Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on consumer satisfaction at the Uptown Brew coffee shop, Greenlake City, Tangerang. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with multiple regression analysis methods. Accidental Sampling sampling technique. The population in the study was all visitors who came to the Uptown Brew Coffee Shop, Greenlake City, Tangerang. Meanwhile, the sample numbered 100. The partial research results show that product quality and price have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Good product quality influences consumer satisfaction, creates customer loyalty, and strengthens the coffee shop brand reputation. Affordable and competitive prices can increase consumer satisfaction by making access easier, offering comparable value, and providing choice.

Abstract

Kawasan Kota Tua Jakarta memiliki potensi besar sebagai destinasi wisata unggulan dengan nilai sejarah dan budaya yang kaya. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan komunitas lokal dalam sektor pariwisata, mengatasi dampak pandemi COVID-19 yang mengurangi aktivitas wisata. Materi meliputi Sapta Pesona, Sadar Wisata, manajemen destinasi, dan promosi digital. Metode yang digunakan termasuk ceramah interaktif, diskusi, dan tanya jawab. Evaluasi pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta rata-rata 25%. Keberhasilan pelatihan terletak pada peningkatan keterampilan dan antusiasme peserta. Kekurangan termasuk waktu terbatas dan fasilitas teknis yang kurang optimal. Tantangan utama adalah variasi latar belakang peserta dan keterbatasan teknologi. Rekomendasi meliputi penambahan waktu pelatihan, perbaikan fasilitas, dan program pelatihan berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan daya tarik wisata.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengaruh condition of economy dan capacity terhadap penyelesaian pembiayaan akad ijarah muntahiyyahbit tamlik dengan Jaminan BPKB kendaraan (Studi pada BAF Bone). Adapun tujuan yang dicapai dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh condition of economy dan capacity terhadap penyelesaian pembiayaan dengan jaminan BPKB kendaraan melalui akad ijarah muntahiyyahbit tamlik (Studi pada BAF Bone). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian lapangan (field research). Adapun pendekatan yang digunakan yakni pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer, yaitu data yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner serta teknik dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa 1) Condition of economy berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap penyelesaian pembiayaan dengan jaminan BPKB kendaraan melalui akad ijarah muntahiyyahbit tamlik pada BAF Bone yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.033<0,05. 2) Capacity berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap penyelesaian pembiayaan dengan jaminan BPKB kendaraan melalui akad ijarah muntahiyyahbit tamlik pada BAF Bone dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000<0,05. 3) Terdapat pengaruh condition of economy dan capacity secara simultan terhadap penyelesaian pembiayaan dengan jaminan BPKB kendaraan melalui akad ijarah muntahiyyahbit tamlik pada BAF Bone dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000<0,05.

Abstract

Background. Currently, the food industry is highly popular in the city of Tangerang, as evidenced by the numerous restaurants that have emerged, both on a small scale and on a large scale. Aims. This study aims to analyze the influence of price, atmosphere, and product quality on repurchase interest, mediated by customer satisfaction, at BiCoffee Coffee Shop & Resto. Methods. The research was conducted using a quantitative method, collecting primary data through a questionnaire administered to customers of BiCoffee Coffee Shop & Resto. The variables analyzed included price, atmosphere, product quality, customer satisfaction, and repurchase interest. Result. The study's results show that the price, atmosphere, and quality of the product have a significant impact on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has also been shown to have a considerable influence on repurchase interest. Conclusion. Additionally, it was found that customer satisfaction acts as an intervening variable in the relationship between price, atmosphere, product quality, and repurchase interest. Implementation. This research offers practical implications in the form of recommendations for BiCoffee Coffee Shop & Resto to enhance competitiveness through price optimization, an attractive atmosphere, and the provision of high-quality products, thereby increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty

Abstract

North Musi Rawas Regency has great potential for sustainable Geopark tourism development. This study analyzes the factors that affect the sustainability of tourism in the North Lake Rayo Musi Rawas Geopark, focusing on the interaction between community involvement, destination components, learning and awareness, and stakeholder collaboration. This study uses a quantitative method with the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) model to analyze data collected from respondents involved in Lake Rayo Geopark tourism. The results of the study show that community involvement in the destination component, learning and awareness, as well as stakeholder collaboration have a positive and significant influence on the sustainability of Geopark tourism. This research highlights the importance of building strong collaboration between various parties, including communities, local governments, business actors, and community institutions, to achieve responsible, sustainable, and economic, social, and environmental tourism development. In addition, this study also emphasizes the importance of improving the quality of destinations and public awareness of the important value of Geoparks. Improving the quality of destinations can be done through the development of infrastructure and attractive tourist attractions. Meanwhile, increasing public awareness can be done through education, socialization, and promotion about Geoparks and their benefits. This study makes an important contribution to the development of sustainable Geopark tourism in North Musi Rawas Regency. The results of this study can be a guide for stakeholders in formulating effective and sustainable Geopark tourism development policies and strategies.
