducing operating hours to minimize costs, (3) maintaining the quality of the product both in terms of taste , as well as food portions, (4) utilizing Digital Marketing and collaborating with e-commerce through the Grab and Gojek applications, (5) collaborating with the Church to expand marketing networks, (6) building relationships with customers, (7) improving quality and service through consumer criticism and suggestions box as well as through the Whatsapp application.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine the use of information and communication technology (ICT), especially internet in the Sari Gunung Tiga farmer group, Rusa Kencana village, Toili Sub District, Banggai Regency. The research was carried out in Rusakencana village, Toili Sub District, Banggai Regency and over a period of 3 months, from December 2020 to February 2021. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews with farmer groups, using a list of questions that had been prepared. Secondary data were obtained from agencies related to this research, among others, literature or previous research. Sampling is purposive sampling where the sample is taken intentionally. The population taken is a farmer group with the sample taken 1 farmer group, namely the Sari Gunung Tiga farmer group consisting of 20 members/respondents. The research results showed that, the use of information and communication technology in farmer groups who use the internet 30% and the internet for the function of farmer groups, namely as a learning class, a vehicle for cooperation, and a production unit of 15% are classified as small.
